By Johnny Liberty
The George W. Bush presidency was a surreal departure from the Bill Clinton Administration. George W Bush followed the legacy of his father and former CIA Director, George H.W. Bush. The Bush Administration began at the turn of the millennium when humanity was experiencing a feeling of widespread hope for new dynamic leadership and change.
In less than two months after George W. Bush entered the White House, he authorized the largest operation in IRS history on February 28, 2001 against some of the key leaders of the united states of America tax-honesty and sovereignty movements.
The author vividly remembers that day because his home and office on Maui was one of the thirty-six (36) simultaneous raids that morning against the leaders of the tax-honesty and sovereignty movement.
From that moment on, I knew my life, and those around me, had changed forever. This tragic event happened slightly more than six months before the September 11, 2001 (911) false flag operation changed the political landscape of the united states of America forever.
Political and Legislative Summary
- George W. Bush, the DOJ and IRS executed the most extensive domestic operation in history against the leaders of the USA sovereignty movement on February 28, 2001. This was a deliberate act of war against sovereign “state” Citizens and those advocating for tax-honesty.
- George W. Bush seemed apathetic to the September 11, 2001 attacks against the World Trade Center in NYC. Was it another false flag operation, an inside job with Bush and Cheney prevailing? The evidence has long since pointed in that direction.
- Immediately after September 11, 2001 (911), George W. Bush conveniently announced a global “war on terror” which permanently increased Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security procedures at all airports.
- George W. Bush Signed into law broad tax cuts as was expected during a Republican administration.
- George W. Bush signed the “USA Patriot Act” into law in response to September 11, 2001 (911) (its initial version expired in 2019 and was amended in 2020).
- Along with much of the U.S. Congress, George W. Bush bailed out both international and domestic banks to the tune of $800 billion prior to leaving office. Apparently, they were “too big to fail”.
Foreign Policy and Executive Orders
- George W. Bush aggressively waged a preemptive war on Iraq and Afghanistan that resulted in weakening international support for the United States after September 11, 2001 (911).
- In his speeches, George W. Bush referred to an “axis of evil” that he said included Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and North Korea.
- George W. Bush ordered the U.S. invasion of Iraq as retaliation for September 11, 2001 (911) despite the fact that Iraq did not coordinate the 911 attacks (March 20, 2003) without UN Security Council approval.
- George W. Bush committed 21,000 more troops for Iraq (January 10, 2007).
- George W. Bush ordered the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan (November 13, 2011) without UN Security Council approval because the Afghan regime was not forthcoming with assisting the U.S. in bringing Osama bin Laden to justice.
- Dissent and criticism of Bush’s “war on terror” increased. As the Iraq war continued, Bush’s war become a cause to celebrate among jihadists and ISIS.
Radical Departures from Acceptable Legal Standards
- George W. Bush authorized a surveillance program that allowed the National Security Administration (NSA) to monitor communications between suspected terrorists “outside the United States”. without obtaining a warrant as required by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) of 2006 & 2007.
- George W. Bush’s DOJ advised that FISA did not apply in times of war. After much controversy, the NSA launched a replacement for the program, PRISM in 2013. The program was not publicly announced until reports from the Washington Post and The Guardian emerged in June 2013.
