05. Legislative History of the Clinton Administration | Terrorism and War | Sovereign’s Handbook

By Johnny Liberty

The Bill Clinton presidency waged a persistent attack against civil liberties, unalienable rights, the U.S. Constitution with the  Bill of Rights in the name of “reinventing government”, which meant larger and more efficient “privatization” of what was left of the U.S. government.

The “result/benefit” of his presidency was an expansion of private-sector, corporate global control over state’s rights, local initiatives, and every aspect of the constitutionally-protected sovereign rights of the sovereign “state” Citizen.

In the wake of Waco, Ruby Ridge, and in particular, the Oklahoma City bombing, many of these events were either staged as false flag operations, infiltrated, then initiated in part by agents, and/or entirely caused by rogue agents within the U.S. government such as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (BATF) and the FBI.

Federal and local law enforcement received additional funding; new prisons were constructed at an alarming rate; airport security was tightened to the point of absurdity; privacy and 1st amendment rights were abridged; censorship grew increasingly more common; the USA Passport had a Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) chip to track the movement of Citizens.

The “result/benefit” of increased “domestic terrorism” against the American people was to add large amounts of often unaccountable funding to the very agencies that either staged, organized or allowed the attacks to happen in the first place. “Who benefits?”

On September 13, 1994, Bill Clinton signed into law the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 to deal with crime and law enforcement. It was the largest crime bill in the history of the country. The legislation provided for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons and $6.1 billion in funding for prevention programs. The legislation established a “three-strikes” law that enhanced criminal penalties for repeat offenders.

This legislation, although controversial for abolishing habeas corpus in the united states of America, was upheld in Felker v. Turpin, 518 U.S. 651 (1997). Clinton was the perfect U.S. President to usher in the new millennium for the Global Power structure.
