Life, liberty, happiness and our unalienable rights as American National or sovereign “state” Citizens have been compromised, assaulted, and violated daily by both willing and unconscious agents of the Global Power structure, and the foreign creditors/principals who control the federal U.S. government. The same applies to “U.S. citizens” who have not yet reclaimed their lawful status as sovereign “state” Citizens of the constitutional “Republic”. Thousands of new “statutes” are passed each year by both federal and state legislatures while those elected to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution routinely violate the law of the land. Beware of any smiling bureaucrat from the government at your door saying, “Hi, I’m from the government and I’m here to help you.”
Multifarious federal and state “statutes” have made “criminals” of almost every American, while increasing numbers of people are suffering from unemployment, hunger, sickness, homelessness, imprisonment, and bankruptcy.
The Global elite’s agenda is to destroy the freedom inherent in the united states of America and around the world, and to control every facet of our lives.
Through “statutes” and administrative “rules and regulations”, the federal U.S. government corporation routinely violates your right to privacy, right to contract, right to travel, and rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.
Similar to the way Adolph Hitler took control of Germany before World War II by instituting “statutes” and administrative “rules and regulations”, both the United States and Global Power structures are rapidly following suit. Those who did not agree with Hitler’s policies were imprisoned or murdered. Those who did what they were told were conscripted into military service on behalf of the Third Reich.
Dictators such as Hitler took over their government with the full support of the central bankers and major international corporations, including American companies. These international corporations supplied both sides of the war efforts for profit.
A similar scenario is being perpetrated by the United States, European, Asian and Global Power structures, not only on the united states of America, but on people from around the world under the banner of the globalist’s New World Order. Legions of attorneys and police erode both the constitutional rights and property from the people. Our own U.S. government has become the “enemy of the people”.

The astute observation that the “United States”,now a “national/global police state”, is an overdue and much needed wake-up call for the united states of America and the people of the world. Decades ago, three U.S. Supreme Court Justices (Stevens, Brennan and Marshall) affirmed in the United States Vs. Salerno re: the Bail Reform Act of 1984 that we are living in a “police state”. George Orwell predicted this in his classic book, 1984.
There may be little sanity until We the People get our government back under the political control of the people and hold those in charge accountable to the people. Truth is now an endangered species, as the greatest “lies of our times” are delivered daily via the corporations delivering media propaganda. This is happening as we plunder the Earth, and each other, perhaps to our own extinction. Are We the People lemmings marching blindly over the cliff to our demise? Is this the next apocalypse?
In the 1990s, the local, state and federal governments provided 100,000 additional police officers on the street, presumably to fight the illusive and useless “wars on crime and drugs”. The war was never against crime or drugs, but against the free people of a sovereign nation.
As a “U.S. citizen”, if you think for a moment that your constitutional, sovereign and/or civil rights are worth anything, subject to all these statutory intrusions and violations of basic civil and human rights – think again.
Given the political, economic and environmental crises of our times, reclaiming sovereign “state” Citizenship, restoring the U.S. Constitution of the United States with the Bill of Rights may be our final hope for restoring “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” in the early years of the 21st century. Why hesitate? What have you got to lose except your chains?

“For decades, these increasingly frequent raids, 40,000 per year by one estimate, needlessly subjected nonviolent drug offenders, bystanders, and wrongly targeted civilians to the terror of having their homes invaded while they were sleeping, usually by teams of heavily armed paramilitary units dressed not as police or peace officers, but as soldiers. These raids brought unnecessary violence and provocation to nonviolent drug offenders, many of whom were guilty of only misdemeanors. The raids terrorized innocents when police mistakenly targeted the wrong residence. Plus, they have resulted in dozens of needless deaths and injuries, not only of drug offenders, but also of police officers, children, bystanders, and innocent suspects.”
Regardless of their personal, political or religious views, none of these aforementioned people should have been the victims of paramilitary action in times of peace. These paramilitary assaults upon civilians were and are acts of war against We the People and must be stopped. If there is an intentional government war against We the People actually going on, and we assert that there is, then we best be in the know. If we are under attack, then we have a right not only to know who our enemy is, but also how to defend ourselves.

What does the Global elite have in mind for We the People of the world, and who are “they”?
Objectives of the New World Order
The objectives of the New World Order are simple. To get a majority of the world’s people to agree, either willingly or under threat, duress, and coercion, to a one world government, a centralized world health authority dictating policy, enforced by a world army, funded by a debt-based world central bank, transacting financially with a global cryptocurrency, plus a complacent, microchipped population linked via their cell phones to a central computer that tracks their every movement and transaction.
All this would be orchestrated under the control of a small, unelected cabal or Global Power structure. Does that sound like freedom or sovereignty to you?
One World Government and The Puppet Masters
Many people see countries as distinct, independent nations. They pose as sovereign nations, however, they are all indebted to the central banks and their principals-creditors – the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Meanwhile, the U.S. military acts as the strong-arm for the so-called “democracies” of Western civilization and their principals-creditors.
The United Nations (UN) remains a very small, token world government in contrast to other sovereign nations, but the role of the United Nations (UN) and World Health Organization (WHO) may one day very soon expand drastically with the demise of sovereign nations and the rise of the Asian and Middle Eastern Power structure including China, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Eastern civilization. China may very likely become the new leader and role model for this New World Order
The Global Power structure operating behind the scenes of these “storefront”nations are quietly orchestrating and directing world events toward this New World Order. It should be self-evident to everyone that an extensive secret and invisible Power structure is pulling the puppet strings behind the scenes of world events.
Some people incorrectly believe the head of State (U.S. President) is the pinnacle of the United States Power structure, and that power flows downward from the top. Many politicians have huge ambitions to rise to the top of this pyramid scheme. The media propagandists reinforce this illusion while protecting their puppet masters from scrutiny and examination.
U.S. Presidents, Prime Ministers, U.S. Congressmen and U.S. Senators are little more than political puppets of the United States Power structure, nothing more than figureheads, and they usually sing to the tune of the pipers who put them in office and pay their campaign expenses. Lobbyists and fundraisers run the U.S. government, and many other unseen others.
Have you ever wondered who chooses a U.S. President? How much does it cost? Who decides the running mates for both political parties? It is not curious that regardless of whether Democrats or Republicans get elected, everything stays the same?
“Left-Right” political divisions are arbitrary and have little to do with real power in the actual world. Political ideology is an illusion fostered by academia, politicians and by media propaganda to keep people divided, thus conquered, to keep people arguing over non-essential issues that we have absolutely no power to do anything about.
The “Right-Left” political spectrum is a big joke. With Hitler cast on the “Far Right” and Stalin cast on the “Far Left”, both advocated centralized control, authoritarianism, concentration camps and economic slavery for their people. Is is not great to have such a choice?
Elections are decided long before any vote is cast. Elections are bought and sold. Elections can be stolen electronically from the actual winner and stolen through mail-in and absentee ballots. If you still believe in the real life, fairytale existence of a functional “democracy” – government of, by and for the people, this author suggests looking deeper than the daily news. It may actually be that your vote makes no political difference whatsoever. If voting made any difference, it would have been made illegal.
“Democracy” is not synonymous with “freedom”. Fifty-one people telling the other forty-nine what to do is not freedom. Majority rule is tyranny over the minority.
Declaration of War Against Humanity
The Atlantic Council is considered a highly influential organization with close ties to major policy makers across the world. Headed up by General Brent Scowcroft, former U.S. National Security Advisor under U.S. Presidents Gerald Ford and George H. W. Bush. Snowcroft has also advised U.S. President Barack Obama. Harlan K. Ullman was the principal author of the “shock and awe” doctrine and is CEO of the Killowen Group advising U.S. government leaders.
Writing for the Atlantic Council, a prominent think tank based in Washington D.C., Harlan K. Ullman warns an “extraordinary crisis” is needed to preserve the New World Order which is being derailed by non-State actors.
In an article entitled War on Terror Is not the Only Threat, Ullman asserts that, “tectonic changes are reshaping the international geostrategic system”. He argued that it is not military superpowers like China, but “non-state actors” like Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning, Julian Assange and anonymous hackers who pose the biggest threat to the “365 year-old Westphalian system”, because they are encouraging individuals to become self-empowered, thus eviscerating State control.
“Very few have taken note and fewer have acted on this realization”, notes Ullman, lamenting that the “information revolution and instantaneous global communications”are thwarting the New World Order’s agenda announced by U.S. President George H.W. Bush more than two decades ago.
“Without an extraordinary crisis, little is likely to be done to reverse or limit the damage imposed by failed or failing governance”, wrote Ullman, implying that only another September 11, 2001 (911) style cataclysm would enable the State to reassert its dominance while “containing, reducing and eliminating the dangers posed by newly empowered non-state actors”. Hence, the COVID-19 “plandemic”.
Ullman concluded that the elimination of non-State actors and empowered sovereign individuals “must be done” to preserve the New World Order. The Atlantic Council’s definition of New World Order is a global technocracy run by a fusion of big government, big business and big banking under which individuality is replaced by trans-humanism which appears to be a Declaration of War against humanity.
Scrutinize World Events and Expose the Truth
Take a look at the daily news with evermore scrutinizing eyes. Do not believe the mainstream media propaganda or online alternative media without doing your own extensive research.
Today, all media has a foundation in propaganda to garner ratings, reviews and consumer loyalty. News reporting is laden with advertising, commercial messages and interlaced political agendas.
Who owns the manipulative media, what conferences do they attend, what clubs do they belong to, what businesses do they own, what revolving boards of directors do they manage and how are they benefiting by keeping the people in the dark, by keeping the truth out of sight?
This collective mindset and attitude of superiority by the well-established ruling class and the global elite is much more than a “conspiracy theory”. Consider this as such. Question every motive, intention and conclusion arising in the media from the Power structure’s perspective. Watch who is blamed, who is targeted, who is believing the narrative. “Who benefits?”
Unfortunately, many well-meaning people have summarily dismissed courageous leaders who question the narrative as fanatics or “conspiracy theorists” by believing without question what they have been told by the media propagandists.
Our natural-born, unalienable sovereign rights as human beings are being taken away, the U.S. constitution is becoming a historical relic of the past and the protection of our precious freedoms now within the domain of false patriots and fake leaders.

Today, great power is being unveiled in broad daylight for all to see. In the past, the Power structure hid themselves for fear of exposure. Now, they operate in broad daylight with barely a squawk of protest from We the People.
Movements such as ours require a rallying cry, a banner for all to agree. In the case of India, it was a grain of salt that united the nation against occupation by the British Empire. Perhaps Gandhi would ask us today, “What is our grain of salt?”
Commitment to Non-Violence
From the perspective of higher consciousness standing on higher ground, we must hold a stand in our heart that we do not hate these power mongers. Moreover I do do not advocate the use of violence for any reason except in self-defense. Instead, I advocate firm non-violent, non-cooperation with a corrupt system as did Gandhi to unite India and Reverend Martin Luther King did for the “civil rights” movement.
It is now our choice to stand up, reclaim individual sovereignty, and exercise our inherent unalienable rights and freedom.
The powers-that-be have given us the gifts of discovering our true power beyond external authority: ruling ourselves with respect and compassion; seeing what we stand for, and how we have fallen. After September 11, 2001 (911), the media banner cry was “United We Stand.” But who dared ask the question, “For what do we stand united?”
UNITED WE STAND, FOR WHAT?
That the United States and European Power structure continues to exist and expand its power base for more than 250 years is a huge statement about how far We the People have slipped away from our own individual sense of empowerment and responsibility, which has ultimately co-created the mess we are in today.
Consider the possibility of choosing to reclaim sovereignty, power and responsibility for the world we are co-creating. One day soon, we may evolve and migrate away from a prison to a paradise. We create our own reality, and can we do better than we have done in the past. Today is a powerful and exciting time to be alive.

The Onondaga Nation has insisted on self-rule and independence from the federal government for centuries. Today, enter the Onondaga Nation territory and one will enter a foreign country.
The Onondaga Nation does not recognize federal jurisdiction or consider themselves “U.S. citizens”. They travel freely on their own passports. They refuse to accept federal programs that other tribes recognized as “nation within a nation” have accepted at the cost of their sovereignty and independence.
The federal U.S. government doesn’t concede the Onondaga’s independence and the Nation has been in numerous legal battles with the State of New York which still claim jurisdiction over the Nation.
According to Chief Irving Powless, by western standards the tribe lives in poverty, but the Onondaga’s consider themselves blessed to be free and not accept the trappings of civilization such as being taxed, drafted, investigated and counted.
Chief Powless is a member of a tribal council picked by clan mothers in a matriarchal society. He asserts there are lots of happy, well-fed people who are firmly rooted in their culture. “We’re still here…surviving without compromising our position for the last 244 years.”
Oneida Shoot for Economic Independence
The nearby Oneida Nation doesn’t share the Onondaga’s strategy for sovereignty. They are convinced true sovereignty must be built on economic independence.
The Oneida Nation have raked in $100 million or more in casino profits since 1993 and expanded their land base from 32 acres to 4,000 acres through reacquisition of land that was once part of their Nation before colonization.
Being run by tribal governments installed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) doesn’t yield an independent voice for the indigenous people, but a mouthpiece for and cooptation by the federal U.S. government. Not to mention the immorality of raking in profits on gambling and disempowerment – a prostitution of the human spirit.
Many other tribes have gone this route, and it could be a short-term working strategy for economic development and ultimately long-term sovereignty if they don’t lose the heart and soul of their people in the process.
The tribe could gain economic independence only if they converted the financial resources into an infrastructure that provides for self-reliance, sovereignty and true interdependence.
Shawnee Declare War on United States
On January 23, 1990, the Shawnee Nation Reserve was violated by an armed force which invaded the reservation in order to steal Shawnee Indian property and impose civil jurisdiction upon Shawnee Indian Country and the Indians thereon, according to Chief Jimmie D. Oyler.
A recent tax levied against the Chief personally has prompted him to file Motions with Demand and Warning to Governor Bill Graves, the Secretary of Revenue and the Board of Tax Appeals for the return of all Indian property and/or monetary compensation for property, taken during the January 23, 1990 action. He is suing for an excess of $1,000,000.
Chief Jimmie D. Oyler and other unnamed tribal members sent a legal warning to the State of Kansas that anything short of “total compliance with the Constitution of the United States, United States Treaties with the Shawnee and others” shall result in total war.
Northern Russian Federation Calls for International Assistance
Indigenous groups in the Northern Russian Federation have called for international support for negotiations with Russian President President Yeltsin. The group is transmitting a call to “political parties and movements, to the Russian public, to all people of good will, to whom the life and rights of every nationality is dear, to support the aims of minority peoples of the Russian North for self preservation.”
Socio-economic conditions among indigenous people of the North Russian Federation continue to deteriorate and the extinction of the Aleut, Ket, Iganasan, Negidalets, Orok, Oroch, Tofalar, Enets and Yukagir people seems imminent.
V.B. Shustov, General Secretary of the Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and Far East, says annexation of lands to accommodate “rapacious petroleum, natural gas, coal, gold and non-ferrous mining interests, without any form of just compensation to indigenous people of the north, is threatening 29 endangered nations representing some 200,000 individuals.”
He asserts that “the transition to a market economy is characterized by a total break down of traditional economic activities and way of life, an uncontrolled growth of unemployment and impoverishment, life threatening levels of crime and alcoholism that undermine traditional outlooks on life, sharp decline in the health of our peoples and death rates that are one and a half times the average in the country.”
As a result, indigenous groups are demanding the Russian government start a negotiation process with the government of the Russian Federation before it is too late, addressing the questions of direct compensation, guarantees of traditional resource use and economic activities, social services, economic advancement, government representation and related issues.
Unfortunately, this strategy is flawed as it is an appeal from an affiliated NGO of the United Nations (UN). Although, application for international recognition of the injustice is well intended, this is an appeal to the same Global Power structure that created the injustice in the first place. Can you appeal to the wolf to stop eating the chickens?
Huaorari Nation Occupies Oil Platforms
The Huaorani Nation of the Ecuadorian Amazon (ONHAE) occupied oil platforms and rigs belonging to Maxus Ecuador Inc., according to an ONHAE spokesman, as well as Hector Villamil of the Pastaza Indigenous Peoples Organization (OPIP). Maxus Ecuador Inc., denies that the wells were seized, but the Quito Daily News reported that there are about 100 soldiers in the area who could be used to remove the protesters.
The Huaorani group says that despite an Agreement of Friendship, Respect and Mutual Support signed between the indigenous people and Maxus, the company’s true intentions have become manifest. The compact was signed amidst divisiveness and deceit on Maxus’ part and the corporation’s paternalism and manipulation is resulting in loss of autonomy for the Huaorani people.
As a result, the Huaorani have proposed a new agreement to the government of Ecuador and Maxus, Inc. for the conducting of oil exploration in Block 16. The new agreement challenges the government and Maxus to defend and protect the cultural, organizational and territorial integrity of the Huaorani people and to guarantee their participation in the decision making process for oil development in their territory.
They also are requesting the corporation to coordinate its activities with the Huaorani’s own economic development plan.
Indians Threaten Mass Suicide
About 250 Brazilian Indians with a tribal history of suicide are threatening to fight to the death or kill themselves if they’re forced from a ranch in the western brush-lands. Dozens of families of Kaiowa-Guarani Indians have lived on the 1,230-acre ranch, 800 miles west of Brasilia, since it was expropriated and turned into a reservation several years ago.
Earlier this year, President Fernando Henrique Cardoso signed a decree allowing such expropriations to be contested in court, and former owner Miguel de Oliveira sued successfully. A judge ordered the Indians off the land.
Indigenous people have been exploited for generations for the natural resources they command. This is as true in the former Soviet Union, in Ecuador, in Brazil, elsewhere in the world and in the American Southwest.
Indigenous people have understood the destruction of their sovereignty much longer than the “U.S. citizen”. We have much to learn from each other. Enough of the domination of the white race over the red, black or yellow races. We must respect the sovereignty of all the people of every culture and Nation including our own.
Martial Law at Black Mesa (Big Mountain)
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) had blockaded the annual spring Dine’ (i.e., Dineh) gathering on disputed territories of the Hopi Partitioned land at Black Mesa (Apache-Navajo Counties), Arizona. This is where “Hopi Partitioned Lands” were carved out of the Navajo Nation by a 1974 Presidential Executive Order which called for the forced eviction of traditional Navajo under the Navajo-Hopi Relocation Act or Public Law 93-531.
Since the 1960s the mesa has been strip mined for coal )and uranium) by the Peabody Western Coal Company, stirring a controversy over Peabody Energy’s use of groundwater to transport coal. Even though the mine has closed, the Dine’ people are still being relocated and removed from their homes.
Martial law has been imposed over a large area on Black Mesa, or Big Mountain, since May 15th, 1996. Operating under the joint authority of BIA Superintendent Robert Caroline at Kearns Canyon and by Hopi Chairman Ferrill Secakuku at Kykotsmovi, U.S. government agents wearing flak jackets and brandishing automatic weapons are enforcing road closures and conducting warrant-less searches, improper detentions, seizures of personal belongings, food stuffs and medical supplies and intimidation of legal residents in their homes and on their premises.
The residences of Louise and Ruth Benally in the Community of Big Mountain, Arizona and the surrounding area, are covered with scores of law enforcement personnel.
Violence has been reported by several area residents as police have used batons and force to take the gathering participants into custody. Police are now preparing to use tear gas at the site. Many Navajo Elders are resisting arrest as their children and supporters have already been taken into custody.
The situation escalated as a group of Elder women prevented the arrest of a Dine’ youth. Police then attempted to arrest Elders who sat and clung to each other to avoid being taken into custody. Supporters and family members continue to arrive and confront the Hopi Rangers. The Traditional Elders have called on the legacy media and the American public to come and witness the violence and the occupation of their ancestral homelands.
Hopi Tribal authorities have also verbally threatened to disrupt the upcoming July Sun Dances at Big Mountain.
Leonard Peltier Denied Parole Again
Leonard Peltier’s parole was denied again who is serving two consecutive life sentences and has spent more than 32 years in prison. The next scheduled hearing for Peltier is 2024 when Peltier would be 79 years old.
“A prominent member of the American Indian Movement (AIM), Leonard Peltier was convicted of the murders of two Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, Jack Coler and Ronald Williams, during a confrontation involving AIM members on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota on 26 June 1975. While Leonard Peltier admits having been present during the incident, he has always denied shooting the agents at point blank range as alleged by the prosecution at his trial.”
The United States Parole Commission (USPC) states that regardless of the information brought back to them from the parole officer and despite favorable recommendations following the U.S. government’s distinct concessions that no direct evidence exists against Peltier, it is more convenient to keep an innocent man in prison than to deal with the controversy that might result from paroling him.
The Leonard Peltier Defense Committee urges people to voice their outrage with phone calls and faxes. People of every color have their political prisoners, those who have fought, died or been incarcerated for their cause.
It will greatly benefit the “U.S. citizen” and sovereign “state” Citizen and all concerned to build strategic and diplomatic relationships with all other indigenous sovereign nations and people of North America. In order to survive, and participate fully in “Another World Order”, based on the sovereignty of all the people of the world, we must humble ourselves and lead the way by facilitating a healing and restore justice in the USA.

Today in the streets of America, people will solemnly speak the word “sovereignty” as if it was the liberty bell itself tolling for the Hawai’i(an) people. Although they may not fully understand its full context and depth, “sovereignty” is better understood on the island of Hawai’i than in North America and the world.
In truth, “sovereignty” is at the core, the heart and soul of every human being, where the spirit of freedom begins and where it ends.

Every child born in this world is a natural-born sovereign individual with the innate will to be free. That will to freedom and transformation is actively suppressed by Power structures, and we are programmed by the media and schools to give up our freedom and sovereign rights for the illusion of security.
Even though the newborn child is fully dependent upon the mother and the father for survival and nourishment, a child eventually grows into adult independence with the full sovereign capacity to govern themselves as they come of age.
Each adult must eventually cast off the shackles of our social, religious and educational programming by any external authority that harnesses our desires for their benefit, and limits our visions and dreams.
The political, economic and legal systems must be brought to task and exposed for what they really are – a massive legal fiction of greedy pirates – organized crime on the high seas. Their only true power comes from massive ignorance and the blind consent of the people worldwide.
Sovereignty is the key issue on the planet for all the people today. Sovereignty is being free from any other nation’s control – to have no higher law than God. Sovereignty is not a privilege granted by one nation to another, but a natural right inherent in all the people.
The United Nations has proclaimed: “All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.”
This does not imply that the authority for such rights is derived from, or that an independent sovereign nation must get recognition from the United Nations (UN). This simply establishes as prima facie evidence that, even the United Nations acknowledges the principles of natural law and the “Law of Nations”.

All wars, battles, fights, arguments and conflicts are essentially fought between “Sovereign Powers” over land, territory, property, control and/or political ideologies. Pertinent questions to ask are:
Who or what is the Sovereign?
Who or what has power over others?
Who or what shall prevail?
Who or what makes the rules and laws?
Whereas “individual sovereignty” is about self-government and reclaiming “internal authority” over your life, another important facet of sovereignty is the intersecting point between the inner and external realms. Both the inner and outer worlds meet, as above, so below, through this enduring idea of “sovereignty”.
Whoever or whatever constitutes the “sovereignty” of a nation state (i.e., national sovereignty) has the power to create or abolish the government at will through a “declaration of independence” and/or the authoring of national constitutions, or the state chartering of corporations, and/or the founding of banks operating under the exclusive authority of the sovereign.
For the first time, since the American Republic was founded 244 years ago, has this idea of “sovereignty” extended beyond the Pope, Monarch, Caesar or Tzar to individuals – an idea inherent among all free individuals organized in a free Republic – of, by and for the people. Will the usA survive as a Republic or be buried under the ashes of time?

With one exception, the Swiss Confederation (1848) has been a federal state of relatively autonomous cantons, some of which have a history of confederacy that goes back more than 700 years, arguably putting Switzerland as the world’s oldest surviving Republic.
Sources of Sovereignty in History/Herstory
Historically in the West, prior to the American Revolution and the founding of the united states of America, or usA, there were two sources of national “sovereignty” – one political and one religious.
POPE • MONARCH
Over thousands of years there existed a multiplicity of Kings/Queens of European, Asian and African nations along with the Papacy and the Vatican; Caesars and Tzars, Sheikhs, Emirs and Sultans of Middle Eastern and Islamic nations; indigenous American nations and tribes – all of which were vested with absolute “sovereignty” by their decrees, in their hands and through their swords.
In the West, many Monarchs (e.g., Queen of England) and their respective lineages are still operative as “Sovereign Powers” in the world today along with other overlapping and often competing Power structures.
In the East, dating many more thousands of years, existed Kings/Queens, Emperors, nomadic barbarians, warlords and benevolent tribal peoples – all of which were vested with absolute “sovereignty”.
Common to both the “sovereignty” of the West and the East was the simple fact that the common people had no rights or recourse against these “Sovereign Powers”. Law-making and rule-making was absolute. Justice was often swift and ruthless. These “”Sovereign Powers” established new nations through conquest, colonialism, war, slavery, disease, economic subjugation and exploitation since the dawn of human history/herstory. These “Sovereign Powers” have also destroyed and murdered thousands of indigenous tribes and millions of indigenous people to the point of extinction.
The human story is replete with examples of “Sovereign Powers” and entire nations plundering others people, tribes and nations for their own personal, economic and political benefit.
> SOVEREIGN – Supreme, absolute, uncontrollable power and authority over a body politic; freedom from external control; superior power owing no allegiance to another; enjoying autonomy; an acknowledged leader; source of all laws and governments; organizes various entities and structures to manage and preserve their assets.
> SUBJECT – Owing allegiance to a sovereign or other ruler and is governed by his/her laws; the term is little used in countries enjoying a “republican” form of government.
In today’s world, there are 35 full-blown Monarchies, including the Papacy. Rule by Monarchy exists in 51 fully constituted states, in 36 colonies and dependencies of the world’s 197 nation states. 26 of those Kings/Queens claim personal, legal ownership to more than 20% of the surface of the planet for a total of 36,933,896,500 acres.
Of all those Monarchies, Queen Elizabeth II is the largest landowner by far (6,698,146,531 acres). In her sole name is vested the legal ownership of over one-sixth of the planets surface.
The British Empire as Sovereign Power
In modern times the British Commonwealth is led by the sovereign lineage of the Monarchy of England. Today Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Phillip are still at the helm of this Sovereign Power structure despite their sometimes humble public image.
Besides being the world’s largest landowner, Queen Elizabeth II is a Queen with 32 crowns – conceivably more crowns than any single individual has ever worn in all of human history. She wears these crowns one at a time by “de facto” election, each of her royal dominions having either elected or chosen to retain the Queen as head of state.
Although it may appear the Queen of England does not have decision-making authority with regard to the day-to-day functioning of the British parliamentary government, the Queen still holds the reigns of a long genealogy of power and sovereign authority from which the British government was created.
The lineage of the British Royal Family holds vast assets in numerous “Sovereign Trusts” with a situs in the Isle of Man from which the Queen may grant equitable rights to various real estate and grant other assets to their royal favorites in exchange for loyalty. The Queen of England does not, or rarely, conveys “Sovereign Titles” to land.
The Queen of England is by far the wealthiest woman, very likely the wealthiest individual in the world, with tremendous power and control over her royal assets. Although, it may appear to an outsider that the Queen of England’s power has been diminished due to the rise of very powerful Central Banking families (e.g., Rothschild’s Bank of England), the Royal Family are still an awesome “Sovereign Power” to contend with.
During the early founding of the usA very powerful British subjects and corporations had North American colonial lands “deeded” to them by one of eleven Kings of England.
These included the Virginia Company and the New England Company which were the first charters in the New World from which the Founding Fathers originally received their titles and property. King George III was the King of England during the American Revolution.
The British people (e.g., England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) are today and will always be, “subjects” of the Queen of England wherever they reside in the British Commonwealth including countries such as United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea, Soloman Islands and Tuvalu.
The Queen of England, and the six decades heir to the British Throne (e.g., Prince Charles) are still at the helm of the indisputable, invisible, behind-the-scenes Power structure of the British Empire worldwide, although many of her administrative duties have been rightfully delegated to the British government. This principle of “Sovereign Powers” applies to other Monarchies as well as their respective governments with some variation.
> REAL – From the Spanish meaning “royal”; pertaining to the succession of king deeded, estate lands; all titles flow from the sovereign; the root of the term “real” estate.
Papacy, Catholic Church and the Vatican as Sovereign Power
The independent city-state of Vatican City (108.8 acres) was established in 1929 by the Lateran Treaty on behalf of Pope Pius XI, signed by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Gasparri, Prime Minister Benito Mussolini on behalf of King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy.
Vatican City is an ecclesiastical state ruled by the Bishop of Rome – the Pope as a “Sovereign Power” on behalf of the Catholic Church. Vatican City is an “Ultra-Sovereign Canon Law Trust” from which property and assets are granted to papal favorites in exchange for loyalty and obedience. All land held by members of Catholic religious orders is ultimately held in the Pope’s name (177 million acres).
“Canon Law Trusts” served as the legal basis for most democratic and parliamentary governments formed in the New World or North America, including the Mayflower Compact, the State Commonwealths and the 1st Constitution for the united states of America (usA).
“Canon Law Trusts” represent a long lineage of a “Sovereign Power” that arose during the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, and continues to this very day.
The Pope still holds tremendous “Sovereign Power” today, both over his congregation of Roman Catholics around the world (1.2 billion), but also economic and political power through the administration of the Pope’s assets and property.
The Pope and Vatican City are the third largest “real estate” owners in the world after Queen Elizabeth II and King Salman (bin Abdulaziz Al Saud) of Saudi Arabia. Much of contemporary colonialism and the settling of the New World of North and South America arose by “papal decree”, or sovereign law-making authority, and was substantiated by the “Canon law”.
Since sovereignty is the source of power and authority from which all laws and governments arise, each “Sovereign Power” created its own system of law and then imposed that law upon their “subjects”. Laws were passed down from generation to generation, from nation to nation over a long period of time after which the source of these laws were no longer questioned.
When these “Sovereign Powers” discovered, then colonized indigenous territories and nations (i.e., Indians and tribes), the King of England and the Pope brought their respective laws to the new North American colonies. The newly founded American system of law became a hybrid of the laws that were settled at the time.
The King of England codified the “Common law,” derived from the Mosaic Law of the Old Testament and other natural laws, beginning with the Magna Carta (1215), the Petition of Rights (1618) and the Habeas Corpus Act (1679). This was the original basis by which the North American colonies governed themselves.
Forty-seven (47) states based their state constitutions on the “Common law” of England. The only exception was Louisiana based its state constitution on the French and Spanish Common law.
Alaska and Hawai’i are irregular “states”, more like U.S. possessions or territorial federal States than states of the Union. The Kingdom of Hawai’i was an independent nation before the overthrow of Hawaii’s Queen and the unlawful annexation by the United States under military rule.
The Pope codified the “Canon law”, which was integrated into the “Common law”, and was the foundation in law from which the 1st Constitution for the united states of America (usA) derived its authority which incorporated the basic tenets of religious freedom.
The “Doctrine of Discovery” was a “papal decree” that paved the way for contemporary colonialism, the exploitation of indigenous peoples worldwide, international law and the international court system.
> COMMON LAW – Unwritten, natural law codified in England from the Mosaic law of the Old Testament, Magna Carta I (1215), Petition of Rights (1618) and Habeas Corpus Act (1679).
> CANON LAW – Moral rules and laws integrated from various religious traditions especially the Roman Catholic Church; rights given by “GOD” through intuition and common sense; principles of life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness; principles of religious freedom and the 1st Amendment.
As we have learned,“Sovereign Powers” create and abolish governments at will. They charter corporations, establish trust organizations, commercial enterprises, engage in war to protect or expand their interests, and administer economic controls through Central Banking systems.
In conclusion, “Sovereign Powers” are pulling the invisible strings of corporations, banks and nation states. They are more powerful than Presidents, Senators, Congressmen or other high-ranking government officials and bureaucrats. “Sovereign Powers” are also immune from prosecution by civil authorities.
“Sovereign Powers” are more powerful than the CEO’s of Transnational Corporations, or Governors of the 50 corporate federal States. They are a complex, mostly invisible, network of individuals, nation states, business trusts, legal fictions, corporations, foreign entities, investment firms, hedge funds, and central banks.
“Sovereign Powers” operate as the source of all power and authority, protected by the rule of force through their militaries and police, while having unlimited access to both economic and political power inaccessible by their “subjects”.
Finally, here comes an evolutionary possibility with the immortal words of this author (aka Johnny Liberty), “We the People have a wild card, yet to be fully played. In the united states of America, We the People are in fact the Sovereign Power of this nation – if we reclaim and restore it. In the united states of America, every man and every woman has the inherent power to be a King or Queen in their own right, in their own home on their own property without government encroachment or interference”.
Old friend, in the united states of America (usA), We the People are either sovereign American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens. In fact and in law, there is no superior authority under the American system of law. It is up to each one of us to reclaim our individual sovereignty and re-establish a lawful, “de jure” Republican form of government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Seven Aspects of Sovereignty
Every aspect of sovereignty defines the realm of a responsible, moral, ethical and integral individual. This takes enormous courage, faith, kindness and contentment to reach the levels of freedom and enjoyment we are capable of in our precious lives.
The seven aspects of sovereignty are:
Attaining physical health and well-being.
Attaining emotional health and balance.
Practicing spiritual sovereignty and the golden rule.
Freeing yourself from mental slavery.
Achieving economic sovereignty and financial independence.
Choosing your Citizenship.
Establishing true independence in your nation of choice.
The Power of Sovereignty
Based on the inherent nature of the free individual.
It is the source of authority from which all laws and governments arise.
It is based on the action of the individual being supreme.
It is a gift that you choose to give yourself.

We the People are divided against each other through various political or religious ideologies – liberals/progressives/socialists/communists/Democrats on the so-called Left and conservatives/capitalists/Republicans on the so-called Right. Third parties such as the Green Party and the Libertarian are complements to the two-party system.
Anarchists are opposed to all organized systems of governance. Fascists are “useful idiots” the Global Power Structure uses to create chaos and confusion. TRUTH IS BEYOND LEFT OR RIGHT
Polarized Thinking & Conflict
Human beings are riddled with contradictions. Much of our undisciplined thinking, and the perpetual conflict within, is stuck in a vicious circle, caught in a polarized “cat chasing our tail” duality. This is the nature of “separation” consciousness.
This endless debate between Left and Right argued from one side of the aisle to the other plays solidly into the hands of the Global Power structure by keeping the people divided, thus conquered. This is the oldest game in the playbook of power. Political leaders, elected representatives and We the People have fallen into this trap.
If the Power structure invisibly pits two opposing parties against each other, neither party can see the puppet masters controlling both sides of the equation. Surprisingly, people rarely see what is directly in front of them. It’s a move as ancient as the Chinese military manual “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu.
Both sides of the political spectrum blindly agree to play the “divide and conquer” game much to our chagrin. We are the ones responsible for having divided ourselves against each other unconsciously, if not deliberately.
Power structures are quite content to let us argue, debate, fight, attack and even annihilate each other instead of focusing attention on their secret and exploitative escapades behind the scenes of world affairs.
DIVIDE, THUS CONQUER
Unified Thinking & Source Consciousness
Wake up America. Wake up World.
Either we identify with “separation” consciousness or we identify with “Source” consciousness. Either we comprehend creation as a whole system, or we understand only fragments. The choice is ours.
Like the test of a first-rate intelligence, truth is neither Left nor Right, liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican, black or white, man or woman. Reality is not that simplistic and does not fit neatly in a square box of polarized, dualistic thinking.
“The whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me God”, is a blending, a melting of individual points of view into a multi-dimensional perspective, a comprehensive paradox of reality. Indeed when examined, “the truth is much stranger than fiction”.
Political Correctness as Fundamentalism
Many of us are familiar with the core religious belief systems of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Sufi, Hinduism, Yoga – either as expansive connections with Source consciousness – or a limited fundamentalism based in dogma. All religions can be paths to the Divine if experienced directly and if they do not impose or force their beliefs upon others. May all religions adhere to the Golden Rule, paraphrased as, “Do unto others as you’d like others to do unto you”.
Political correctness can be intellectually closed minded, fear-mongering, shame/guilt-oriented “woke” fundamentalism of the Left which destroys freedom of thought, independent inquiry and consensus-building across the political spectrum. These self-appointed gatekeepers of political correctness have extremely strict limits as to what can be said without offending somebody. Political correctness is a fundamentalist ideology, a strange form of mind control and censorship.
Any religious or political ideology can be good if not imposed upon others by force, and if they allow tolerance and respect for the views of others who disagree or choose another path to enlightenment.
The truth is that both Left and Right as political ideology or religious fundamentalism are increasingly irrelevant in the pursuit of the empowered restoration of your individual sovereignty and God-given freedom.
Be Ever Vigilant of Your Rights and Freedom
Be ever vigilant of those who would encourage betraying your friends, family and neighbors on behalf of the government. Be aware of D.A.R.E., Neighborhood Watch, snitch-on-your-neighbor and other politician-police-initiated programs that betray your personal and neighborhood privacy.
These divisive programs are part of a global strategy for destroying public and community cohesion and trust, breaking down the family and tribe, while further dividing and conquering We the People as portrayed in George Orwell’s prophetic 1984. As this author overheard recently on the campus of a major university, “In the sixties, it used to be Us v.Them. Today, with the advent of political correctness, it’s Us v. Us”.
May we stop fighting each other like bullies on the playground and focus together on solving real problems in the real world, identifying the actual perpetrators and bringing about a positive shift in consciousness. This approach would be “wisdom for a change”.

Crime Wave or Organized War?
The “crime wave” crashing over the usA is created primarily by legacy media sensationalism, politicians, foreign agents and failed economic policies of the federal and state governments (especially in the “blue” states).
The “crime wave” is also created through the enactment of countless laws to make criminals of us all – to control every aspect of our lives and inept legislative priorities and directives executed by the foreign creditors of the United States (i.e., IMF).
What is rarely acknowledged is the “corruption wave” of duly elected, appointed or career government officials who take full advantage of their power for their own self-interest and personal gain (e.g., Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, etc). Trillions of dollars are missing from the U.S. Treasury.
Crime rates have statistically declined in the United States since the 1990’s. Except for State-sponsored or Black Lives Matters (BLM) and Antifa endorsed violence in the streets during the 2020 U.S. election cycle, crime rates have been stable. Why build new prisons when the crime rate is statistically steady or falling? Yet government and corporate investment in prisons, the criminal justice system and attorneys have continued to grow exponentially in the U.S. since the 1960’s.
Since 1973 the number of incarcerated persons in the United States has increased five-fold, and in any given year almost 7 million persons are under the supervision or control of BOP correctional services. As a “free” country, the U.S. has the distinction of having the largest prison population and highest per capita incarceration rate in the world.
What is the political agenda here? Who among us are intended to fill those prisons if not serious criminals?
Boycott Legacy Media
May we stop supporting legacy media’s attack on your sensibilities. Boycott television, radio, legacy media and the internet until you can watch it with the utmost of skepticism.
May we stop believing whatever you hear, or what’s presented to you without questioning the news and information for yourself. May we do our own thinking and reject fundamentalist thinking of all kinds, whether Left, Right or in the mediocre Middle.
Americans as the People of the Lie
United States citizens are the most controlled people in the world, supposedly living in a “free” country, yet they have a difficult time seeing or acknowledging this fact.
According to M. Scott Peck, United States citizens are the “people of the lie”, a people who believe so wholeheartedly in the lie that they can no longer see what is real or what is true. Neither do “we have the eyes to see or the ears to hear”, reality for what it actually is.

Reality erosion is the most consequential mental disability in our time – the inability to distinguish between what is actually real or what is imagined, feared or a projected reality. This inner blindness combined with ignorance, fear, denial and irresponsibility results in crisis after crisis being created for our lives. Indeed my friends, “The truth is indeed neither left nor right”.
Surrendered Without Awareness
Many people on the streets of the usA have already surrendered their heart and soul, country and nation, body and labor to the foreign powers without question, without hesitation, without thought, without awareness. The time for awakening is now.
When “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno interviewed young people on the streets of America, many people were so uneducated and misinformed they did not know how many planets are in our solar system, how many states in the Union, or how the political, economic or legal systems actually work. This was not just humorous, but tragic.
Many people, both young and old, have not really experienced real “freedom” in their lives. Too many are working all their lives for the illusion of an American dream.
Take a walk in the streets of the usA today. You’ll notice an unhealthy, stressed-out, defeated and demoralized people who have given up on life and resigned themselves to a miserable fate. This is especially so since the COVID-19 pandemic and the stolen election of 2020 but the global elite.
Too many have surrendered lock, stock and barrel, even though the first shot of an occupation by foreign powers (e.g., United Nations and foreign troops) has yet to be fired. You could though consider the extreme violence in the city streets of the usA as the first shots of a coup d’etat and socialist/communist takeover.
Whatever happened to the bravado and will power of the people? May We the People summon our deeply rooted courage to face ourselves and wake up and smell a rosier, more abundant and free future.
Perhaps it’ll take another major crisis of consciousness for the mass of humanity to wake up. Hopefully, not another world war, famine, plague, pandemic or economic collapse. Prevention is the best medicine. Individual action is the best cure for our collective apathy and indifference.
In the words of an unnamed Chinese sage, “If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are headed”.
Political Sovereignty
Forming a distinct political entity as a true nation under the law of nations, sovereign, independent and free.
Reading, studying and re-establishing our constitutions both state and federal, or compromising the freedoms and prosperity that we originally enjoyed for generations.
The foundation of a global republic.

“Mind control” is not necessarily a formal “brainwashing” process such as prisoners of war in concentration camps during World War II or North Vietnam, or the CIA training political assassins, or the U.S. military torturing prisoners at Guantanamo Bay after 911, or Mao’s re-education camps during the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
“Mind control” is any covert or subliminal system that suppresses the human will to think, act or be independent of outside influences. Governments, religions and advertisers have all engaged in mind control techniques to promote ideologies, suppress alternative narratives or sell products.
Today, legacy media is the primary “mind control” system for empowering the Global Power structure and the elites’ agenda for total and absolute control over humanity.
This broadens the scope of “mind control” to include all forms of manipulation of the human mind, whether subtle, overt, hidden or coercive. The tragic fact is that most of the human race lives in one mental prison or another – religious or political.
Dogmas & Conditioned Beliefs
History/Herstory has shown the most effective way to control or shut down a human mind is through the introduction of rigid, inflexible “dogmas”. Dogmas are religious or political beliefs inculcated and programmed into children from an early age through fear, guilt, shame or abject terror.
This indoctrination occurs in family systems, churches, schools and media, more or less, in all cultures and societies. Often this takes a strong commitment and years of therapy to deprogram from intensive dogmatic training (e.g., U.S. military, Catholic School, NPR, CNN, ESPN, etc.).
Fundamentalism is the root of all dogma – the belief that my way of thinking is the one and only “right” or “moral” way of thinking. On a planet of gullible and pliable minds committed to dogmatic thinking, war, conflict and polarization are inevitable and will flourish on all levels. “It’s my way or the highway, believe it or else.”
This chaos and confusion feeds directly into the hands of global manipulators who “divide and conquer” by controlling all sides of a conflict, then introducing their own preconceived agenda to solve the “problem” they created in the first place. Thus, their intended agenda is perpetuated regardless of who wins the war or prevails in a conflict.
Peer Group Pressure
In addition to what the global manipulators have engineered for us, we often police each other into obedience and compliance to laws, rules, norms, customs and narratives through peer group pressure that cannot be questioned or challenged. The manipulation goes, “Either you believe the way we do or see things as we do, or we will ostracize, , shame, humiliate or criticize you until you either knuckle under or go away”.
Despite good intentions, parents, siblings, friends, teachers, ministers, leaders and celebrities all do this to each other. Each of these leaders set themselves up as role models which we emulate and imitate. “Be like Mike (e.g., Michael Jordan)” instead of “Be like Me”.
Persecution & Character Assassination
Legacy media chimes into this dance of mind control by persecuting, attacking and discrediting sources of information or the character of anyone remotely departing from the status quo narrative or agenda.
If you were ever a leader, genius, scientist, inventor, healer, teacher or true visionary, you can relate to the numerous occasions where your fresh and innovative ideas were met with sizable resistance, even hostility, from the status quo and even the closest people around you.
Unfortunately, thousands of people each year have disappeared or been put into prison for daring to invent a better technology (e.g., fuel efficient automobiles, a cancer cures, ozone therapy), propose a solution or expose the political economic system for the lie and manipulation it really is.
Where have all our true leaders gone?
Malicious Prosecution or Social Alienation?
Malicious prosecutions may result in jail time, economic ruin or banishment through marginalization or alienation from friends, family and others. Brave and courageous souls who maintain an independent, free-thinking mind are further tempted into conformity when daring to challenge authority or the agents of the Power structure.
Central Authority might dispatch the police to serve a search warrant, confiscate property, allege a drug, sex or terrorist offense, send a SWAT team to raid their homes, or incite an ambitious U.S. Attorney with a knack for political prosecution.
The powers-that-be feel obliged to teach those who challenge authority a lesson about bucking the system. After all, you must obey the old maxim, “You can’t fight City Hall!”
Political Assassinations & War
If you were ever an activist, whistleblower, reformist or innovator, you might better understand the assassinations of our most powerful leaders (e.g., John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy Sr., Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Leonard Peltier, John Lennon). Our graveyards are full of good people victimized by the political economic system or put to death in some horrible war they never understood or dared to ask why.
Political Prisoners & Non-Conformity
Our prisons are full of non-conformists whose crime was to challenge external authority. Federal prisons are full of illegal immigrants and drug offenders. Great leaders have spent a lifetime behind bars for protecting their people such as American Indian Movement (AIM) leader Leonard Peltier.
This author was convicted for crimes I didn’t commit and was imprisoned as a political prisoner for 2 years in the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) plus 3 years of supervised release. Less than 10% of our 2.5 million U.S. prison population are actual “criminals” and a threat to society. In fact, the most notorious criminals in our global society are freely operating without remorse or accountability in the public sectors of government and business.
Public Education as Mind Control
Public education is an institution of mind control programmed to inculcate a socialist political ideology in our children at a very young and impressionable age. Strangely accurate, John Gatto’s “Dumbing Us Down“ details the hidden agenda of public education. Control of public education is a primary tenet of the “Communist Manifesto”.
Today, “Critical Race Theory (CRT)” is a gross revision of political and racial history/herstory based in Marxism. It is using mind control techniques to suppress and stifle any honest and civil discussions of real issues in the classroom or in the society at-large.
Public Consumption of Media as Mind Control
Daily newspapers, news services and radio/television stations are institutions of mind control twisting tiny facts into huge fictions to keep the mass mind preoccupied with irrelevance and false security.
People addicted to the media still pick up a newspaper habitually or tune into a news channel expecting to get real “news” (instead of “fake news”). Mass media is incredibly effective in inciting mass hypnosis. Some of us are still asleep in the trance. In such a slumber, we are hopelessly enslaved. Wake up!
We can be hypnotized into dullness or come alive with enthusiasm. That legacy media is a propaganda machine used to control our minds is not too far a stretch of the imagination considering the overt and persistent manipulation of desire by advertising, infomercials, entertainment and the so-called “news”.
Why so many people still freely give their minds away every day is beyond me, especially since the truth is more obvious than ever for those with their eyes open. Stop believing the evening news. Start thinking for yourself, make up your own mind, get informed and live life free.
