Declaring personal or corporate bankruptcy is not for everyone. Bankruptcy is not desirable for American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens as it creates a “commercial lien” upon your legal fiction “strawman” as a “U.S. citizen”, on your assets and future productivity.
Instead of reclaiming “unalienable” (un-a-lien-able) rights as a sovereign “state” Citizen, you are requesting a “lien-able” bankruptcy from the government, instead of being “un-a-lien-able”. To declare bankruptcy is an admission that one is neither economically sovereign, nor capable of being financially responsible.
A U.S. bankruptcy court in Chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13 would make you a “ward of the court” and place your assets in “receivership”. Bankruptcy is not recommended for aspiring sovereigns. Here are a few alternatives to declaring bankruptcy.
DISCHARGING DEBT
Third-Party Accord and Satisfaction
Accord and Satisfaction is a commercial process for discharging debt. Sovereign “state” Citizens should not declare bankruptcy. Accord and Satisfaction may be an alternative for those who get over their head in “credit (Ø)” and cannot meet their debt obligations.
For example, a third party on behalf of the debtor will offer a creditor consideration as a conditional Accord and Satisfaction in exchange for a full and complete “discharge (Ø)” of the “debt (Ø)”. If the consideration is offered and clearly designated on the back of the negotiable instrument (check), then accepted by the creditor, the debt is legally discharged in full.
In the case of Ford Motor Company, a third party sent consideration on behalf of the debtor to Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor accepted the conditional Accord and Satisfaction when they deposited the check.
When Ford Motor realized what had happened, they tried to send the check back to the issuer, which it could not do by law. The cost of litigation for Ford Motor was prohibitive against a pro se litigant, so Ford settled for a full “discharge (Ø)” of the debt, and provided title to the truck free and clear. Accord and Satisfaction is one alternative to declaring “bankruptcy (Ø)”.
Repudiating Credit Card andMortgage Fraud
The Great Snow Job by Barrie Konicov advocated massive credit card repudiation and mortgage debt cancellation, on the basis that those unlawful debts are perpetrating the fraudulent nature of the nation’s money system; a fraud that is currently hurling the country toward imminent financial collapse.
Mr. Konikov’s methods are not for everyone, but for those faced with un-payable credit card debts, imminent foreclosure on a mortgage, or the prospects of bankruptcy. Perhaps this is a remedy, perhaps not.
Barry Konicov advocates fighting bank fraud and outright theft by canceling personal debts. The “money (Ø)”system, he points out, is sustained by lies, cheating and thievery. Big bankers, who are all ultimately linked to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), create “money (Ø)” out of thin air every time a person swipes a credit card or makes a deposit to a bank account.
In a lawful system, borrowers put up collateral (something tangible) in order to borrow real wealth that actually comes from real deposits or investments at the bank. In our fraudulent system, borrowers are still putting up collateral that was created by their actual labors. However, the banks are loaning “credit (Ø)”, which is created out of thin air by electronic computer entries.
As a result, bank customers become unwitting enablers of this systemic “bankster” fraud, and pay interest for the privilege. U.S. taxpayers, who have become accustomed to paying the U.S. government for the mere privilege of existing, have been hoodwinked into the same crooked system of paying back debt “money (Ø)” that never existed in the first place via federal and state income taxes. Furthermore, “citizens of the United States” are encouraged to be quiet, comply without thinking, and not dare to ask any questions regarding real purpose and legitimacy of the “income tax”.
SHOW US THE LAW, THE STATUTE and THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATION
The private, for-profit corporation called the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), creates “fiat debt money (Ø)” out of nothing at the government’s request. Then the Internal Re-Venue System (IRS) as a collection agency for the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) extracts debt payments from We the People who incorrectly assume that they have no other choice but to sweat and pay their “income taxes”.

Each time it must raise the “debt (Ø)” ceiling with the approval of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). Did you know that the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) has the power to shut down most of the federal U.S. government indefinitely when the Board of Governors chooses not to approve an increase of the federal/national debt?
Who Is in Charge of the U.S. Congress?
So who do you think is actually in control of the U.S. Congress and the federal U.S. government corporation? The Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) is holding the federal U.S. government, “elected representatives” and federal employees, and We the People of the united states of America hostage through the FED’s credit and monetary policies. The principals-creditors who control the “money supply”, control the nation state.
The federal U.S. government corporation borrows and increasingly spends exponentially inflated and devalued paper currency at least twice each and every year. Even without an Act of Congress, “income tax” on “U.S. citizens” increase and properties are effectively confiscated via systemic inflation by those with power in the District of Columbia (D.C.)
Therefore, the federal/national debt continues to increase exponentially which the people of the united states of America are expected to pay one day in the future from their assets. Even though the 50 states are mandated by law to balance their annual budgets, unlike the FED, if you and I do not balance our household budgets, we end up on the streets.
This corrupt, federally mandated pyramid scheme is tantamount to treason, yet none dare call it such. However, this activity goes on and on year after year while both our leaders and We the people stand back and do nothing.
The federal U.S. government has been bankrupt numerous times since 1933. Our “elected representatives” and federal employees from both sides of the political aisle do not ever seriously address the issue of balancing the federal budget. Talk about balancing the budget is all lip-service. They will milk this cow until the country is foreclosed upon forever. The date of our inevitable demise is on the calendar and approaching very soon.
ECONOMIC GROWTH = ECONOMIC SLAVERY
A debt-based economy can only expand or grow by expanding and growing the federal/national debt. In a debt-based economy, it is impossible to balance the budget without eliminating the root cause of debt – namely, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). But dare to mention this fact on the floor of the U.S. Congress, and all the hairs on the back of the neck of our “elected representatives” stand up in vocal protest.
Whenever the U.S. Congress proposes a new federal budget and raises the debt ceiling, which is prima facie evidence of the federal U.S. bankruptcy, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) has the authority to deny credit to the government by simply not buying the bonds.
Prior to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the federal U.S. government had three options to finance its operations. First, the government could apportion a constitutional tax if all the state legislatures agreed. Second, the government could sell U.S. bonds to the American people. Third, the government could raise funds through import taxes and tariffs.
Prior to the Federal Reserve Act, We the People were oftentimes the masters of government via our “elected representatives” and by acting in our sovereign capacity as “state” Citizens.
If We the People did not choose to fund a particular war or government program, we told our “elected representatives” to veto the legislation or the apportionment. If we did not want to support a war, we did not buy U.S. Savings Bonds.
Between 1913 and 1933, the private international central bankers became the masters of government. What the government accomplished was to trade one master (We the People) for another (We the International Bankers). Unfortunately, We the People bought into this pyramid scheme and many lost their individual sovereignty and “state” Citizenship in the process.
Who Has the Power to Close Government?
Today, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) holds the absolute power to close most of the doors of the federal U.S. government by denying an increased credit line. That is a lot of power in the hands of foreign bankers with no constitutional authority to create “money (Ø)” in the first place.
What is happening in 2022 is that the Rothschilds central banking model, whereby all private property is confiscated for “communistic” purposes established by the central bank, and the people are enslaved by a perpetual un-payable “debt (Ø)”. Debt“money (Ø)” is the method by which free and independent state Republics are usurped, thereby replacing free states with fake democracies, while simultaneously destroying the people’s sovereignty and their “unalienable rights”.
“The Federal Reserve System was foundedprimarily to serve the special interestsof certain highly organized, politically influential groups within the banking industry. The [Seven Member] Board of Governors isappointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate,but five of the twelve members of the Federal Open Market Committeerepresenting the regional Federal Reserve Banks dictate our country’s monetary policy and are controlled by private, commercial banks. Balancing the Budget Can Never Happen
Unlike the federal U.S. government, the 50 state governments are constitutionally required to balance their budgets and accept no foreign bills of exchange, in other words, a “paper money substitute (Ø)”, although they are also failing to abide by constitutional requirements.
Today, the corporate “States” are no longer sovereign state republics, and the corporate “States” no longer function in their capacity as sovereign “states of the Union” in a constitutional Republic. Corporate “States” are merely subsidiaries or political subdivisions of the federal U.S. government corporation under the “Municipal laws” of the District of Columbia (D.C.) unless or until they “reclaim their state sovereignty”, stop obeying federal mandates, and/or refuse to accept federal funding.
Providing the federal U.S. government corporation is doing the bidding of the United States and European Power structures via the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and its principals-creditors (i.e., International Monetary Fund (IMF and World Bank (WB), etc.), the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) has been more than willing to continue to expand the debt ceiling and “lend”, in other words “created from thin air”, the federal U.S. government as much essentially worthless, debt “money (Ø)” as they want.
As we have already learned, Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) are a paper currency, a negotiable instrument, and are printed with ink on paper, or more often created electronically as ledger entries on licensed computers in a vault. This illusion of debt “money (Ø)” is an incredibly orchestrated lie, a fiction that many continue to believe. How much longer will We the Fools borrow ourselves into economic slavery?

Printing Money Out of Thin Air
Here is how “money (Ø)” is created out of thin air. The U.S. Congress claims that it needs Ø100 billion for some pork-barrel project sponsored by a few high-ranking U.S. Congressmen/Congresswomen, or U.S. Senators, who must appease the lobbyists who contributed campaign funds and, incidentally, wrote the legislation. Ahem.
After the legislation passes and is signed by the U.S. President, the U.S. Congress authorizes the U.S. Department of the Treasury to print bills or bonds as a “loan (Ø)” to the government. This is called “monetizing the debt”. In summary:
Funding starts in the U.S. Congress by borrowing bonds and issuing Treasury notes that other countries and large institutional investors must purchase.
If the U.S. Congress cannot borrow enough Treasury notes from investors, an officer goes to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), who then pulls out a checkbook, writes a blank “check (Ø)” from the FED’s checkbook for Ø100 billion from an account with “not one dollar” in it.
The government’s central bank account deposits Ø100 billion which accrues interest immediately to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) on “not one dollar” loaned. Then the government taxes the people via an income tax to pay the interest on the “loan (Ø)” directly to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). That is where your “income tax” money goes.
The government deposits the “check (Ø)” into their bank account and writes “checks (Ø)” to pay government workers.
For example, government writes a “check (Ø)” to a postal worker who deposits Ø1,000 into their checking account in a neighborhood, commercial bank.
The commercial bank puts the Ø1,000 into the bank’s reserve account and loans out Ø9,000 to its customers. This is “fractional reserve banking”.
For example, the postal worker’s commercial bank has created the Ø9,000 from thin air from the deposit of Ø1,000.
This goes on and on exponentially expanding the federal/national debt, thereby, fueling (fooling) the economy with “money (Ø)”created out of thin air.
Additionally, the U.S. Treasury prints Ø100 billion worth of Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) at the cost of Ø0.02, or a few pennies more today, for each bill regardless of denomination. The U.S. Treasury walks down the hall to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and offers to sell them for Ø0.02 each, regardless of denomination.
The Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) then walks down the hall, writes a “check Ø” from an empty account for Ø100 billion, and “loans (Ø)” the “money Ø” back to the federal U.S. government at face value of the FRN plus interest.
The U.S. government then spends the Ø100 billion in circulation. Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) and “money Ø” are created when the “loan Ø” is made, interest collected and collateral is posted. The interest is on nothing given, nothing borrowed, nothing printed except “money Ø” from thin air.
For every FRN or “dollar Ø” in circulation, the federal/national debt with interest grows exponentially. We the People have collectively incurred this federal/national debt with interest at the prime rate of interest set by the FED.
Many believe that We the People are obligated to pay this un-payable “debt Ø”. However, that is only because we have been uninformed and asleep at the wheel of the world’s largest economy and have forgotten who we really are.
We the People are not obligated to pay an un-payable “debt Ø” that we did not authorize or incur knowingly and willingly in accordance with the the U.S. Constitution.
Remember, We the People are the “Sovereign Power” in the united states of America, not the private international banks, not the federal U.S. government corporation, except where we have delegated limited lawful authority via the U.S. Constitution with the Bill of Rights.

Eighteen Investment Recommendations
Establish solar, battery-based radio communications and other alternative, self-sufficient energy systems before a collapse of consumer buying power and the food supply system.
Decide to get out of personal “debt Ø”. Strive for your economic sovereignty and financial independence, despite the system.
Decide to reorganize every aspect of your life, including your business, job or occupation to achieve this goal. Know in your heart and soul that you are the master over your life. You are not an economic slave or subject to any government or their principals-creditors.
Decide to learn the freedom tools necessary to shift or maintain to where you would like to be in your life, family and business.
Decide to stop sending your hard-earned “money Ø” to any government that wastes your energy, or your productivity, while using your taxes for destructive purposes.
Engage in a free-enterprise business that is enjoyable and matches your skills, talents and aspirations. Discover how you can make a “right livelihood” (a Buddhist ideas) doing what you love, then serve others to build a better world.
Generate wealth and prosperity from hard work and productivity. Invest profits directly to generate more wealth. Take a portion of your surplus funds and contribute in a socially responsible, wise, prudent way to support your community.
Establish legal domestic, non-domestic and foreign entities with appropriate onshore and offshore banking for both your business and family.
Position 7%, or the current legal limit, of your assets safely and legally offshore in foreign entities, either Trusts, IBCs or S.A.s. Open up foreign bank accounts with debit cards, not credit cards. Do not authorize withholding 30% on foreign investments in domestic banks.
Invest 5%, or the current legal limit, of your “fiat currency Ø” in other national currencies for currency trading purposes.
Invest 20% in precious metals, for example, gold or silver, take physical possession, and secure them privately.
If you have an IRA, liquidated it now, and either self-direct the funds, or pay the tax penalties if necessary.
File and pay any lawful and legal taxes each year to the appropriate jurisdictions.
Rescind “adhesion contracts” that have kept you in contractual bondage with the government. For sovereign “state” Citizens, update land patents and reclaim “allodial” titles. Transfer titles into non-domestic or foreign entities whenever possible.
Minimize or refrain from using credit cards at high interest. Stop borrowing and purchasing items you do not have the “money Ø” to pay for. Live within your means.
Cash out of the volatile stock market. Then convert any stocks, bonds, mutual funds into tangible assets of real value.
Establish self-reliance on land paid for in full and protected from foreclosures or other sudden downturns in the economy.
Provide and stockpile basic needs for your family, friends and community, including water, medicines, seeds and food storage for two years of austerity measures. Grow edible, vertical gardens in any available space indoors.

Many people still do not comprehend the significance of what had occurred over time to abrogate their inherent, God-given sovereignty and freedom. Thomas Jefferson once warned us, if we are not vigilant, We the People may one day awaken, “homeless in the land of our forefathers”.
Surrendering More Than Money
After the American Civil War and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, many Euro-American Citizens in the Southern States, had already surrendered their sovereign “state” Citizenship and became “U.S. citizens subject to the federal U.S. government via threat, duress and coercion. Euro-American Citizens were treated no better than “prisoners of war” which has created generations of resentment and misunderstanding to this present day.
The 13th/14th Amendment allegedly “freed” the liberated African-American slaves. However, in truth, they became U.S. citizens subjected to the federal U.S. government instead of “state” Citizens of their respective states on par with other Euro-American Citizens. In other words instead of liberating slaves, all “citizens of the United States” became slaves. This shocking revelation began this author’s long road of research and exploration over three decades.
Between 1913 and 1938, American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens from the Northern states surrendered their sovereignty, thus became tenants, residents, franchisees, and U.S. citizens, like those from the Southern states. Formerly sovereign “state” Citizens would unwittingly contract into the jurisdiction and venue of the federal U.S. government corporation via the Social Security Act and numerous other adhesion contracts over the next few decades.
People surrendered their American National or sovereign “state” Citizenship by voluntarily registering as “beneficiaries” of this Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) Joint Stock Trust via a Certificate of Birth, which is an unrevealed trust instrument shifting your jurisdiction and venue in commerce with the federal United States. This Certificate of Birth Registration makes you property of the U.S. government and its principals-creditors.
In contrast, a Certificate of Live Birth Registration is simply a Verified Affidavit signed by the attending parents, physicians, nurses and midwives whereas a Certificate of Birth Registration is a commercial instrument signifying property registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce of the federal United States.
Surrendering the Gold
By 1933, the federal U.S. government, in collaboration with the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and its foreign principals/creditors, had already “hypothecated” all of the land, property, assets and labor of their registered “subjects”, in other words, “U.S. citizens”.
In 1934, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) called in its first loan to the federal U.S. government which was payable in gold. This singular act caused the Great Depression. With the assistance of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s (FDR) Executive Order (EO) the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) essentially confiscated all the gold of We the People which was “mandated” by FDR to be deposited in the nearest Federal Reserve Bank (FRB).
This Executive Order (EO) only applied to U.S. citizens and federal government employees, but most people did not understand this distinction, so they complied, depositing all their gold into a Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and received what would soon be worthless paper in exchange.
Today, every asset not held privately or held “in allodium” (absolute title to land) has also been “hypothecated”, assigned and transferred as payment to the private international bankers against the un-payable federal/national debt. At least twice a year the U.S. Congress has had to ask permission from the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) to raise the debt ceiling and borrow trillions of more dollars until one day soon, the FED will foreclose on the federal U.S. government and the United States will come to a fateful end,
All Assets Owned by Sovereign Power Structure
Unwittingly, the united states of America and its people have returned to their slavish feudal roots long before the American Revolution. Today, all land and property is held by the United States and European Power structures under the control of private international central banks.
The international central bankers became the Sovereigns instead of Kings or Queens. Now, 14th Amendment“U.S. citizens” have no rights to own land “in allodium”. We were reduced to tenants who “rent” property from the Sovereigns under the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). We have exchanged one master for another. History repeats itself ad nauseum.
Tragically, We the People have become peasants, surfs, peons and “economic slaves” of this tyrannical chapter of a New World Order established in 1913. What were once “unalienable rights” have all been taken away, unless each of us takes the necessary steps to reclaim sovereignty and make a stand for freedom. The choice is yours.

Since gold and silver coinage were heavy and inconvenient for large transactions, and dangerous to transport, the money was stored in safes in warehouse banks. A warehouse receipt or certificate was issued as a money substitute to represent the gold or silver on deposit.
People could trade warehouse receipts as money, or “paper currency (Ø)”. They were similar to redeemable gold and silver certificates issued by modern banks.
Paper Money Substitutes Are Not Money
Today, “paper currency (Ø)” is not actually “money ($)”, but instead a “paper money substitute (Ø)”, because redeemable warehouse receipts, gold or silver certificates must promise to pay a real “dollar ($)” equivalent in gold or silver money.
Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) make no such promise, and are not “money (Ø)” by any stretch of the constitutional imagination, or as the U.S. Congress may lead us to believe. Paper currencies are legally defined as “corporation notes of undetermined value”, as a private bankers “scrip”.
A Federal Reserve Note (FRN) is a debt obligation of the federal U.S. government, a promissory note, a promise to “pay (Ø)” to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), a tangible asset such as gold and silver at an undisclosed time in the future. FRNs are not “money (Ø)”.
FRNs are not lawful, constitutional money ($), but a “fiat paper currency (Ø)”, as “legal tender (Ø)” or as a “paper money substitute (Ø)”. The ($) and (Ø) symbols will henceforth signify the distinction between the two types.
PAPER MONEY SUBSTITUTE = FRNs = Ø
Although the Federal Reserve Note (FRN)(Ø), henceforth, referred to as (Ø) is the keystone of the unsustainable, debt-based and corporate “United States” economy, few people understand how the system actually works.
All Federal Reserve Notes “(FRNs)(Ø)” placed into circulation burdens the entire economy with an ever growing mountain of public and private debt. Every “(FRN)(Ø)” borrowed by the federal U.S. government must be repaid, yet can never be repaid to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and its foreign principals-creditors.
A FRN (Ø) is “unlawful” money under both the state (no foreign bills of exchange) and federal (only gold and silver coin are money) constitutions. Federal Reserve Notes “(FRNs)(Ø)” create not only “debt (Ø)”, but interest and usury that results in perpetual economic slavery for most “U.S. citizens”.
Federal Reserve Notes Are Neither Federal, Nor a Note
Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), are in actuality, neither federal, nor a note, and not held in reserve. FRNs are not “federal” because the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) is, in truth, a privately owned corporation, not part of the U.S. government.
Furthermore, there is no gold or silver money, not even paper currency, held in “reserve” in the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). FRNs are not a “note” because they cannot fulfill an unconditional promise to “pay (Ø)” real money to the holder. By law, a “note” must contain the unconditional promise to “pay-to-the-bearer-on-demand”.

In truth, a Federal Reserve Note (FRN) is a “Fraud Reserve Note”, a “commercial lien” of a private corporation on the federal U.S. government. In other words an FRN is commercial paper, a negotiable instrument, a counterfeit security of the Federal Reserve Banking (FRB) system. FRNs are unsigned checks written on a closed account of the federal U.S. government corporation which has been closed since the first federal bankruptcy of 1933.
Distinction Between Real Money and Paper
We the People must comprehend this important distinction between real“money ($)” as tangible substance and real wealth, and a“paper money substitute (Ø)” which represents a debt that can never be paid off.
As an individual, one cannot become economically or financially sovereign by accumulating paper money substitutes, or borrowing without restraint, anymore than one can get rich accumulating monopoly money in the game by the Parker Brothers. The same notion applies to a nation state that borrows from its principals-creditors and encumbers its U.S. citizens to pay it back in the not so distant future. Using debt-based paper currency can only result in getting deeper into debt, and then declaring bankruptcy, especially, if a nation’s people cannot comprehend this important distinction.
The same notion applies to a nation state without financial restraint, as the government borrows more and more debt-based paper currency and goes deeper and deeper into debt. That continues until all of its tangible assets, and those of its people, are collateralized and transferred to the principals-creditors who loaned the “paper money substitute” in the first place, namely, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB).
As an individual one can acquire debt-based paper currency and quickly convert these instruments into tangible assets of actual substance, actual money, property and productive capacity, providing one can establish legal sovereignty and the proper structures to protect these tangible assets.
Additionally, if one acquires property with Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) instead of constitutional money such as gold or silver, then one has not actually acquired the rights and absolute “allodial” title. One may acquire an equitable title, but not the “allodial” title and the rights inherent therein. Thus, one does not purchase absolute “allodial” title to property as one could under the constitutional Common law system.
If you have not acquired “allodial” title, it is not actually your property. Thus, you have no rights inherent in your property. By implication, the actual “allodial” title remains within the jurisdiction of the federal U.S. government corporation, and to those it assigns or hypothecates the title. Finally, if you have no “allodial” title, the property can be taken at will at any time and you will have no recourse or remedy under the Common law.
There is No Actual Money System
We the People do not have any real “money ($)”, nor are we buying or exchanging goods and services with real “money ($)”, nor are we accumulating wealth or assets as we have been led to believe. In fact, not only is there no real “money ($)”, there is no money system whatsoever. It has been a fraud relentlessly perpetrated for generations upon the people of the united states of America and the world.
Those who have deposited Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) in their bank accounts have simply accumulated temporary control over a certain amount of bank-created debt which has been substituted for real money.
Your assets are entirely at risk if you do not understand the nature of money and who really owns and controls your property. Wake up to your own economic, financial and legal sovereignty to restore prosperity for all, including a “sound monetary system”.
According to Fortune 500, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Bill Gates may be several of the “richest” men in the United States. However, they are rich in Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) or “corporation notes of undetermined value”. They are rich in the market value of their corporate company stock. Even billionaires may be unaware of the central bank fraud and their participation in it.
This author would venture to guess that most millionaires do not know that their wealth is entirely contrived by the United States and European Power structures. Without true sovereignty, even the billionaire’s riches and wealth are worthless tokens of what could be possible for humanity and the world.
U.S. citizens Not Paid Real Money
U.S. citizens have not been paid any real money ($) in their entire lives. Consider this seriously. if you have not been paid any real money, then how can you ever “pay (Ø)” your debts? The fact is, you cannot ever pay your debts and neither can any one else.
Now, you can understand why you might feel broke even with so-called “money (Ø)” in the bank? Indeed, you are poor, broke and starving for truth and wanting freedom from the “money masters (Ø)”. Now, do you understand why you are actually “bankrupt (Ø)”, along with much of the rest of the country and world? You cannot “pay (Ø)”debt with a debt-based paper currency, not now, not ever. This truth has been hidden from the people for generations.
We the People can only “discharge (Ø)” a debt which only delays the inevitable “bankruptcy (Ø)” that awaits us all. Instead, would you like to become economically sovereign and financially independent?

Creating a Sound Monetary System
The constitutional authority to create real “money ($)”,not paper money substitutes, has been reserved to We the People as intended by the Founders, not any central banking system.
Central bankers have learned how to monopolize their congressional privilege to create “paper money substitutes(Ø)” out of thin air in partnership with greedy, power-hungry governments who have willfully and knowingly plunged U.S. citizens into perpetual debt and bankruptcy.
Unfortunately, the federal U.S. government has prosecuted courageous “citizens of the United States”, for example, Bernard Von NotHaus, for creating a“sound money substitute”, such as American Liberty Currency, backed by gold and silver, as an alternative to the central banking cartel. The American Liberty Currency clearly had no similarity to the U.S. Dollar (USD), and NotHaus was by no means “counterfeiting”. Instead, he was making a strong point that the U.S. Constitution required a “sound monetary system” backed by gold and silver. If anyone is engaged in “counterfeiting” it is clearly the U.S. Congress and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB).
Perhaps one day a constitutional, “sound monetary system”, backed by gold and silver, will be restored in the united states of America.

We the People still have the “unalienable right” to work, the right to contract, and the right to create our own money substitutes, if necessary, in lieu of adequate supplies of gold or silver.
A few examples of alternative money substitutes are local scrips such as Ithaca HOURS, Cascadia HOURS, time-dollars, barter/trade, and gift economies. and/or restore a gold and silver backed currency.

Inflation and Devaluation
Whenever there is an increase in the supply of a “paper money substitute (Ø)” in the economy without a corresponding increase in gold or silver “money ($)” reserve, inflation and devaluation occur simultaneously. Inflation and devaluation are mostly invisible forms of “taxation” (grand theft) that even the most enlightened governments inflict on their people.
Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) are designed to create perpetual debt resulting in both inflation and devaluation of the currency. Inflation and devaluation destroys purchasing power while consumer prices rise at the same rate as inflation.
Inflation, devaluation of the currency and an ever increasing and un-payable debt deliberately transfers control, power and property to the United States and European Power structures that have no interest whatsoever in sharing the wealth or hoarding “paper money substitutes (Ø)”. The actual objectives of the American and European Power structures are to accumulate tangible assets, gold and silver, property, land, industrial and productive capability, and “real estate” which represents true wealth in the economy.
INFLATION = INVISIBLE TAXATION
Two-thirds of the total productivity of the united states of America are invisibly taxed through inflation and devaluation which is inflicted at every level of the system. This is a cozy arrangement between private central bankers and national governments to ultimately confiscate both the wealth and the productivity of the people to suit their globalist agendas.

No Authority to Issue Paper Money Substitutes
The corporate U.S. government and the U.S. Congress were not authorized by the U.S. Constitution to issue paper currency of any kind, but only the authority to coin lawful “money ($)” of substance — gold or silver for the sovereign states and their respective “state” Citizens. Except for former U.S. Congressmen Ron Paul (R-TX) and a few courageous elected officials, the U.S. Congress has been deaf to this alarming prohibition.

Powers not specifically granted by the U.S. Constitution are strictly forbidden and automatically denied. Today, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and the international central bankers have a monopoly over “legal tender (Ø)”, the issuance of paper money substitutes in lieu of gold and silver.
In truth, the international central bankers run the most extensive counterfeiting operation the world has ever known, “legally” protected by a rogue U.S. Congress which has bankrupted the federal U.S. government corporation. Paper money substitutes have essentially changed the mass of humanity into becoming economic slaves of the powers-that-be.
Since the inception of private banking in Europe centuries ago, international central bankers have created wars (e.g., WWI, WWII, WWIII) and conflict for profit and control of the fates of dozens of nations.
Even if we are unaware of it, and it is difficult for most of us to imagine, our political leaders lust for more and more power over our lives. The governments of the world already controls much of the world’s gold and silver reserves except for the gold and silver in private hands.

We the People have the “unalienable right” to do with our bodies as we choose, so long as we are not harming another. This is also the Hippocratic Oath which all medical doctors and health practitioners must adhere to. “Do no harm!”
Breathing fresh air, drinking clean, pure water, and eating organic, chemical and pesticide-free, nutritious food are necessary attributes of any healthy human being. We the People must keep holistic and alternative healing modalities available by any means necessary, despite extensive initiatives by Big Pharma to destroy freedom of choice over our bodies and well-being. The FDA, CDC and WHO do everything in their power to make alternatives to Big Pharma either “illegal” or inaccessible.

FDA Raids and Assaults on Health Freedom
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has raided health food stores and alternative health clinics at gunpoint in pursuit of super-vitamins, herbs and other “unapproved” nutritional supplements. The FDA has threatened to arrest ordinary citizens in their homes for purchasing “unapproved”therapies.
For one of thousands of examples, Kenneth Shuart was threatened with arrest and intimidated in his home when an armed U.S. Marshal and an FDA Enforcement Agent came to his door and informed him that they had seized the KH3 he had ordered from Europe. We the People best protest and expose the FDAs outrageously illegal and unconstitutional actions whenever they arise.
Mr. Stuart and many others would have additional legal recourse if they understood the principles of sovereignty. Unfortunately, many people in the health freedom movement are still unaware of the power and significance of sovereignty.
The FDA is a federal U.S. government agency and has no power or authority over American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens. If you want to protect health freedom, then reclaim your sovereignty en
masse to restore the checks and balances that limit the federal U.S. government.
FDA Bullies Life Extension Foundation for Nine Years, Then Backs Down
Beginning in 1987, the Life Extension Foundation was persecuted and prosecuted for years prior to finally winning in federal courts. Afterward, they mounted an extensive campaign to expose other illegal actions by the FDA.
Unfortunately, the FDA thugs have been running amok for decades, persecuting good doctors, nutritionists, alternative cancer therapists and wellness professionals.
As the story goes, in 1987, two dozen armed FDA agents and U.S. Marshals smashed their way into the Life Extension Foundation offices in Hollywood, FL, with guns drawn. The search warrant later proved to have been obtained through perjured testimony by the FDA agent in charge.
Not finding what the search warrant allowed them to take, the agents grabbed everything they could, including literature, documents, computers and personal belongings not included in the warrant. They seized 5,000 copies of the foundation’s newsletter, which were ready for mailing — a flagrant violation of 1st Amendment rights.
Nine years of legal battles ensued. Evidence showed that the FDA agent in charge had intimidated a radio producer into banning appearances by Life Extension Foundation representatives. Repeatedly, they were threatened to be sent to prison for life if they did not cooperate with the FDA. Foundation owners, William Faloon and Saul Kent, stood their ground and fought back, at enormous personal and business expense.
The U.S. government poured millions of dollars into prosecuting the case, attempting to prove that the Foundation was purveying “unapproved drugs”— such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Failing to get the goods in one grand-jury fishing expedition, the FDA started again with a second grand jury, both times terrorizing Foundation witnesses with threats of personal investigation.
Further FDA raids, embargos on vitamin products and interstate terrorism by the FDA failed to induce Faloon and Kent to give up. Instead, they fought back hard with political activities, media counterattacks and legal motions, demonstrating the unconstitutionality of the false charges against them.
In 1991, the Foundation principles were indicted for having informed people in the 1980s about how to obtain life-sustaining drugs from overseas suppliers. Since the FDA has long permitted the importation of “unapproved drugs” for personal use, the Foundation’s action was truly innocent, yet they were arrested, handcuffed and jailed nonetheless.
The FDA’s brutal campaign against the Foundation began to break down. In 1992, it was ordered to return items seized in the first raid and offered a deal to settle the case. After this, the FDA made several other offers, each accompanied by threats, that never materialized.
Then, in 1995, the FDA made its most serious threat yet, claiming new evidence that would certainly send Faloon and Kent to jail for life. This kind of illegal intimidation has been the FDA’s standard operating procedure for decades, and it usually worked, but by the middle of 1995 the FDA offered to guarantee no prison time and even allow them to stay in business. In November 1995, the FDA asked the judge to drop all charges but one, obstruction of justice. Finally in 1996, after nine years of brutal harassment and anguish, the last charge was dropped.
Derailed for almost a decade, the Life Extension Foundation began funding research again, and thanks to its two victorious freedom-fighters, the rest of us can feel braver about facing down unruly U.S. government agencies such as the FDA.
GATT/WTO Crushes Health Supplements in Norway, Threatens United States
Big Pharma drug cartels invaded the European health-food market. Repressive new laws made herbs and other supplements almost entirely unavailable in Norway. The few that remained carried enormous price tags, and were sold only by corporate pharmacies. The Norwegian laws are identical to the German Codex proposal the U.S. Congress signed when it ratified the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the new GATT.
Health Choices Threatened by GATT/ WTO and the Codex Alimentarius
In another move to control virtually every minute aspect of our lives, the United States, European and Global Power structure began a campaign to monopolize the dietary supplements industry.
The U.S. Congress allowed Big Pharma drug cartels to monopolize the vitamin and health products industry via the World Trade Organization (WTO), now controlled by China, which dictates that the U.S. must “harmonize” its regulations governing the manufacture of such products with international standards. or be penalized.
The Codex Alimentarius Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses, now regulates the labeling and manufacturing of dietary supplements worldwide. The Committee is composed of delegates that represent national agencies and international organizations with 90% of the group being dominated by spokespeople for multinational pharmaceutical corporations.
Any delegate can propose regulations to the Committee and those proposals are subjected to a peer review period with votes occurring at various stages in the process. A proposal that runs the gauntlet of peer review unscathed becomes part of the official Codex Alimentarius.
The only delegate from the “United States” was Elizabeth A Yetley, Ph.D of the FDA. Due to political pressure in the united states of America, she voted on behalf of those who choose health freedom over tyranny.
A draconian proposal called Guidelines for Dietary Supplements would have resulted in the requirement of doctor’s prescriptions for most supplements available in this country, and almost did. The measure, introduced by the German delegation, called for the following:
No dietary supplements to be sold for prophylactic or therapeutic use.
No dietary supplement sold as a food to exceed potency levels set by the commission.
Codex regulations for dietary supplements to become binding.
All new dietary supplements to automatically be banned unless they went through the Codex approval process.
HIV Reappraised as Non-Contagious by Some Scientists and Medical Doctors
A growing numbers of scientists and medical doctors believe AIDS is not contagious and HIV is completely harmless. A newsletter devoted to this controversy, Reappraising AIDS, was published by The Group for the Scientific Reappraisal of the HIV/AIDS Hypothesis. The Group was comprised of university professors, physicians, and community activists who believed this debate should be given a fair public hearing.
Editor Paul Philpott examined a sensational study published in England’s prestigious journal Nature. The study tracked about 2,000 hemophiliacs for 14 years. It documented a startling jump in mortality for those testing HIV-positive, but no increased mortality for those testing HIV-negative.
Mr. Philpott pointed out that the study could find no increased mortality among HIV positive hemophiliacs until 1986, one year after HIV testing was introduced. By that time, roughly half of Darby’s subjects were positive.
If “HIV positive” causes the deadly AIDS, then why did a large population, 50% comprised of HIV positives, not start dying until AFTER they had been diagnosed/tested as being HIV positive?
Philpott suggested that the principal cause of AIDS among HIV positive hemophiliacs is aggressive prophylactic treatment with toxic anti-HIV medications and intense anxiety from “HIV-positive” social stigma.He references other studies demonstrating that HIV is actually a relatively benign virus typically found only at very low concentrations, and sometimes not at all in AIDS patients.
AIDS Was Genetically Engineered
Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola: Nature, Accident or Genocide (1996) by Dr. Leonard Horowitz traced the development of the AIDS virus. Horowitz’s extensive scrutiny of over 2500 scientific papers and government documents revealed that HIV-1 and HIV-2 could both have originated from simian viruses genetically manipulated in laboratory experiments at the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
Dr. Horowitz began his investigation into the source of AIDS in 1993 after reading a U.S. Department of Defense appropriations request for $10 million for development of AIDS-like viruses. He reasoned that the emergence of AIDS coincided with major advances in genetic engineering of mutant viruses that produced immunosuppression and an array of infectious diseases.
In the early 1970s, scientists had isolated specific enzymes and other biochemical processes that induced collapse of the immune system. Research at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) was focused mostly on the sarcoma-leukemia cancer model where immunosuppression, cancer, and death were induced by DNA and RNA manipulation. In some experiments, DNA in simian monkey viruses was commonly replaced with cat leukemia and chicken sarcoma RNA. Dr. Robert Gallo, a top AIDs researcher, used viruses from simian monkeys and mice to insert cancer-causing RNA into human white blood cells.
Dr. Horowitz traced the development of AIDS-like viruses to the mega-military contractor Litton Industries. Litton was the principle supplier of simian monkeys to NCI’s 12 cancer research centers, all located in the “United States”. Litton was also the sixth highest paid biological weapons contractor for the U.S. Army.
AIDS Statistical Risk is One in Five Million to One in Fifty Million
Most heterosexuals in the united states of America face a very slim chance of getting AIDS, but that is not what D.C. wants the people to know. As reported in The Wall Street Journal, federal U.S. government officials began a nationwide disinformation campaign in 1987, suggesting that AIDS was becoming an epidemic in the general population. A similar campaign of duplicity occurred in Britain as revealed by the London Times.
In fact, federal U.S. government officials knew that the risks of getting AIDS were largely confined to predominately gay men, intravenous drug users, their sex partners and their newborn children. U.S. government officials proceeded with an extensive “disinformation” campaign anyway, likely out of fear that the public might not support increased funding for AIDS research if heterosexuals did not believe they were at risk.
For most heterosexuals, the AIDS risk from a single sex act was one in five million without the use of a condom, and one in 50 million for those who used condoms – much smaller than the risk of getting hit by lightning.
Scientific journals later that published findings confirming there was no spread of the AIDS virus into the heterosexual population were suppressed. The government’s “disinformation” campaign suppressed respectable evidence challenging the entire AIDS theory, including those of Nobel Prize winning scientists.
Why We May Never Read the Book on AIDS?
HIV cannot be the cause of AIDS, according to Dr. Peter Duesberg, a virologist at the University of California (Berkeley). Dr. Duesberg, a scientist of international stature, was credited with defining retroviruses.
His research revealed that HIV was highly over rated as a killer. His theory holds that co-factors, especially drugs used to manage the disease, are the actual killers. About 200 doctors and researchers are coming up with similar conclusions. He even injected HIV infected blood into his own veins to prove his point.
Bryan J. Ellison, one of Dr. Duesberg’s graduate students, wrote a book called, Why We Will Never Win the War on AIDS (1994)? However, it was not available to read for years because a Federal Judge, John E. Sprizzo granted an injunction to halt publication of the book and ordered all existing copies destroyed. Why would the government engage is such blatant “censorship” over a book on HIV/AIDS?
Ellison decided to print 20,000 on his own after he had signed a contract with Alfred J. Regenry. Apparently, Regenry was the second publisher to agree to print the book and then change their minds. What is the government hiding and why would they go to such effort to suppress the truth about HIV/AIDS?
Poisoning the People With Fluoride
The corporate “State” has the police power to add a “toxic substance” to drinking water without violating the rights of its citizens, according to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Bellasai v. Cuyahoga Falls.
The California State legislature supports the practice. The legislature passed a “statute”, not a constitutional law, “mandating” the fluoridation of drinking water in over 90% of the state’s municipal water systems.
The Public Health Service has been endorsing the use of fluoride for years and has its credibility and funding to consider. Apparently, Adolf Hitler put fluoride in the drinking water to make the Jews docile before marching them into the gas chambers.
But isn’t fluoride good for you? After all, no child should be deprived of fluoride, should they? On the contrary, according to John Yiamouyiannis, Ph.D, president of the Safe Water Foundation, “The chronic administration of fluoride in water takes its toll on human health and life…Fluoride in water increases risk of hip fracture, cancer, dental fluorosis and other harmful effects.” Because of his deeply held belief, Yiamouyiannis spearheaded a campaign to ban fluoride from water systems in California. Why allow the poisoning of 39 million people anyway?
Here is some of the back story. Petrochemical and steel corporations regularly spew tons of fluorides into the atmosphere and they would lose billions of dollars if fluoride were widely identified as the poison it is.
The biggest winners would be the chemical fertilizer industry as they generate the fluoride that gets dumped in water supplies. Fluoride must be removed from phosphate fertilizer before it is applied to crops, lest they die. The toxic substance has to be put somewhere. Hence, Dr. Yiamouyiannis may have coined the phrase, “The solution to pollution is dilution.”
So why not take that toxic waste, then make a profit on its sale state water suppliers and toothpaste companies?
War on Food, GMO’s and Humanity
A Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is any organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques that “do not occur naturally by mating or natural recombination”. A huge variety of organisms have been Genetically-Modified (GM), from animals to plants and microorganisms. Now, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of GM food products distributed worldwide except where prohibited.
Objections were frequently raised over the development of GMO crops, particularly their commercialization and whether food produced from them is safe and what impact growing them has on the environment. Other concerns include the contamination of non-genetically modified crops, control of the food supply, patenting of life and the misuse of intellectual property rights. Those activists who raised these concerns were harassed by Monsanto, absorbed by Bayer in 2018, who is the world’s largest producer of GMO patented seeds.
GMO food safety and labeling were two of the many leading issues with critics. Countries have adopted some regulatory measures to deal with these concerns with some of the most marked differences occurring between the United States and Europe. Many countries, especially in Europe, have banned GMO crops entirely.
Genetically-Modified Humans
U.S. President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed (OWS) brought to market two mRNA products by Pfizer and Moderna, plus one DNA product, by Johnson and Johnson. Vaccine manufacturer Novavax, introduced NanoFlu, a combined COVID-19/flu jab for trial.
These Big Pharma products were labeled as “vaccines”for marketing purposes and for full indemnity from lawsuits that Big Pharma is privileged to enjoy against injuries and deaths that their products cause. These so-called “vaccines”, or “jabs”, were an entirely new type of genetic experiment, inadequately tested for safety or efficacy, that may permanently alter the human genome for those who took the “jabs” for generations to come, if they are still able to remain fertile and conceive children.
The injection of the novel gene-altering “jab” caused massive biological harm and wide-spread deaths according to both EU Yellow Card and US VAERS death reports. Even official sources were forced to admit that since the introduction of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) jabs, more people died from injecting the “jab” than from COVID-19.
It was no surprise that COVID-19 jabbed individuals became infected with COVID-19 again, though this was conveniently blamed on a concocted “variants” such as Delta?

Next Generation of Colonization
Historically, “colonization” is nothing new to the people of the world. Ancient civilizations and tribal nations were conquered, occupied, then settled during European conquests around the world led by Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France, England and the United States. Moreover, these countries were never entirely free from the European Power structures that ruled them. The buzzword of “democracy” is used to describe these colonial powers, even if in fact they are a curious hybrid of capitalism, Socialism, Communism and Fascism posing as independent nations. These same countries are member states of the United Nations (UN), indebted to the international bankers, and no longer sovereign nations.
A new breed of financial, corporate, and political “colonization” is happening in the world today. As was discovered by the Power structures, occupying a nation by military force is unwieldy and expensive. Today, occupying a country economically, legally and mentally via media propaganda is a far smoother, more lucrative, and invisible strategy for total control. There are numerous occupations by foreign powers in numerous countries around the world. This practice is widespread today.
Frontline of Freedom and Sovereignty
According to a recent D.C. Research poll, Americans are more afraid of their own government than of “terrorists”, and are unwilling to give up their civil liberties to fight them. When pollsters asked Americans, “In general, do you have more confidence in local, state or federal government?” Almost four in five Americans from all races volunteered that they had no confidence in government at any level.
American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens of the free and independent sovereign states of the Republic began losing their sovereignty after the American Civil War. This erosion of Citizenship and the free and independent states has continued unabated. We will discuss more about Citizenship in future chapters of this book.
The united states of America, distinct from the U.S. government corporation, is on the frontline of the New World Order assault upon the sovereignty of all the nations and peoples of the world. We the People had a well-founded legal precedent for maintaining individual and national sovereignty that stood in the way of the emerging Global Power structure. This is a bold statement of truth.
First, to achieve a de facto one world government without the consent of the people required obliterating the entire idea of sovereignty, both individual and national. To achieve this took an incredible effort and gigantic expense to destroy the innate free will of all of humanity.
Second, despite the deployment of the fear-based, authoritarian “plandemic” response to COVID-19, the escalation of international relations into World War III, destruction of the middle class via extreme inflation, and concocted divisiveness via Critical Race Theory (CRT) and gender confusion, the New World Order will not succeed in destroying the immense diversity and innate freedom of the entire human race. This is especially true if We the People restore our capacity to see the truth and the light of day.
Third, regardless of “mind control” and media propaganda abounding and compliant tendencies of the masses, the inborn, innate desire for freedom and higher consciousness is still abundantly alive and well! Our perspectives may be confused temporarily, thus, hampered for awhile, but the truth shall set us free.

Introducing the American Sovereign
The federal U.S. government, and the foreign powers now directing it, have waged a hundred year assault upon the U.S. Constitution and this Republican form of government. Our country, and its respective American National or sovereign “state” Citizens, were created over 230+ years ago.
“Our national government formally declared war on the American people in 1933 by amending the Trading With the Enemies Act (1917) to include all American sovereign “state” Citizens and suspending the U.S. Constitution through the Emergency and War Powers Acts which has continued until this day.”
The federal U.S. government has neither acknowledged, nor apologized, for its ongoing war upon its own sovereign “state” Citizens. We the People can reconstruct a de jure government by returning to the organic law that preceded the creation of the federal U.S. government, and thereby rebuild the foundation for a renewed “republican form of government” for all the people – this time regardless of race, creed, class, sex, or color, or financial class.
The Constitution of the United States, not the organic law that preceded it, may now have been suspended temporarily, but hopefully not destroyed forever. Rather than the current tsunami of illegal immigrants, the united states of America merely needs to be re-inhabited by an American National or sovereign “state” Citizens to restore constitutional government.
To restore the united states of America is not a matter of executive action, legislative action, judicial action, or majority rule in a democracy, but an individual matter of free will and choice. Will you reclaim your birthright or not? You decide whether or not to walk the path of individual sovereignty and exercise your “unalienable rights”.
“The “republican form of government” must be reconstituted from the bottom-up, not from the top-down. Will you throw off the chains of democracy and tyranny? Will you throw off the New World Order and establish a “Another World Order”? It is all around you.
Presently, many “U.S. citizens” and sovereign “state” Citizens are in exile within the “United States”, without a homeland, without a country, until constitutional government is restored in the united states of America. However, we can still live a fantastic life in our own homes, radiate sovereign principles and ethics, then show others what it means to live as a sovereign human being.
Principles of self-government continue to exist in the organic “Common law” and the “Natural law” that preceded it. Furthermore, there exist public laws and case laws of over 244+ years of the American system of law before it was corrupted by “statutes”.
However, reigniting the organic, “Common law” requires a flood of thoughtful, historically and legally astute “citizens of the United States”, declaring by a Verified Affidavit their status as sovereign “state” Citizens to re-inhabit the united states of America and transform tyranny into to a “republican form of government”.
Without sovereign “state” Citizens formally restoring a “republican form of government”, there can be no sovereign states, counties, townships, grand juries or constitutional law courts – there can be no united states of America.

To understand the big picture behind this “war on terror”it is essential to examine the larger pattern behind the scenes developing over time. We noticed a pattern of “terrorism” being introduced by the media in the 1990’s followed by media obsession with “terrorism” abroad and domestically. This included numerous government cover-ups and suppression of evidence to secure convictions in key “terrorism” cases. So what was the Power structure planning? Who actually benefits from “terrorism”?
Do those charged with the crime of “terrorism” and their political cause actually benefit, or does the propaganda media profit and certain aspects of the Power structure benefit by the consolidation of even more power?
The following news events were not isolated. They were at least in part designed and planned. Each of the following yielded a specific REACTION to generate a specific RESULT/BENEFIT to further the agenda of the Power structure and the Global elite.
EVENT – REACTION – RESULT/BENEFIT
Consolidation of Police, Prosecutors and Military Force
From the perspective of the United States and European Power structures, the ultimate RESULT was to create a “socialist/communist/fascist” police and military force, with centralized enforcement power in the hands of the corporate “State”, instead of maintaining checks and balances against any particular government agency or branch of government from acquiring too much dictatorial power.
In a totalitarian dictatorship, who is going to be the independent investigator to determine standards? Who is going to police the police? Who is going to police the courts and the politicians? Without an alert and educated populace, tyranny is guaranteed.
Even the police and military forces themselves are being duped into submission and compliance with this sinister agenda. Instead of being public servants, community police forces are more and more being used an extensions of the U.S. military.
What has become obvious is that the government and manipulative media conspire daily to falsify not only evidence, but to use the court of public opinion to convict those charged with crimes via false, incriminating media propaganda.
Both prosecutors and the media promote whatever “evidence” fits the narrative, then they ignore the rest. They promote false and often groundless accusations against individuals or whistleblowers who tell the truth. Malicious prosecutions, now commonplace in the judicial system, often originating from the so-called Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which has become nothing more than the blatant political arm of the Global Power structure.
For example, the “results/benefits” of all the following “events” expanded interagency, multi-jurisdictional cooperation and took a giant leap toward the merging of all federal, corporate “State” and local police with U.S. military operations, with one common goal: to eradicate “terrorism” and those allegedly associated with it. But who are the real terrorists? Behind the aforementioned “result” is the Power structure agenda for a one-world government.
Who Benefits from Terrorism?
Who benefits from the rise of a national police power? Who benefits from all the new prisons being built? Who benefits from a“war on terrorism” both domestically and abroad? If you would like answers and seek the truth, then follow the “benefits”. Follow the power. Clinton admitted the single greatest reason for his re-election to a second term was the Oklahoma City Bombing (OKC). Clearly, politicians, among many others seeking elected office, can benefit.
Are We the People actually benefiting from these expanded police forces? Are you feeling more secure? Do you sleep better at night? Or is this all a well-conceived and well-implemented hoax to slowly, but certainly, erode your civil liberties and unalienable rights, to install a totalitarian police state? You decide.
This accelerating erosion of our civil liberties and unalienable rights has much more to do with the hidden agenda of shadow government to destroy government of, by and for the people. It is time for us to wake up. These days the media and certain political leaders labels activists who stand up to defend their civil rights and unalienable rights as “domestic terrorists”, “anti-government”, and “cults”which are buzzwords created by disinformation agents to prejudice the reader or viewer, and discredit certain groups or individuals. An individual or group might be further labeled as “lunatic fringe” or a “conspiracy theorist” without consideration or respect to their beliefs, or perspectives or the actual facts.
The author of this book has come to realize through personal experience that actual “patriots” (people who love their country), “sovereign citizens”, in other words, people who have reclaimed authority over their lives, “constitutionalists” (people who love the U.S. constitution and what it stands for), and Citizen “militias”, in other words,people willing to stand up and protect their country from all enemies domestic and foreign, are seen by the government and mainstream media as “enemies of the state”.
This massive growth of the federal government bureaucracy and the expansion of their respective police powers has grown increasingly dangerous and unwieldy in the last six decades.
Watershed Event for American Freedom
EVENT: Tax protester and township organizer Gordon Kahl was first imprisoned by the IRS, then later killed by U.S. Marshals (February 13, 1983) in Medina, North Dakota. Her son Yorie Kahl, was imprisoned for life as a political prisoner.
REACTION: Thousands of law-abiding, Euro-American, middle-class citizens marched on Washington D.C. in reaction to excessive police force.
RESULT/BENEFIT: This event aroused the anger and fear of average Americans which triggered the first wave of the patriot movement. Ordinary citizens opened their eyes and began to question the authority of the IRS and other government institutions, asking, “Who Benefits?”
Gordon, Joan and Yorie Kahl were farmers and the first high-profile political prisoners during the humble beginnings of the tax honesty and sovereignty movements in the early 1980s. Yorie’s arrest and imprisonment was a watershed event, a spark that began a modest Second American Revolution and tax rebellion. His son Yorie Kahl was charged and convicted of killing federal agents in self-defense and has spent much of his lifetime behind bars. His appeals for parole have been forthright denied.
The murder of tax-protester and township organizer Gordon Kahl by U.S. Marshals in Medina, North Dakota was a prime example of excessive law enforcement against a private citizen for refusing to pay an unlawful income tax.
Middle-class America had been increasingly upset about the decline in their standard of living, the increasing bite of the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS), and numerous engineered bankruptcies and foreclosures that disrupted the comfortable lives of small family farmers in the Midwest.
The mergers and acquisitions of large corporate farms was the direct result of money market manipulation by the bankers, forcing thousands of mid-western farmers to lose their property during the mid-1970s.
Led by Dr. Eugene Schroder, those opposed to the killing, marched on Washington D.C. to protest, but the U.S. Congress turned a deaf ear on its most loyal constituency – the hard working, law-abiding, tax-paying and voting Citizens.
Dr. Eugene Schroder has since championed the research on the “Emergency War Powers” Acts which have robbed We the People of our constitutionally-protected rights and due process of law.
The government with its allies in the police forces have for generations waged a not-so-secret war against African-Americans Americans, Native Americans, Latinos, union organizers, civil rights organizers and just about anybody who challenges the authority of centralized government. However, this attack seemed fundamentally different.
This was not an attack against a fringe or minority group. In the U.S. government’s deluded mind, attacking minorities was justified, because it was thought that they could never become the political majority and do serious damage to the system.
However, the murder of Gordon Kahl was not a racial or minority issue, but a purely political one. Fed up with government being irresponsive to the people, Kahl had turned to the study of law to fight the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS). He was popularizing legal remedies to reverse the trend of ever increasing, excessive government, and was stepping on some pretty big toes in the process.
This event marked a point in time whereby the U.S. government had reached a point of desperation to maintain law and order, and keeping a lid on the huge fraud it had perpetrated on the American people for generations.
The lid was about to be lifted and the government would be caught raiding the chicken coup. Like a game of musical chairs, nobody likes having no place to sit when the music stops. The music was about to stop.
When its most loyal constituency, middle-class America stopped paying their taxes and caught on to what was really going on behind closed doors of big government, the global elite’s power to rule without protest would be over.
From the elite’s perspective, something had to be done. Gordon Kahl and those he was teaching had to be stopped at any cost. Thus, excessive force was used to serve a bogus search warrant upon this middle-class Christian tax protester in North Dakota. They did not expect Gordon Kahl to respond with force in self-defense. This significant event which resulted in his murder by the government, signaled a “populist revolution” that continues to this day with a multiplicity of related issues and concerns.
The Sagebrush Rebellion
The federal U.S. government’s unreasonable reaction and increasing hubris was a growing symptom of the recklessness and stupidity with which our government has determined to wage a war against its own Citizens. This government assault signaled the beginning of the “patriot era”,and the rise of the “tax honesty and sovereignty movements” of the 1990s at the turn of the millennium.
Thousands of tax-paying, middle-class Americans began to wake up politically that day, and have not gone back to sleep again. They realized that their lives could be snuffed out as quickly as Gordon Kahl’s by a government drunk with power. This “Sagebrush Rebellion”, as it began to gain momentum, was gradual in the 1980s until escalating in the 1990s to a point when there were 63 million non-filer individuals in 1996, according to the IRS’s own statistics.
In other words, middle-class Americans refused to file or pay “income taxes” until their government was once again accountable to the U.S. Constitution, answered their questions about taxes, and responded to their Petition for Redress of Grievances as required by the 1st Amendment.
It took more than ten years to gather enough steam as a movement to begin to seriously concern the U.S. government. Big government, corporations and banks had been getting away with murder and ransacking the people’s property for generations. Suddenly, they wondered why ordinary Citizen’s were angry and beginning to organize against them.
To clarify, to be labeled “anti-government” is misleading. It implies being against government corruption, not against lawful government of, for and by the people. In truth, there is nothing “anti-government” about resisting corruption, injustice and evil and demanding accountability from our representative government.
John F. Kennedy, Warren Commission Report and Other Assassinations
The federal U.S. government and its puppets behind the scenes still admit zero responsibility for staging the following fiascos of justice, and there are many, many more.
Were these all planned to generate the intended “result/benefit” by the powers-that-be? Without a doubt, further oppression of the people and more centralization of police power in the hands of the federal U.S. government has been a clear “result/benefit”? Is military involvement in civilian affairs is a hidden a coup d’ etat? Is history repeating itself yet again?
EVENT: Assassinations or murders of benevolent and dynamic leadership; John F. Kennedy (November 23, 1963) The Warren Commission Report redacted evidence and sealed the report from the public for 50 years regarding the murder of JFK. Other State-sponsored murders included Medgar Evans (June 12, 1963), Malcolm X (February 21, 1965), Martin Luther King (April 4, 1968), Robert F. Kennedy (June 5, 1968), and John Lennon (Dec 9, 1980).
REACTION: Americans were shocked at the sudden violence and social confusion in their midst, the loss of beloved leadership and how to respond. A countercultural generation of hippies was on the rise and political activists generated a considerable movement toward social change (anti-racist, anti-war, anti-nuclear, pro-environment, pro-democracy, pro-alternative). The Beatles emerged from Liverpool as rock sensations with a social conscience.
RESULT/BENEFIT: This was a coup d’ etat by the military industrial complex. Escalation of war in Vietnam and Southeast Asia; Astronomical profits for war industry; Expansion of the Cold War with the Soviet Union; Fragmentation of Civil Rights movement; Cooling the political activism; Expansion of centralized power in the hands of the federal U.S. government corporation and the global elite. “Who Benefits?”

These assassinations were all planned by the Power structure against perceived “enemies of the state”. The renowned New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison wrote extensively about his research behind the Kennedy assassination in his book On the Trail of the Assassins, Garrison subpoenaed portions of the Warren Commission Report for the trial, but he was refused access to numerous secret files necessary for his case.
Many witnesses contradicted the Warren Commission Report about the lone killer and the “magic bullet theory” that falsely claimed that there was only one shooter whose bullets turned corners in mid-air. Testimony was changed or eliminated to fit the government’s story. The murderers even erected a statue at the scene of the crime and nobody even noticed.
Tony Gambino of the infamous Gambino New York crime family set the record straight about the JFK assassination after he was released from prison, saying he was in Dallas when John F. Kennedy was shot and the fatal bullet came from a shooter located in an underground storm drain.
“I was there when he was shot and I know for a fact Rosselli was in the storm drain doing the shooting and Frank Sturgiss was also part of the hit team,” said Gambino. “The same group of guys we have talked about in the Vatican and U.S. government gave the orders and asked the Mafia families for help in taking down Kennedy.”
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has not reopened the investigation despite disconcerting evidence of a probable conspiracy from the highest levels of government.
Warren Commission Report Files Still Undisclosed to the Public
Former U.S. President Obama had declassified 175 batches of long secret government records, but the 1,100 long suppressed CIA records were not?
Former U.S. President Trump released around 19,000 declassified documents from the JFK case, many of them with redactions in 2018. However, others were withheld on the grounds of national security.
U.S. President Biden once again postponed the release of classified files with the lamest excuse of the COVID-19 “plandemic”. He said the National Archives needed additional time (more than 59 years) to prepare the Kennedy files for publication. The release of all the remaining documents was again delayed until sometime after December 15, 2022.
“Temporary continued postponement is necessary to protect against identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, and the conduct of foreign relations is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure.” ~ U.S. President Joe Biden
Since the JFK assassination, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has lost all credibility. Confidence in our institutions of justice have been in steady decline ever since. Hope and innocence was lost. Something shifted after JFK was murdered, very likely by factions within the United States Power structure itself. Instead of being accountable to the murder of JKF, the perpetrators seized even more power and have been in control to this very day.
By suppressing and hiding the truth from the American people for so long, it accelerated a decline down the slippery slope of perpetual lies and disinformation which has poisoned the American mind ever since.
Vietnam War Protests, M.O.V.E., Black Panthers and American Indian Movement
EVENT: The American Indian Movement’s (AIM) leader, Leonard Peltier was framed for murder of federal agents by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) He was sentenced to prison for life without parole (June 26, 1975); Forty-five (45) years later, Peltier continues to be a political prisoner; M.O.V.E. raids and killing of Black Panther leaders in Philadelphia by the local police department (August 8, 1978); the Vietnam War escalated in Southeast Asia and students were drafted into military service.
REACTION: Vietnam Anti-War protests and alternatives to the draft were organized on college campuses across the united states of America. They escalated the war with the invasion of neighboring Cambodia and the murder of Kent State student activists; Repression on American Indian Reservation lands continues to this day.
RESULT?BENEFIT: Anti-Crime and Anti-Drug laws were passed which terrorized an entire generation; Ten-fold growth in centralized law enforcement, attorneys, litigation, courts, police, etc. “Who Benefits?”
Randy Weaver and Ruby Ridge
EVENT: The Weaver family siege at Ruby Ridge; Killing of Deputy William Degan at Ruby Ridge in self-defense; Killing of Weaver’s son and wife by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents (August 22, 1992); Combined local and federal assault against civilians in violation of Posse Comitatus Act; Weaver and Peterson were arrested, tried and acquitted by a jury.
REACTION: Public outrage at the abuse of federal power by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the murder of his wife and son.
RESULT/BENEFIT: In a rare case of sanity, a jury acquitted both Weaver and Peterson. This sent a message to federal law enforcement that you cannot assault civilians and always get away with it. “Who Benefits?”
Five hundred (500) heavily armed Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, U.S. Marshals, local law enforcement, military vehicles and tanks surrounded a small home owned by Randy Weaver. They killed his son and wife, then had the audacity to charge his entire family with conspiracy. This was yet another example of an excessive military force orchestrated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF).
The siege at Ruby Ridge lasted eleven days before Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris surrendered to law enforcement. The surrender was not negotiated by the FBI, but by Lt. Col. Bo Gritz, a former Green Beret. Weaver and Harris were charged with murder, though acquitted by a jury, thanks in great part to his defense attorney Gerry Spence.
After the trial, Gerry Spence told The New York Times,“A jury today has said that you can’t kill somebody just because you wear badges, then cover up those homicides by prosecuting the innocent.”
Ruby Ridge is a classic story of corrupt police, overzealous prosecutors, and the reactive press working in collusion with the government to frame a case, lie to the court, lie to the public, and far too often get away with it. In this case they didn’t get away with it and what goes on behind the scenes was revealed in trial for all to see.
During the trial it was revealed that the propaganda media reported exactly what the federal agents told them to report, even if it was a lie. They needed to frame the Weavers as dangerous, eccentric, racists and “white supremacists”, thus justifying the use of excessive force. The same strategy was used in Waco.
The government admitted that the FBI had tampered with the evidence, that crime scene photos were phony reenactments, and physical evidence had been removed and replaced. The prosecutor knew all this, yet failed to tell the defense. The prosecutor also withheld evidence. For prosecutorial misconduct, the judge ordered the government to pay part of the defense attorney fees which is unheard of in a federal trial.
What had precipitated all of this federal attention was the fact that Randy Weaver had sold two shotguns whose barrels measured ¼” less than the 18” length determined to be legal. Inadvertently, he sold these two guns to a BATF undercover agent.
The BATF had approached Weaver with an offer to spy on an alleged “white supremacist” hate group or go to jail. He refused the offer to become a government agent and informant. Six months later he was indicted on the shotgun charge, then forcibly arrested at gunpoint a few months later.
He was improperly arraigned under the wrong law and returned home on bail. He decided then and there he was not going to have any more dealings with the federal court. No matter that the indictment was flawed, the U.S. Attorney went to the grand jury and indicted him for failure to appear.
For the next 16 months, the federal agents and propaganda media painted Weaver as a “white supremacist”, a racist, an anti-semite and a criminal, while he and his family remained secluded in their mountain cabin. Does this sound familiar?
Without warning, a federal agent fired shots and killed their dog Striker. His son Sammy frightened by the shower of bullets shot back and was killed. Kevin Harris is said to have shot Deputy William Degan though it was a lie. After the Deputy’s shooting, the FBI surrounded their property with dozens of law enforcement officers. It was a siege that appears to have been planned in advance.
The rules of engagement were changed. The eleven snipers surrounding the cabin were given orders to use deadly force, if any adult was observed with a weapon. No negotiators were in place. No effort had been made to contact the Weavers.
Within seconds, shots were fired. Randy Weaver was shot and his wife killed with a baby in her arms. This was a planned military action to push public perception further toward accepting totalitarian government and total police control.
First World Trade Center Bombing and FBI
NEWS: An FBI informant revealed plans for the first World Trade Center bombing with terrorists three weeks prior (February 26, 1993); Instead of preventing the bombing the FBI was complicit and allowed it to happen which killed six people and injured more than a thousand.
REACTION: Only covered in the alternative press this story was not well known, but as a precursor to September 11, 2001 (911) it was important.
RESULT/BENEFIT: September 11, 2001 (911) was better orchestrated. “Who Benefits?”
The first World Trade Center bombing occurred on February 26, 1993, when a truck bomb was detonated below the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York, NY. The 1,336 lb (606 kg) urea nitrate–hydrogen gas enhanced device was intended to knock the North Tower (Tower One) into the South Tower (Tower Two), bringing both towers down, thereby killing tens of thousands of people. It failed to do so, but did kill six people and injured more than a thousand.
The attack was planned by a group of terrorists including Ramzi Yousef, Mahmud Abouhalima, Mohammad Salameh, Nidal A. Ayyad, Abdul Rahman Yasin and Ahmad Ajaj. They received financing from Khaled Sheikh Mohammed, Yousef’s uncle. In March 1994, four men were convicted of carrying out the bombing: Abouhalima, Ajaj, Ayyad and Salameh. The charges included conspiracy, explosive destruction of property, and interstate transportation of explosives. In November 1997, two more were convicted: Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind behind the bombings, and Eyad Ismoil, who drove the truck carrying the bomb.
In the course of the trial it was revealed that the FBI had an informant, a former Egyptian army officer named Emad Salem. Salem claimed to have informed the FBI of the plot to build a bomb that would eventually be used in the World Trade Center towers as early as February 6, 1992.
Salem’s role as informant allowed the FBI to quickly pinpoint the conspirators out of hundreds of possible suspects. The transcripts do not make clear the extent to which Federal Authorities knew that there was a plan to bomb the World Trade Center, merely that a bombing of some sort was being discussed.
Salem claimed that the FBI’s plan was for Salem to supply the conspirators with a harmless powder instead of actual explosive to build their bomb, but that the FBI chose to use him for other purposes instead. He secretly recorded hundreds of hours of telephone conversations with his FBI handlers.
David Koresh, Branch Davidians and Waco Massacre
EVENT: The murder of 75 innocent women and children in Waco, Texas by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) (February 28 – April 19, 1993); Deadly firebombing and use of military force at David Koresh’s family compound. Many of the survivors were imprisoned.
REACTION: Public outrage at the abuse of federal power by the BATF and the use of military force against a family.
RESULT/BENEFIT: This pushed the envelope of what people would accept with regards to military strength law enforcement waged against private citizens. “Who Benefits?”
One hundred heavily armed BATF agents, plus Texas law enforcement, and military invaded the residence of the Branch Davidians religious group in Waco, Texas between February 28 and April 19, 1993.
Upon hearing the shouting hoard of a heavily armed, para-military group descending upon them, the Davidians locked the doors of their home and braced for an attack. BATF agents broke windows and shot into the residence, killing six people inside the compound.
As federal agents started entering the building, the people defended their home by fighting back, killing four of the assaulting BATF agents. If the besieged residents had any hope that public pressure would bring a halt to the siege, they were sadly mistaken. This was yet another example of excessive military force orchestrated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF).
The governmentʼs disinformation campaign and rapid manipulation of the media sought to make the besieged victims the culprits. The Waco tragedy had the potential for waking up the American people. Bill Clinton appeared on television and stated that the residents had committed suicide and were to blame for the horrible outcome.
Timothy McVeigh and Oklahoma City Bombing
EVENT: The alleged bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols (April 19, 1993); The BATF had foreknowledge of the bombing, but did nothing; Coverup by federal U.S. government; Witness harassment and destruction of evidence by the FBI; McVeigh was the patsy (scapegoat) like Oswald was, given the death sentence and executed on June 11, 2001. Nichols is still serving a life sentence without parole.
REACTION: The arming of Citizen militia groups along with membership increasing throughout the states; Citizen grand juries were formed to indict corrupt government officials; Citizens expanded their use of the courts to bring forth their complaints and file a Petition for Redress of Grievances pursuant to the 1st Amendment; Citizens organized fax networks, utilized short wave radio and the internet to advance the causes of justice; Tax protestors refused to file or pay income taxes until a law could be produced to prove filing is required. No such law has ever been shown.
RESULT/BENEFIT: The Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 was passed during the Clinton Administration and signed into law, further restricting civil liberties, gutting habeas corpus laws which prevented indefinite incarceration Anti-Terrorism laws expanded and consolidated federal police forces and permitted the limited use of the U.S. military to fight terrorism at home in violation of the long-standing Posse Comitatus Act. Propaganda media whipped up a national frenzy about militia groups, and eagerly, without facts to support their positions, labeled anyone who spoke out against U.S. government corruption or misdeeds as “anti-government”. “Who Benefits?”
Suppressed evidence proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City was a covert U.S. government military operation, not the two-man lunatic fringe domestic terrorist attack spearheaded by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols. Numerous witnesses to the Oklahoma City Bombing saw Timothy McVeigh in the company of four or five individuals the morning prior to the bombing. The FBI harassed and intimidated witnesses to change their stories and testimony after the fact.
Forensic experts supported the conclusion that the alleged fertilizer bomb could not have blown up the Oklahoma Federal Building, that military-style bombs were used to bring down the building in a planned demolition instead.
The Oklahoma City Bombing was yet another false flag operation to legislate more repressive, anti-terrorism legislation to suppress the patriot and sovereignty movements on the rise in America.
In Oklahoma’s Federal Building there was more going on than meets the eye. There was so much suppressed evidence thanks to an extensive cover-up by the federal U.S. government. Testimony revealed and showed that there was evidence stored in the Oklahoma City Federal Building from the BATF’s misdeeds in Waco, Texas, which coincidentally, was all destroyed by the Oklahoma City bombing.
Timothy McVeigh was an outsider to the “patriot movement”, unknown until after his deed was done. He might have been a U.S. government agent all along, or a patsy (scapegoat) set-up to take the fall for a shadowy U.S. government operation.
Terry Nichols got caught up in the anger of the times and was swept away by a vengeance for the system. Ultimately McVeigh was swiftly convicted, sentenced, then executed without pardon or review.
The Oklahoma City Bombing was executed strategically and from the highest levels of government, in part to destroy condemning evidence regarding the government’s behavior at Waco, Texas; also to frame and arouse negative public sentiment in the mainstream media against groups that might be a threat to the United States Power structure, and then blame it on the Citizen militias and the “patriot movement”. It served all these purposes quite well.
Citizens beware: the federal U.S. government corporation and its executive agencies have become the world’s most dangerous “terrorist” organization. By diminishing habeas corpus protections guaranteed by language written directly in the U.S. Constitution is an affront to both liberty and security for all “citizens of the United States”.

Leroy Schweitzer and Montana Freemen
EVENT: Leroy Schweitzer, Peterson and the Montana Freemen surrendered to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after an 81 day standoff. Patriots assisted in negotiating with the Freemen of Montana (March 25, 1996). Potential military and federal assault was averted by the presence of Citizen militias. The media grew weary of the standoff and lack of violence, so they turned their attention elsewhere. Reports from Schweitzer’s relatives confirm that he had been tortured and horribly mistreated in prison (April 25, 1996). The Montana Freemen are political prisoners; Schweitzer died in prison in 2011.
REACTION: Common law courts were being organized in every state of the Union. American Patriots were fragmented between pro-Freemen and anti-Freemen. Infighting and betrayals were abundant. Informants were coming out of the closet like rats and cowards were fleeing en masse The sovereignty movement was now divided.
RESULT/BENEFIT: Government at all levels increasingly nervous about Citizen activism and the mounting anger of its Citizens. Hundreds of Common law courts were silenced and others dissolved under the stress of internal disagreements, the lack of organization and resources, or they were shut-down by local law enforcement. “Who Benefits?”
In July 1996 something quite remarkable may have momentarily happened. A supreme Court or King’s Bench was supposedly convened in the “district court of the United States” on the “Common law” side of the federal court. Chief Justice Leroy Schweitzer led the proceedings with federal Judge James A. Burns as a referee. We heard rumors the Freemen of Montana were acquitted in this particular court?
The persecution of Leroy Schweitzer and the Montana Freemen was another watershed chapter in the history of the “Common law” movement.
Montana farmers, who had enough of the land grabbing policies and practices of the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS), had turned to a deep study of the “Common law” to discover what “recourse and remedy“ might be available to keep the IRS and the federal U.S. government off their farms and out of their county.
Under the leadership of Leroy Schweitzer, the Freemen had organized a
county “Common law court” in Montana and began filing court judgments against the IRS and other federal U.S. government officials who had exceeded their lawful constitutional authority. They did so by perfecting a “Common law lien” on these officials and their property, then filing liens with the state. The Freemen also perfected a “Common law lien” on the Secretary of the Treasury, the federal U.S. government, and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) with the honorable, though somewhat misguided intention of redistributing the proceeds of back to the American people.
Because of Leroy Schweitzer’s excellent research into the international banking system, which revealed a humongous fraud perpetrated on the American people, he became the first notable and most controversial “political prisoner” of the 1990s.
Schweitzer’s actions aroused an incredible fear and hatred by public officials toward Schweitzer and the Freemen which eventually ended in a long standoff with federal agents at gunpoint.
Although many disagree as to whether or not his research was valid, most would agree that his noble attempt to force the imminent bankruptcy of the United States Power structure through the “Common law lien” process was bound to fail. He had a strong-minded and stubborn personality and was committed to the “Common law” process, right or wrong.
Elizabeth Broderick and Adolph Hoch
EVENT: Elizabeth Broderick, “The Lien Queen” was arrested in Lancaster, California (April 25, 1996), convicted and sentenced for 16 years as a political prisoner. Broderick died in prison in 2012. Jerry Henson, founder of the Common law movement, was arrested and convicted of parole violations as a political prisoner.
REACTION: Broderick’s arrest and conviction sent a shudder of fear and anger throughout the sovereignty movement, the “Common law courts” and especially among those who had their mortgages paid-in-full by virtue of assignments from the “commercial lien” she perfected in the State of California.
RESULT/BENEFIT: Utilizing the commercial lien process for ordinary people ceased and many of the “Common law courts” were dissolved or destroyed by government agents. “Who Benefits?”
In 1995, I was invited to present a lecture as a keynote speaker at the Essex House Convention Center in Lancaster, California. The seminar was entitled, Reclaiming Your Sovereign Citizenship. The audience were those in attendance so as to have their bank mortgages “paid-in-full” through Broderick’s “commercial lien” process.
The story goes that after Ms. Broderick’s jewelry business was unlawfully raided by the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS), she perfected a $14m “commercial lien” in the State of California to recover damages.
Given her generosity of spirit, and patriotic fervor, she decided to reassign portions of her perfected “commercial lien” to people at her events so as to pay their bank mortgages in full. Thousands of mortgages were paid.
Her events riled the IRS, the banks and local law enforcement as they were told this was illegal, though in fact, “commercial liens”are reassigned everyday. But not by ordinary people like Elizabeth Broderick seeking justice for herself and others.
Broderick knew that the bankers were loaning money that did not exist to people who would then be encumbered for the next thirty (30) years. She had found what she believed to be a legal way to gift a portion of her “commercial lien” to others and pay off the bank mortgages at the same time. Banks were accepting thousands of these “drafts” as payment in full.
I recall one auspicious keynote event on April 22, 1996, prior to their arrests, where the back of the room was lined with FBI, CIA and other government agents as well as three major news networks — ABC, CBS and NBC. They were hoping for a scandalous story or some dirt on Broderick.
Instead, they received a three-hour lecture about reclaiming sovereignty and a hopeful future for a new united states of America. Afterwards, and much to my delight, an FBI agent approached me and commented that this was the most inspiring lecture he had heard since JFK.
After their arrest by federal agents, I was subpoenaed to be an expert witness at their trial in August 1996. I met with Ms. Broderick for the last time at the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles, California, but was not allowed on the witness stand at the Roy Ball Federal Building.

Richard and Evelyn McLaren and Republic of Texas
EVENT: The Republic of Texas was reconstituted as an independent nation under the leadership of Richard McLaren. McLaren was arrested, convicted and imprisoned on gun charges by the federal U.S. government as a political prisoner to be released on June 15, 2041.
REACTION: Law enforcement arrested the leaders of the secessionist movement.
RESULT/BENEFIT: Restoring the Republic of Texas as an independent nation was stopped. “Who Benefits?”
I spoke with Richard McLaren over the phone and believe that he was genuine and sincere in his efforts to restore the Republic of Texas, although I cannot validate his legal opinions and strategies.
His strong personality, and inability to keep the Republic of Texas moving in one focused direction, along with his patience and commitment to non-violence, were his ultimate downfalls. He was apparently wrongfully accused and prosecuted by the federal U.S. government as have other leaders in this movement have been.26
The Republic of Texas was the most effective and best organized state sovereignty group in the country. Richard McLaren was the founder and legal researcher behind its initial success. Just before his arrest, conviction and imprisonment as a “political prisoner”, the Republic of Texas had split into two separate factions, perhaps due to an infiltrator or agent provocateur.
Similar to Leroy Schweitzer and the Montana Freemen, Richard McLaren was utilizing the“commercial lien” process to enforce due process in the Republic of Texas. McLaren was having dubious success working within the existing judicial system. The federal judiciary was obstructing the process of independence for Texas and ignoring both international and constitutional law.
Richard McLaren was by far the most vocal and competent opponent of the corporate “State of Texas”, asserting the “unalienable right” of We the People to re-establish the sovereign state republic as it was before it joined the Union of states. But as a divided movement, the Republic of Texas would ultimately fail to reassert its independence.
From the U.S. government’s perspective, McLaren had to be stopped. The government noticed that McLaren was becoming increasingly desperate and paranoid, having alienated much of his support for the Republic of Texas. The U.S. government seized the opportunity when they used excessive force in serving a warrant which resulting in a Texas standoff.
Revisiting the Right to Secession
When the propaganda media refers to a “separatist” movement they imply that the “separation of powers” doctrine between the federal and state governments no longer exists which are basic tenants of American Law and the U.S. Constitution.
The same media would conclude that We the People are not sovereign and have no unalienable rights whatsoever to keep the federal U.S. government out of the business of the sovereign states of the Union despite the 9th, 10th and 11th Amendments.
This “right of secession” included the Republic of Texas which was recognized as an independent nation under international law by the World Court at Hague.
This is a similar process each of the other 47 state republics would have to accomplish simultaneously to have pulled a political coup over the New World Order. The same applies to the Kingdom of Hawai’I and other independence movements.
IRS Raids Against IGP and Other Leaders
EVENT: On February 28, 2001, the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS) along with local law enforcement on Maui, Hawai’i, raided 36 offices and homes in three countries of leading advocates of the “Sovereignty Movement” and “Tax Honesty Movement” in the largest IRS operation in history. Three days later, the bank license of Suisse Security Bank and Trust in the Bahamas was revoked and billions of dollars of deposits were seized by an unknown “culprit”. To this day, none of those funds were ever recovered.
REACTION: Tens of thousands of sovereign people lost billions of dollars in deposits and savings in their offshore bank accounts. The IRS raids and bank seizure sent shockwaves through the “Sovereignty Movement” and “Tax Honesty Movement”,casting suspicion over its leaders including this author. Support for these important and powerful movements evaporated over the next few years.
RESULT/BENEFIT: The “Sovereignty Movement” and “Tax Honesty Movement” began to crumble under the weight of negative press, forthcoming indictments against the leaders, and fear. This was the end of the last great political movement of the 20th century at the turn of the millennium. “Who Benefits?”
The Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS) said that the promoters used foreign banks and trusts to help people hide their income and create fake deductions. Reporters for the The New York Times said they were suspected promoters of tax evasion schemes for affluent people.
Commissioner Charles O. Rossotti said more than three dozen searches were conducted and arrests made as the IRS deployed about 300 of its 2,700 criminal tax investigators on these cases. For many of those affected by the IRS raids, it took up to five years for indictments to occur by a federal grant jury.
Among the targets were the Global Prosperity Group (GPG), the Institute of Global Prosperity (IGP), which operates a seminar business offshore and promotes what the government says are a variety of fraudulent tax and investment schemes. None the U.S. government’s accusations were actually true. But as always, the U.S. government corporation and its principals-creditors got away with yet another “crime of the century”.
911 Was An Inside Job
EVENT: The September 11 attacks, also commonly referred to as 9/11, were a series of four coordinated terrorist attacks by the militant Islamist terrorist group al-Qaeda against the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001.
REACTION: Shock, grief and outrage overtook Americans, especially in New York City. Disbelief in the government narrative began almost immediately and continues to this day.
RESULT/BENEFIT: The global elite’s desire for the continuation of war, including the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan was achieved. The “war on terror” continues unabated. “Who Benefits?”
Perpetual Terrorism Against the American People
“Terrorism”, in its broadest sense, is the use of intentional violence to achieve political aims. In the united states of America, we have been under a perpetual state of “National Emergency” since the bankruptcy of 1933. The evidence is plainly written in the pages of this book.
Today, the definition of “terrorism” has morphed into a vague concept of anyone who confronts, challenges or questions the mainstream narrative or the authority of the federal and corporate “State” governments. So who is now defined as a “terrorist” in the united states of America? The short answer is, any “Citizen of the United States” who loves this country, upholds the U.S. Constitution, and is willing to fight for their freedom is now a “domestic terrorist”.
Only recently, the United States, European and Global Power structures decided to stop scurrying around in the dark alleys of a shadow government as they have done for generations. These Power structures operate out in the open in the clear light of day for all to see. They even hire political goons to do their dirty work such as Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa.
These “useful idiots” are coming out in broad daylight, rioting in the streets, destroying, then, stealing whatever they can grab. These so-called “peaceful protests” by the propaganda media are highly organized hit squads. They are arrogantly destroying the last vestige of freedom, any ‘semblance of civility, in the united states of America. That is, if We the People bury our heads in the sand, cooperate and continue to give our power away to these globalists.
One does not have to be a rocket scientist to see the pattern emerging toward an end result of more centralized police and military power in the hands of a totalitarian State. A panic has spread through the united states of America, as many now are rightfully afraid for their lives and families.
For the first time in my lifetime, the majority of Citizens are waking up. Militias, alternative right pundits, sovereign “state” Citizens and constitutionalists were not the ones responsible for bombing the Oklahoma City Federal Building, or many other government-manufactured crimes.
Yet in the public’s perception, thanks to the propaganda media, and an unreasonable need for revenge, some people are attached to punishing someone, anyone, for these horrendous crimes against humanity. And it is extremely unlikely that the actual perpetrators will be found and brought to justice.
Strategically placed disinformation, usually but not always, wins out over reason, facts and truth in a country eager to blame someone else for their problems and pain. This is the foundation of “mind control” and shadow governments are experts at orchestrating this.
If you examine the evidence, it is not difficult to conclude, that September 11, 2001 (911) was an inside job, a planned demolition, a “false flag” operation. Osama bin Laden and his cohorts did not crash airplanes into the Twin Towers and cause them to mysteriously melt down. The laws of physics do not bend to the whims of the Global Power structure.
After Gordon and Yorie Kahl, Randy Weaver and Ruby Ridge, David Koresh and Waco, Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols and the Oklahoma City Bombing, Leroy Schweitzer and the Freemen of Montana, Elizabeth Broderick, IRS Raids on the Leaders of IGP, and September 11, 2001 (911) – all these government “reactions” sent a tsunami of fear and mistrust throughout the judicial system (judges, prosecutors, attorneys) to derail any Citizen’s attempts to find “recourse and remedy” through lawful process. There was none left to be found.
If lawful, due process is denied, evidence suppressed, and access to the courts forbidden, then what “recourse and remedy” remains for the non-violent “Citizen of the United States”?
Freedom-loving Citizens peacefully involved in finding remedies in “Common law courts”, by Citizen grand juries, through writing lawful and factual Petitions for Redress of Grievances, or any other reasonable protest against government-sponsored “terrorism”, have found themselves subject to malicious prosecution, false arrest, military-style police or IRS raids on their homes or offices.
The “citizens of the United States” are afraid to confront, challenge or question their own government. That, my peaceful friends, is tyranny.

The United Nations (UN) was founded on October 24, 1945 in the aftermath of World War II. The UN was the substitute for the League of Nations which failed on its first attempt to create one-world government after World War I. Today, there are 193 member states of the United Nations (UN). All participate in the United Nations General Assembly.
There are five permanent member states: China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and ten non-permanent members elected for two-year terms by the General Assembly.
Compare the United Nations “Charter of Rights” with the “U.S. Constitution with the Bill of Rights” as author and educator G. Edward Griffin did. You will notice a profound difference. Whereas the United Nations (UN) “Charter of Rights” grants human rights “except where prohibited by law”, the “U.S. Constitution with the Bill of Rights” limits and prohibits the federal U.S. government corporation from infringing upon the inherent sovereign “unalienable rights” of its sovereign “state” Citizens and U.S. citizens.
This demonstrates the profound distinction between “human rights”, or “civil rights”, and “unalienable rights”. One does not acknowledge individual “sovereignty” and the other does.
If you look back at the Congressional Record, you will discover that “United States” participation in the United Nations (UN) was never lawfully ratified by the U.S. Congress, even though the United Nations (UN) “Charter of Rights” was approved in 1945. All member states of the United Nations (UN) must surrender a portion of their inherent national sovereignty to participate. The UN Security Council coordinates military/peacekeeping operations of its member states along with the Agency for International Development. Given the state of the world, we are not certain how much “peacekeeping” has actually occurred since its inception.
After the COVID-19 “plandemic”, the World Health Organization (WHO) has proposed to its member states signing on to an international treaty to appoint WHO as the global agency in charge of all future “plandemic” responses worldwide. Considering WHO’s ineptness and dishonesty in dealing with the COVID-19 “plandemic” from 2020 – 2022, not to mention persistently lying to the public to protect China’s interests, this is a ludicrous and dangerous idea.
During his term in office as U.S. President, Donald Trump addressed the United Nations (UN) with his “America First” policy, which is a policy whereby each member state should put their own people and their own “sovereignty” above that of the globalists.
If every nation was indeed “sovereign”, there would be less problems to deal with globally. But one-world government is not about solving problems or improving the quality of life for the people of the world. One-world government is about power, unelected power, top-down power ruling us all from the very apex of the pyramid.
For the first time in decades, a sitting U.S. President advocated for a strong policy of “national sovereignty” for every nation in the world during his annual speech to the United Nations (UN). He was met with laughter and ridicule by most of the member states. That says it all.
Sovereign Nations Need Not Apply
Sovereign nations such as “Taiwan” will not be admitted to the United Nations (UN) because China, who is a powerful member of the Security Council, is opposed to the idea. China still claims that “Taiwan” is a rogue state and is a “territory” of China. That is despite the fact that “Taiwan” was settled by “freedom fighters” who escaped mainland China during the Red Revolution.
“Taiwan” has not been admitted to the United Nations because China still lays claim to “Taiwan” as it did with Tibet before the Chinese invaded, took over Tibet and booted out the Dalai Lama. China is more eager than ever to reclaim “Taiwan” as part of China, but it will take a messy war to accomplish it.
“Taiwan” is also not bankrupt to the international bankers or the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and/or World Bank (WB). As a rule of thumb, only indebted and perpetually bankrupt nations need apply to the United Nations (UN).
There are a few “gold-backed” exceptions to this rule, such as digital or blockchain currencies in the United States, Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), Indonesia, China and Russia. Russia is debt-free to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and has one of the lowest debt to GDP ratios in the world.
One principle of “national sovereignty” is that only one sovereign nation state can occupy the same geography at the same time. Thousands of unrecognized indigenous nations exist who are not eligible for United Nations (UN) membership, because they are within the boundaries of other member nations.
Before the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) central banking system in the “United States”, the government created the post office and national banks without interference or intrusion by the international banks. Debt-free nations can create and print their own money internally instead of relying on the Rothschilds/Rockefeller central banking system. Debt-free nations are economically sustainable without any need of foreign borrowing with interest.
United Nations Global Governance Commission
The United Nations Commission on Global Governance called for a World Conference on Global Governance (1998). The purpose of the conference was to adopt treaties and agreements that would pave the way for one-world government before the year 2030.
The official United Nations (UN) motive for global government is the establishment of justice, human rights and economic equity worldwide. Social and economic justice, the theory goes, can only happen when all of humankind is equalized with an idea such as “Universal Basic Income (UBI)”. That sounds like a very socialist/communist idea.
Apparently, Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (WEF) suggested that by 2030 the mass of humanity will “own nothing, but be happy.” This is part of their grandiose notion of a “Great Reset”.The authors of this book politely disagree and do not concur with Schwab’s assessment.
The United Nations Commission on Global Governance assumed that people will be ready by 2030 to accept a new “global ethic”. But they said that “people of the land” may have to overcome the primal instinct of wanting to own either private or community property. Those who buck the United Nation’s plans will be “reeducated”through the use of international law backed with military force.
The United Nations Commission on Global Governance says, “Global taxation is necessary to service the needs of the global neighborhood. The safeguarding of the global commons cannot be achieved with the current drip-feed approach to financing.”
A United Nations Global Transaction Tax, among other world tax schemes, was proposed to fund an expansion of the United Nations. Many other funding proposals have been made. During COVID-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a 10% of GDP global tax from every member state to fight the “plandemic”. Most of these proposals have failed to pass as all have been challenged on the basis of “national sovereignty”.
The Global Commission to Fund the United Nations revealed that today’s present financial constraints on United Nations (UN) activities require a change in financing methods for the world body. They assert it’s now time to “shift the burden of financing the UN from national to global sources by introducing charges for the use of the global commons, for example, the Internet, or levies on international activities such as foreign currency transactions.”

The Clinton Administration supported the United Nation’s (UN) program enthusiastically. For instance, Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott, wrote an article for Time magazine called The Birth of the Global Nation, and he won the Global Governance Award from the World Federalist Association (1993).
U.S. President Clinton supported the UN’s agenda with his Presidential Decision Directive (PDD25), a declassified document. A summary revealed the “Creation by the UN of a Plans Division, an Information and Research Division, an Operations Division, a Logistical Division, A Public Affairs Cell, a Civil Police Cell and a Professional Peace Operations Training Program.”
The United Nations (UN) needed and needs to maintain a rapidly deployable headquarters team and modest airlift capabilities. The Clinton administration claimed that Presidential Decision Directive (PDD25) gives the U.S. President authority to assign U.S. military personnel to the United Nations for “peacekeeping” missions in Somalia and other places.
The George W. Bush Administration did not support the United Nations (UN) as enthusiastically as did Clinton. He took a radical departure toward unilateral action by the “United States” with no regard to the international community. “The audacity of Bush’s Iraq war maneuvers and his crude bullying threatens not only the United Nations, but the dream of world governance and world peace…Bush returned international relations to the raw power politics of the nineteenth century and abandons international law for the law of the jungle.”
The Obama Administration did much the same as Bush and Clinton. Since the United Nations (UN) is based in New York City, on land donated by the Rockefellers. The primary funder of the United Nations (UN) is the “United States”. Due in part to the UN’s ineptness, the Trump Administration cut funding for the United Nations (UN) suggesting that other member states make larger contributions.
Citation Needed | Six countries not part of the World Bank Group are as follows: Cuba, North Korea, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Nauru. Taiwan has the largest economy outside the World Bank. The two observer states, Vatican City as well as the State of Palestine, are also non-members.

Every U.S. President since Franklin D. U.S. Presidential elections, and those of other nations, have long since been bought and sold by the Power structure. It is questionable whether or not there are any honest, free and fair elections in any of the world’s so-called “democracies”.

Rhodes Scholarships Reward New Leaders
Rhodes scholarships were not set up to reward gifted students with a free ride at Oxford University , but rather as a strategic component of the Rhodes-Milner Group to create a one-world government based on British Commonwealth rules.
The purpose of Rhodes scholarships was to identify future leaders, then instill them with common values at Oxford sympathetic with their objective of creating a one-world government. Carroll Quigley was one of U.S. President Bill Clinton’s mentors. Quigley wrote a remarkable book entitled, Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time.

Rockefeller and Bilderberg Group
Five Secretary Generals of NATO were Bilderberg appointees. Many World Bank appointees are Bilderberg appointees. The European Union (EU), endorsed by Chancellor Kohl of Germany, is a creation of the Bilderberg Group.
Born June 12, 1915, David Rockefeller yearned to see his dream of a one-world government launched before he passed the torch on to the next generation. Rockefeller’s global goals for the year 2000 were delayed to 2014, then again to 2024 – 2030, in part because of those pesky sovereign “state” Citizens exercising their “unalienable rights” in the united states of America.
As long as the bell of liberty still tolls in the united states of America, the notion of a one-world government without liberty, freedom or sovereignty is not possible. Our sovereignty, both individual and national, stands in the way of the globalists. Thus, this country has to be brought down to its knees before their global goals can be met.
We the People of the world, wherever freedom still rings in the hearts and souls of humanity, are the last resistance to New World Order and the Deep State ambitions for world domination and control. If the truth be told, none of the Rockefellers may live to see their dream come true.
Bilderberg Group members, and its Rockefeller subsidiary, the Trilateral Commission (TC), were depressed by the current mood of the united states of America in the late 1990s. They were concerned that populist sentiments along with freshman U.S. Congressmen and U.S. Senators might balance the budget, reduce spending and the size of government, and abolish foreign aid programs.
The Bilderberg Group is accustomed to owning and controlling the U.S. Congress and the U.S. President completely. They do not like publicity from the Swiss media or any media shining the light of day in their direction. They prefer to operate in secret as they have done for generations. So let us shine some light in their direction.
The Bohemian Grove
The Bohemian Grove is a 2,700 acre redwood forest located in Monte Rio, California with accommodations for 2,000 people to glamp in luxury in over 120 distinct areas, divided according to class and status. The private club is an association of rich and powerful men, mostly U.S. citizens.
The Grove has been the site of a two-week retreat every July where the most powerful men network and indulge in strange cabalistic rituals of Moloch. There are speeches known as Lakeside Talks wherein high-ranking officials disseminate information not available to the public.
We the People must find ways to communicate effectively with these Power structures, invite them to tea, and let them know we do not consent to their plan of taking over the world. As “U.S. citizens”, or sovereign “state” Citizens, it is time for us to reclaim our sovereignty and freedom – all seven aspects, both internally and externally.
If these Power structures fail to listen or respect We the People, then we will have no option except to boycott all their products and services, bypass their financial systems with alternative currencies and bartering, restore lawful government and due process with other capable political leaders.
As Buckminster Fuller once said, “You can never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
Some people in these globalist organizations are well-meaning, doing their job with the best of intentions, yet knowing little of the hidden agenda at the top of the pyramid. Remember, it is wisest to avoid alienating those with whom we differ, and instead, to learn to share knowledge, network and communicate more effectively.

The Taboo of Sovereignty, Love and Power
Having intelligent, profound and civil conversations about sovereignty; our political, economic and legal systems, and how they actually work; the nature of the Power structure and international banking; who is in control and pulling the strings of the American legislative and political system; is all forbidden or “taboo” for many people.
To ask such questions and to speak of such matters has been considered “inappropriate”, and in these times of “woke” culture not considered politically correct. But now many Americans are waking up. Seldom did we hear such “impolite”, yet crucial conversations around the table with friends or family.
Important questions such as these were rarely investigated by the corporate-controlled media, or studied by academia from a neutral non-prejudiced point of view from “The Left” or “The Right” of the political spectrum.
But the pain and confusion caused by the COVID-19 “plandemic” has awoken the most aware, honest, open-minded, and intelligent majority of people, now willing more than ever, to break the silence and talk about what is “taboo”.
Superficial polarities and divisions have been institutionalized by all political parties and special interest lobbying groups to discourage serious dialogue or truth-finding. If we were not so insecure about our political positions, we would invite lively and serious debate on the issues, instead of hiding inside a hall of mirrors behind a veil of illusions and fear.
As a consequence of this well-organized complicity of silence and “conspiracy of ignorance”, many Americans, and people of the world, have not a clue as to what is really going on behind the scenes of world events, nor do they seem to care or be empowered enough to prosper in the rapidly changing world around them.
Why are we forbidden to think or question how and by whom we are actually governed? Why do we police ourselves into conformity to remain in our comfort zone? Why are we afraid to ask these questions? Are we really that afraid of the truth?

In these times dissent has been almost completely squelched in the united states of America and much of the Western world except for rare moments of activist sanity, for example, The People’s Convoy, Sovereignty Movement, Tax Honesty and Occupy Movements, and investigative journalism such as Edward Snowden and Julian Assange.
If we had even the faintest notion of what is actually going on behind the scenes, we would rise up tomorrow morning and demand the immediate resignation of our political and financial leaders. Given the nature of a “taboo”, we will bravely proceed to ask some of the forbidden, difficult hard questions anyway.

Q3: Who created the United Nations (UN) and why? How do human rights under the United Nations (UN) compare with sovereign, “unalienable rights” under the U.S. Constitution and the “Bill of Rights”?
Q4: How does the World Trade Organization (WTO) benefit powerful transnational corporations and the international bankers at the expense of developing third world economies?
Q5: What is the State of New Columbia and whatever happened to the District of Columbia (D.C.) or Washington D.C. as seat of the U.S. government? What are Executive Orders (EOs) and when do they supersede constitutional process and governance?
Q6: Why does the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after September 11, 2001 (911) signaled the end of freedom as we know it? Do not expect leaders or propaganda media pundits to ever tell the truth. Tune them out. Do your own research. Think for yourself. May this book open your eyes forever. Invisible Sovereign Power
Q: Is there a mostly hidden, shadowy, Power structure and global elite class that gets allegiance from all the bankrupt member states of the United Nations (UN)?
A: After decades of research and years of soul searching, this author would conclude without a doubt there has been and still is a hidden, Power structure behind the scenes of every significant economic, legal and political event in the world throughout history including the events of today.
Q: Is this a planned, organized and orchestrated “conspiracy” by a network of players?
A: Yes, without a doubt.

In U.S. Congressional hearings on February 17, 1950, James P. Warburg testified before a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing as to the relinquishment of the sovereignty of the de jure united states of America and the several republican states of the Union. He said, “We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or conquest”.
This hearing’s records were ordered to be sealed for 75 years. You might ask your U.S. congressman for a chance to look at them in the year 2025. So much for the idea of full disclosure, transparency and open government. The united states of America is no longer a “Republic”, or a “Democracy”, and has not been for generations.
Similarly, U.S. President Barack Obama had the opportunity to open the JFK assassination files and Warren Commission report back in 2013 after 50 years in secret. Obama chose to keep those files closed to the public for an indefinite time.
Q: What are they hiding and why?
A: They are hiding these truths so that we will not catch on to the largest pyramid scheme and global coup d’etat in the history of the world. The 2020 election was yet another coup d’etat of the U.S. government corporation at the highest level.
The Power structure is largely invisible to the public, though it is becoming more brazen, thus, self-evident all the time. Entities compete behind the scenes for larger market share of global power over every aspect of our lives. Global Power structures wrestle with each other for domination behind the scenes of every war and conflict historically, and in the world. Yet they also sit at the same table at times.
Powerful individuals, corporations, businesses, banks, trusts, institutions and networks of international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are the operational “Sovereign Powers” behind these flagrantly, corrupt nation states today.
Nation states, industries, media and banks have merged into huge cartels so as to minimize competition and maximize profits. This is the classic definition of“fascism”.
Power structures have been with us since the dawn of humanity beginning with the strong, imposing warrior who protected the tribe. This morphed into complex, transnational mega-structures that typify the Big Bank, Big Tech, Big Media, Big Pharma, Big War Power structures today.
Divide and Conquer
The founding principle of any organized Power structure is “divide to conquer, and to keep conquered, keep divided.”
Polarization is key. We have become experts at dividing ourselves against each other – rich against poor, black against white, male against female, strong against weak, smart against stupid, young against old, heterosexual against homosexual (vice versa and ad nauseum). Therefore, We the Divided People pose no threat to the de facto authority of the Power structure that runs our political, economic and legal systems.
Too often we have become “petty tyrants” of our own accord, lording over the tiny territory of our feudal families, friends and associates in a so-called “democracy”.
A people divided against each other cannot build the necessary “communities of trust” and together open our eyes to what is actually going on behind the scenes of our day-to-day struggles to survive instead of purely thriving. As Winston Churchill said, “There is nothing to fear, except fear itself.”
Too often we are the prisoners of fear, angrily blaming, litigating and suing each other to get ahead, to make a buck, and to avoid personal responsibility. Some clever ones among us prefer to persecute the innocent instead of rallying together and recognizing the real oppressors behind the scenes.
Moreover, we cannot see, or rarely do see, who the real perpetrators are or the agenda for global domination and world government. This is a horribly tragic scenario for “civilized” human beings to inhabit, but ia precisely how the Power structure maintains its power and control.
For those with the eyes to see, it is undeniable that there exists such a Power structure with a lineage of players going back hundreds, if not thousands, of years. There is also a history of secret societies, brotherhoods and other inexplicable events pertaining to the ancient origins of humanity which is beyond the scope of this book.
Conspiracy Theories or Facts?
Let us become childlike for a moment, and curious about the “What’s So?” and “Who’s Who?” of this Power structure and their plans for implementing their global agenda upon billions of people.
It is not possible to control billions of people without the consent of the governed to give their power away. Thanks to a highly sophisticated system of manipulation and propaganda which is seamlessly in place, many people do not see what is happening. Accept that multiple “conspiracy theories” have been proven to be true and are based on “conspiracy facts”. Many have been based on serious investigation, history and irrefutable documents found in the public record. These are undeniable and should be highly considered. It is essential to open the mind to perspectives beyond the established norm.
Where “conspiracy theories” go wrong and lose their credibility is when researchers, media pundits and news organizations create “fake news” for the sake of deceiving the public with propaganda, bought and paid for by the governments and corporations with a vested interest in manipulating the public instead of telling the truth. Be watchful for propaganda. Apply intelligent discernment and critical thinking. Question all “external authority”.
When people are conditioned by media and government propaganda to stop thinking the instant they hear the term “conspiracy theory”, or any of the other manipulative media propaganda buzzwords, for example, “white supremacist”, anti-semitic, racist, bigot, hater, domestic terrorist.
When the non-thinking public hear any of these words, all possibility of learning and discovering truth is obliterated. This is classic propaganda “mind control”not much different than what prisoners of war might receive in a reeducation camp.
When people deny the truth to perpetuate their own self-interest or for the advancement of their careers, there is a spiritual price to pay. Especially media professionals who prostitute themselves daily for a sellable story and are willing to lie to the public for a paycheck, or corrupt politicians willing to lie to get or stay elected.
When people put social status above intellectual honesty, everyone in a “civil society” suffers. It is amazing how often people believe what other people tell them without question – who still believe everything the government or propaganda media tells them. May we not be those people. Let us open our minds to the truth.
May the truth and the facts speak for themselves from whatever source they arise. For those with the eyes to see and the courage to listen, please do your own research, confirm the evidence, think for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. This is about reclaiming your sovereign mind!
