The Taboo of Sovereignty, Love and Power

Having intelligent, profound and civil conversations about sovereignty; our political, economic and legal systems, and how they actually work; the nature of the Power structure and international banking; who is in control and pulling the strings of the American legislative and political system; is all forbidden or “taboo” for many people.

To ask such questions and to speak of such matters has been considered “inappropriate”, and in these times of “woke” culture not considered politically correct. But now many Americans are waking up. Seldom did we hear such “impolite”, yet crucial conversations around the table with friends or family. 

Important questions such as these were rarely investigated by the corporate-controlled media, or studied by academia from a neutral non-prejudiced point of view from “The Left” or “The Right” of the political spectrum. 

But the pain and confusion caused by the COVID-19 “plandemic” has awoken the most aware, honest, open-minded, and intelligent majority of people, now willing more than ever, to break the silence and talk about what is “taboo”.

Superficial polarities and divisions have been institutionalized by all political parties and special interest lobbying groups to discourage serious dialogue or truth-finding. If we were not so insecure about our political positions, we would invite lively and serious debate on the issues, instead of hiding inside a hall of mirrors behind a veil of illusions and fear.

As a consequence of this well-organized complicity of silence and “conspiracy of ignorance”, many Americans, and people of the world, have not a clue as to what is really going on behind the scenes of world events, nor do they seem to care or be empowered enough to prosper in the rapidly changing world around them. 

Why are we forbidden to think or question how and by whom we are actually governed? Why do we police ourselves into conformity to remain in our comfort zone? Why are we afraid to ask these questions? Are we really that afraid of the truth?

Conspiracy of Ignorance and Fear

In these times dissent has been almost completely squelched in the united states of America and much of the Western world except for rare moments of activist sanity, for example, The People’s Convoy, Sovereignty Movement, Tax Honesty and Occupy Movements, and investigative journalism such as Edward Snowden and Julian Assange. 

If we had even the faintest notion of what is actually going on behind the scenes, we would rise up tomorrow morning and demand the immediate resignation of our political and financial leaders. Given the nature of a “taboo”, we will bravely proceed to ask some of the forbidden, difficult hard questions anyway.

Questions for the Wise Sovereign

Q1: Who controls 99% of the world’s resources including land, real estate, natural resources, capital, media, industry, corporations and national governments? 

Q2: To whom are these powerful people and institutions accountable? Who gave them their power and authority? Is there a global conspiracy to take control of the world? Is there a global elite already positioned to benefit from world government?

Q3: Who created the United Nations (UN) and why? How do human rights under the United Nations (UN) compare with sovereign, “unalienable rights” under the U.S. Constitution and the “Bill of Rights”?

Q4: How does the World Trade Organization (WTO) benefit powerful transnational corporations and the international bankers at the expense of developing third world economies?

Q5: What is the State of New Columbia and whatever happened to the District of Columbia (D.C.) or Washington D.C. as seat of the U.S. government? What are Executive Orders (EOs) and when do they supersede constitutional process and governance?

Q6: Why does the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after September 11, 2001 (911) signaled the end of freedom as we know it? Why are local police departments now funded and supplied with weapons, tanks and drones? Was 911 a coup d’tat? Why are there so many new prisons being built? Why are there so many concentration camps being built in the united states of America?

Q7: What business does the National Security Administration (NSA) have with all our personal information? Who gave them the authority to act and be above the law?

Q8: Why did U.S. President Ronald Reagan seal the National Archives for fifty (50) years? So that we could not discover who really owns and controls America? Why are we still in the dark about who assassinated JFK?

Q9: Why did U.S. President Bill Clinton continue the policies and treaties of the first Bush administration to compromise the sovereignty of the united states of America? 

Q10: Why did U.S. President George Bush involve America in regime changing wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen? Is the American military still under the foreign command of the United Nations (UN), beneath a Russian commander?

Q11: When did the U.S. Attorney General begin operating as a foreign agent under the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and expatriate its allegiance to The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL)? 

Q12: What actually is the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS)? Where does your “income tax” money really go and what does it pay for? How does the continued bankruptcy of the federal U.S. government affect economic growth and prosperity of the middle class?

Q13: What is inflation and devaluation of the U.S. Dollar except a hidden, poverty-increasing tax? Who are the real “enemies” of the united states of America (domestic or foreign)?  Why do U.S. government, public health officials, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the elite’s propaganda media chronically lie to “U.S. Citizens” and the rest of humanity? 

Q14: What do the United States, European, Asian and Global Power structures have to hide from the rest of us?

Wake up America

These are just a few of the hundreds questions we might dare to ask. May we  demand full disclosure, transparency and truthful, verifiable answers from our “elected representatives”, politicians, bureaucrats and public servants. But you cannot wait around for an answer from any of them. They have a vested interest in keeping us all in the dark. If there are answers to be found, We the People will have to find answers on our own. 

Most of our so-called political leaders have pulled the wool over their own eyes for many generations. Guess who was responsible for spinning the wool? We the People are ultimately responsible by allowing them get away with it. We must hold all leaders accountable.

Do not expect leaders or propaganda media pundits to ever tell the truth. Tune them out. Do your own research. Think for yourself. May this book open your eyes forever.  The answers to many of your questions are contained within these pages. No excuse remains for staying asleep at the wheel. Wake up America and observe what is happening in the world today!

Invisible Sovereign Power

Q: Is there a mostly hidden, shadowy, Power structure and global elite class that gets allegiance from all the bankrupt member states of the United Nations (UN)?  

A: After decades of research and years of soul searching, this author would conclude without a doubt there has been and still is a hidden, Power structure behind the scenes of every significant economic, legal and political event in the world throughout history including the events of today.

Q: Is this a planned, organized and orchestrated “conspiracy” by a network of players? 

A: Yes, without a doubt.

“There is no indication that American public opinions would approve the establishment of a super state, or to permit American membership in it.

In other words, time – a long time – will be needed before world government is politically feasible…  

This time element might seemingly be shortened so far as American opinion is concerned by an active propaganda campaign in this country.” ~ Allen W. Dulles (CFR)

In U.S. Congressional hearings on February 17, 1950, James P. Warburg testified before a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing as to the relinquishment of the sovereignty of the de jure united states of America and the several republican states of the Union. He said, “We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or conquest”.

This hearing’s records were ordered to be sealed for 75 years. You might ask your U.S. congressman for a chance to look at them in the year 2025. So much for the idea of full disclosure, transparency and open government. The united states of America is no longer a “Republic”, or a “Democracy”, and has not been for generations.

Similarly, U.S. President Barack Obama had the opportunity to open the JFK assassination files and Warren Commission report back in 2013 after 50 years in secret. Obama chose to keep those files closed to the public for an indefinite time.

Q: What are they hiding and why?

A: They are hiding these truths so that we will not catch on to the largest pyramid scheme and global coup d’etat in the history of the world. The 2020 election was yet another coup d’etat of the U.S. government corporation at the highest level.

The Power structure is largely invisible to the public, though it is becoming more brazen, thus, self-evident all the time. Entities compete behind the scenes for larger market share of global power over every aspect of our lives. Global Power structures wrestle with each other for domination behind the scenes of every war and conflict historically, and in the world. Yet they also sit at the same table at times. 

Powerful individuals, corporations, businesses, banks, trusts, institutions and networks of international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are the operational “Sovereign Powers” behind these flagrantly, corrupt nation states today.

Nation states, industries, media and banks have merged into huge cartels so as to minimize competition and maximize profits. This is the classic definition of“fascism”.

Power structures have been with us since the dawn of humanity beginning with the strong, imposing warrior who protected the tribe. This morphed into complex, transnational mega-structures that typify the Big Bank, Big Tech, Big Media, Big Pharma, Big War Power structures today. 

Divide and Conquer

The founding principle of any organized Power structure is “divide to conquer, and to keep conquered, keep divided.”  

Polarization is key. We have become experts at dividing ourselves against each other – rich against poor, black against white, male against female, strong against weak, smart against stupid, young against old, heterosexual against homosexual (vice versa and ad nauseum). Therefore, We the Divided People pose no threat to the de facto authority of the Power structure that runs our political, economic and legal systems. 

Too often we have become “petty tyrants” of our own accord, lording over the tiny territory of our feudal families, friends and associates in a so-called “democracy”.

A people divided against each other cannot build the necessary “communities of trust” and together open our eyes to what is actually going on behind the scenes of our day-to-day struggles to survive instead of purely thriving. As Winston Churchill said, “There is nothing to fear, except fear itself.”

Too often we are the prisoners of fear, angrily blaming, litigating and suing each other to get ahead, to make a buck, and to avoid personal responsibility. Some clever ones among us prefer to persecute the innocent instead of rallying together and recognizing the real oppressors behind the scenes. 

Moreover, we cannot see, or rarely do see, who the real perpetrators are or the agenda for global domination and world government. This is a horribly tragic scenario for “civilized” human beings to inhabit, but ia precisely how the Power structure maintains its power and control. 

For those with the eyes to see, it is undeniable that there exists such a Power structure with a lineage of players going back hundreds, if not thousands, of years. There is also a history of secret societies, brotherhoods and other inexplicable events pertaining to the ancient origins of humanity which is beyond the scope of this book. 

Conspiracy Theories or Facts?

Let us become childlike for a moment, and curious about the “What’s So?” and “Who’s Who?” of this Power structure and their plans for implementing their global agenda upon billions of people.

It is not possible to control billions of people without the consent of the governed to give their power away. Thanks to a highly sophisticated system of manipulation and propaganda which is seamlessly in place, many people do not see what is happening. Accept that multiple “conspiracy theories” have been proven to be true and are based on “conspiracy facts”. Many have been based on serious investigation, history and irrefutable documents found in the public record. These are undeniable and should be highly considered. It is essential to open the mind to perspectives beyond the established norm.

Where “conspiracy theories” go wrong and lose their credibility is when researchers, media pundits and news organizations create “fake news” for the sake of deceiving the public with propaganda, bought and paid for by the governments and corporations with a vested interest in manipulating the public instead of telling the truth. Be watchful for propaganda. Apply intelligent discernment and critical thinking. Question all “external authority”. 

When people are conditioned by media and government propaganda to stop thinking the instant they hear the term “conspiracy theory”, or any of the other manipulative media propaganda buzzwords, for example, “white supremacist”, anti-semitic, racist, bigot, hater, domestic terrorist. 

When the non-thinking public hear any of these words, all possibility of learning and discovering truth is obliterated. This is classic propaganda “mind control”not much  different than what prisoners of war might receive in a reeducation camp.

When people deny the truth to perpetuate their own self-interest or for the advancement of their careers, there is a spiritual price to pay. Especially media professionals who prostitute themselves daily for a sellable story and are willing to lie to the public for a paycheck, or corrupt politicians willing to lie to get or stay elected. 

When people put social status above intellectual honesty, everyone in a “civil society” suffers. It is amazing how often people believe what other people tell them without question – who still believe everything the government or propaganda media tells them. May we not be those people. Let us open our minds to the truth.

May the truth and the facts speak for themselves from whatever source they arise. For those with the eyes to see and the courage to listen, please do your own research, confirm the evidence, think for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. This is about reclaiming your sovereign mind!

U.S. treaties with sovereign indigenous nations within the boundaries of the united states of America is supreme law over all other laws pursuant to the U.S. Constitution. Until the federal U.S. government honors what was promised by treaty to the indigenous people of North America, there can be no healing in this country.

Indigenous nations and native people have the right to secure their homelands and provide for their people. Indigenous nations and people gave up vast territory and wealth under colonization and suffered greatly at the hands of genocide or disease.

The indigenous people or the Americas, or Indians as they are called in the constitution, were not subject to any tax. For example the Buck Act (1940) excepted Indians from the levy or collection of any tax. (i.e., Indians not taxed). The federal United States could only tax its own “U.S. citizens” if resident in a “federal area”.

“Congress shall have the power to regulate commerce with the Indian tribes.” ~ U.S. Constitution [1:8:3]

American indigenous nations and tribal people have the right to have U.S. treaties honored by the U.S. government regardless of what Administration was in charge at the time. Unfortunately, treaty rights in the united states of America, and much of the colonized world, have not been honored by because indigenous people, much like “U.S. citizens”, were considered “wards of the State (or court)”. 

Indigenous people, or Indians,  are under the jurisdiction of the federal agency – Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), regulated by the laws of the federal U.S. government. There are 574 Indian nations recognized by the BIA covering 55 million acres of land. Of these 231 are located in Alaska. Jurisdiction over Indian nations is based on the principles of the Canon laws of the Doctrine of Discovery as discussed in the previous section. From the perspective of the federal U.S. government, U.S. treaties were originally negotiated with “non-entities” of “non-recognized” nations, without Citizenship or rights of any kind – state or federal.

Therefore, the federal U.S. government acts as if treaties with indigenous nations and people are not binding, nor are U.S. treaties with indigenous people honored the same as U.S. treaties with European nations. 

Without Citizenship of any kind, indigenous people were denied access to both state and federal courts, much like “U.S. citizens”. As defined in Corpus Juris Secundum, 7 CJS at par. two, indigenous American people were considered “wards of the court”.

Therefore, indigenous nations and people could not challenge infringements upon their U.S. treaties, nor could they compel the federal U.S. government to any specific performance as they had no standing at law. 

Indigenous nations and people were neither sovereign “state” Citizens with the same rights and privileges as the white, male property owners of the original constitutional Republic, nor were they “U.S. citizens” of the federal United States. They were in limbo between three worlds.

Furthermore, emergency power statutes permitted the complete abrogation of Indian Treaties when an Indian tribe is in an actual or contrived hostility.

Is this another convenient justification by the federal U.S. government for not honoring the U.S. treaties, by executing a declared state of perpetual emergency on the reservations and Indian lands? Emergency powers must be lifted and lawful, de jure governments re-established.

Today, neither indigenous nations, indigenous people, nor “U.S. citizens” have their “treaties” or inherent sovereign rights recognized by the federal U.S. government. In 1886, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed that the U.S. government “has the right and authority, instead of controlling them by treaties, to govern them by acts of Congress, they being within the geographical limit of the United States…The Indians owe no allegiance to a State within which their reservation maybe established, and the State giver them no protection.”

As a side note, the “Bill of Rights” was essentially a “treaty” between the sovereign “state” Citizens of the original 13 colonies and the federal U.S. government. The “Bill of Rights” does not guarantee any rights for “U.S. citizens” or indigenous people since it only applies outside a “federal area”. 

Indigenous nations and people have been robbed of their land, culture and treaty rights by the same sovereign Power structure that is now robbing “U.S. citizens” of their land and treaty rights. As songwriter Joni Mitchell wrote, “I was raised on robbery”.

Canadian songwriter Bruce Cockburn wrote yet another poignant song about the theft of indigenous lands entitled “Stolen Lands.”

Ironically, perhaps karmically as well, the very land and wealth stolen from the indigenous nations and people is now being stolen again by the same sovereign Power structure, domestically and abroad. “The American indigenous people, sovereign ‘state’ Citizens, and U.S. citizens are being colonized once again!” 

Restoring U.S. Treaty Rights & Inherent Sovereignty

Strategies for restoring U.S. treaty rights for indigenous nations and people include the following. None of these are tried and true, but would be interesting test cases. 

Today, most American indigenous people have been issued either Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) numbers or Social Security Numbers (SSNs). 

Many American indigenous people, those without a Native American tribal document (which certifies that they are still a sovereign people), have recently been naturalized as “U.S. citizens”. 

Although, indigenous U.S. citizens are under federal jurisdiction (just like indigenous people on the reservation without any civil rights), and have “waived” their inherent sovereignty and unalienable rights, just like “U.S. citizens” have, indigenous American people may be able one day to restore their full sovereign rights as “state” Citizens with full state and federal constitutional and treaty rights as was intended by the founders. 

By expatriating from being “U.S. citizens” and naturalizing in a sovereign state, they could become sovereign “state” Citizens, then have the legal standing to claim U.S. treaty rights on behalf of all the other indigenous sovereign nations and people through a class action lawsuit in the federal courts under Admiralty jurisdiction and maritime procedures.

Indigenous “U.S. citizens” would have civil rights, remedies, and recourse in the federal courts, and could compel performance of their respective U.S. treaties under Admiralty/Maritime or Military/Martial law jurisdiction. These days the “law of the sea”, not the “law of the land”, operates in the federal U.S. courts. 

The U.S. treaties could be argued from the standing of an international contract, or the lack thereof, not from the basis of the U.S. treaty or the Common law.

Land patents, held-in-common on the reservation, could be updated in the name of the native elders, and then stewarded in a Sovereign Trust for the whole tribe.
Ironically and strangely enough, this strategy for reclaiming sovereignty is comparable for both colonized indigenous nations and people, and the now colonized “U.S. citizen”.

The right of a people to self-determination is a cardinal principle in modern international law commonly regarded as a jus cogens rule. All people, based on respect for the principle of equal rights and fair equality of opportunity, have the right to freely choose their sovereignty and international political status with no interference.

Indigenous “Native sovereignty” is a necessary precursor to continue our exploration of “sovereignty” as it relates to the united states of America. Prior to our discussion in the last chapter, many people had only learned about “sovereignty” in the context of indigenous First People’s struggles to reclaim their inherent rights to self-determination, their right to just and fairly administered treaties and the recognition of First People’s culture, language and nations under international law. 

Manifest Destiny & Spiritual Debt

The Power structures of both Western and Eastern nations cannot continue to desecrate or ignore indigenous people’s rights to “Native sovereignty”, to allow First People’s nations to co-exist amidst our destructive pursuit for land, wealth, gold and resources. What was once considered the “manifest destiny” of colonial “Sovereign Powers structures” are now, and justly so, finished.

Today, there are no more continents or native people left to conquer or vanquish. The last frontiers on this ever shrinking planet are not outside of us, but the pursuit of higher consciousness, as well as achieving economic, social, political and environmental justice for all the people. 

To manifest these last frontiers, we must not only include indigenous nations, but learn how to live sustainably on the earth in our last noble quest for self-determination and “sovereignty for all the people”. 

We the People of the united states of America have a spiritual debt to the indigenous people in this country, and of the earth, that can never be repaid except with humility and gratitude. 

We the People must acknowledge the terrible transgressions and genocides of our forefathers and foremothers for us all to be healed. No sincere happiness can be found in these united states of America or any other European nation until this healing work is done. 

Western civilization and the Roman Catholic Church is riddled with centuries of deeply ingrained guilt and shame for the horrible deeds done in the name of religion and the name of “progress”. This all must be healed to restore “sovereignty for all the people”. 

Perpetual Slavery for Indigenous Native People

Forty years before Christopher Columbus set foot in the Americas on behalf of Spain, Pope Nicholas V gave express permission by issuance of the papal bull Romanus Pontifex (1455) to King Alfonso of Portugal to claim and capture lands in West Africa “to capture, vanquish, and subdue, the Saracens, Pagans, and other enemies of Christ…to take all their possessions and property, and to put them into perpetual slavery.”

With this document, and its predecessor in Roman law, terra nullus, Pope Nicholas V essentially declared war against all non-Christians throughout the world.

After Pope Alexander VI heard of Columbus’ successful “discovery” to the America’s on behalf of Spain he promptly issued the Inter Cetera papal bull on May 3, 1493 in which he declared that “the Catholic faith and Christian religion be everywhere increased and spread and that barbarous nations be overthrown and brought to the faith itself.”

Pope Alexander VI called on the monarchs of Spain and Portugal to subdue and convert all native lands and possessions. In essence the Pope decreed under papal law that unconverted heathens had no rights whatsoever to self-determination. Even if the indigenous tribal chiefs signed a peace treaty, it was considered non-binding because they were non-entities under the “Canon law”. 

Thus generations of treaties with indigenous people have been routinely dishonored, and native people still suffer great injustice at the hands of their conquerors to this very day. 

The roots of religious persecution and racism go long and deep in the united states of America, and around the world. There can be no religious justification for genocide, or the annihilation of any indigenous culture in the eyes of Source or God. If ones religion does not teach and practice the Golden rule, then religion has nothing to offer us.

No Separation of Church and State

The U.S. government is believed to have conducted its affairs in accordance with separation of Church and State. This is not true, however, with regard to the indigenous people of North America.

The U.S. Supreme Court formally wrote the “Doctrine of Discovery” into the laws of the United States in the case of Johnson v. McIntosh (1823). Chief Justice John Marshall wrote: “Discovery gave title to the government, by whose subject, or by whose authority it was made, against all other European governments.”

This doctrine has been primarily used to support decisions invalidating or ignoring aboriginal possession of land in favor of modern colonial governments such as in the case of Sherrill v. Oneida Nation (2005). 

Furthermore, in the case of County of Oneida v. Oneida Indian Nation of N.Y. (1985), “Fee title to the lands occupied by Indians when the colonists arrived became vested in the sovereign – first the discovering European nation and later the original States and the United States”.

Today, very few people realize that the legal distinction between Christians and aboriginal people (i.e. indigenous people, Native American, First People, Indians) is still incorporated in the U.S. Constitution as the “law of the land”. 

Based on this ancient “Doctrine of Discovery”, and the federal law based upon it, the United States government continues to deny indigenous people the recognition of their inherent tribal sovereignty and treaty rights in their own ancestral homelands of North America with a singular exception that Indian Territory (i.e., Reservations) is not subject to state or local taxes.

Natural Law Rights & Inherent Sovereignty Under International Law

Indigenous people still have unalienable, natural law rights to inherent sovereignty as independent nations under international law. This principle has never been refuted in American law, despite numerous treaties being dishonored or ignored.

The indigenous people of North America never lost or surrendered their inherent sovereignty, but were conquered and subdued to the point of annihilation through the horrible genocide of the U.S. military and private mercenaries. Indigenous lands were essentially taken by force and stolen, then sold to private individuals and corporations by the federal U.S. government. 

Many indigenous people, dispirited and dispossessed by the genocidal actions against their families and tribes, were forced to submit to the federal U.S. government under the stewardship of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) of the federal U.S. government. Crazy Horse was one of the last free Indians to ride the plains and preferred death instead of submitting to white rule and forced to live on a reservation.

Indigenous people can still reclaim their native and tribal sovereignty by disengaging from federal U.S. government benefit programs if they can restore economic, legal and political sovereignty over their own affairs as an independent nation such as the Onondaga People of New York.

“The Onondaga people have consistently rejected the notion of changing from our traditional chiefs to become a ‘tribal’ or switch to an elective government. The Onondaga have remained steadfast despite the many efforts by the United States and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to change us.” 

Indian tribes exercising powers of self-government under the jurisdiction of the federal U.S. government are limited by the U.S. constitution. 

Tribal Governments As Sovereign Nations

Whereas tribal governments who choose to function as sovereign nations can still do so, but incorporated tribes must revoke their corporate charters to reclaim their inherent sovereignty or be subject to the municipal law of the District of Columbia (D.C.) like any other U.S. state. 

Tribal members with Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) numbers similar to SSN’s, they must revoke those numbers to reclaim their inherent sovereignty.

Eventually, tribal governments could dissolve their corporation, then break all in voluntary contractual relationships with the state and federal U.S. government except for diplomatic and trade relationships. 

For those tribal members who are also U.S. citizens, perhaps one can restore inherent sovereignty on non-tribal land by updating land patents land and declaring “allodial” titles on those lands.

Vatican Must Rescind Doctrine of Discovery & Provide Reparations with Land

One of many steps to bring this immoral, though legal, system of colonization, exploitation and genocide to its conclusion as a tragic part of human history, is for the “Doctrine of Discovery” to be formally rescinded by papal decree with reparations provided in land. The Pope and the Vatican are the third largest land owner in the world with over 177,000,000 acres.

An Open Letter to the Pope has been written to the Pope many times by many people and religious organizations, although he has so far ignored the request. 

In 2012, the United Nations Economic and Social Council Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues called for a mechanism to investigate historical land claims based on the discovery doctrine.

In 2009, the Episcopal Church repudiated the Doctrine of Discovery as did the Unitarian Universalist Association in 2012. Other religious groups – the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), the World Council of Churches, New York Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends, the United Methodist Church, to name a few – have also repudiated it. 

But the Vatican has refused to publicly address Catholicism’s role in bringing about the Doctrine of Discovery, or revoke the papal bulls that articulated it.

Indigenous Economic Sovereignty

For purposes of economic development and improving conditions on the reservations in Indian Territories, casino gambling as a tourist attraction, and other sustainable industries such as wind and solar power, could be an economic means toward economic sovereignty. Any environmentally destructive industry such as uranium mining should be shut down.

Tribal governments who have already built casinos could continue to operate them for a limited time for the purposes of economic development, then shut them down and convert the facilities to tribal use such as offices, schools or hospitals. Funds generated by these indigenous enterprises could be used to rebuild infrastructure and a balanced relationship with the land.

Any indigenous enterprises that remain could be integrated into a “Sovereign Trust” on behalf of the indigenous nation. This could be a legal instrument for implementing sovereignty in all tribal nations, and having them recognized internationally by establishing self-government under the Law of Nations.

The federal U.S. government recognizes indigenous sovereignty in economically and legally. Consider this excerpt from an affidavit of a former, high-level CIA operative who was responsible for developing a copy of the Inslaw software on the Cabazon reservation.

“The Cabazon Band of Indians are a sovereign nation. The sovereign immunity that is accorded the Cabazons as a consequence of this fact made it feasible to pursue on the reservation the development and/or manufacture of materials whose development or manufacture would be subject to stringent controls off the reservation.” ~ Michael J. Riconsciuto

Indigenous sovereignty movements are afoot in many of the stronger native cultures in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania such as the Haida people. 

There are over 5,000 distinct indigenous cultures in the world, often nations within nations, that have not been recognized by the 193 member states of the United Nations (UN) as sovereign nations with the unalienable rights of self-determination. The UN estimates the indigenous population at over 370 million people spread out over 20% of the planet. 

May all indigenous people restore their cultural traditions and native languages,  self-reliance and self-sufficiency on the land.

In hindsight may we remember, according to Charles C. Mann, author of 1491, indigenous people were the “persecuted survivors of a recently shattered culture…not a people without history incapable of change.”

“Sovereignty is the source of power and authority from which all laws and governments arise…the source of power from which all governments are created and abolished with the consent of the governed…the central concept behind all political, economic and legal systems.” ~ Johnny Liberty

All wars, battles, fights, arguments and conflicts are essentially fought between “Sovereign Powers” over land, territory, property, control and/or political ideologies. Pertinent questions to ask are: 

  • Who or what is the Sovereign? 
  • Who or what has power over others?
  • Who or what shall prevail? 
  • Who or what makes the rules and laws? 

Whereas “individual sovereignty” is about self-government and reclaiming “internal authority” over your life, another important facet of sovereignty is the intersecting point between the inner and external realms. Both the inner and outer worlds meet, as above, so below, through this enduring idea of “sovereignty”. 

Whoever or whatever constitutes the “sovereignty” of a nation state (i.e., national sovereignty) has the power to create or abolish the government at will through a “declaration of independence” and/or the authoring of national constitutions, or the state chartering of corporations, and/or the founding of banks operating under the exclusive authority of the sovereign. 

For the first time, since the American Republic was founded 244 years ago, has this idea of “sovereignty” extended beyond the Pope, Monarch, Caesar or Tzar to individuals – an idea inherent among all free individuals organized in a free Republic – of, by and for the people. Will the usA survive as a Republic or be buried under the ashes of time?

“When the [American] Revolution took place, the people of each State
became themselves sovereign.” ~ Pollard v Hagan, 3 H. 212

With one exception, the Swiss Confederation (1848) has been a federal state of relatively autonomous cantons, some of which have a history of confederacy that goes back more than 700 years, arguably putting Switzerland as the world’s oldest surviving Republic.

Sources of Sovereignty in History/Herstory

Historically in the West, prior to the American Revolution and the founding of the united states of America, or usA, there were two sources of national “sovereignty” – one political and one religious. 

POPE • MONARCH

Over thousands of years there existed a multiplicity of Kings/Queens of European, Asian and African nations along with the Papacy and the Vatican; Caesars and Tzars, Sheikhs, Emirs and Sultans of Middle Eastern and Islamic nations; indigenous American nations and tribes – all of which were vested with absolute “sovereignty” by their decrees, in their hands and through their swords.

In the West, many Monarchs (e.g., Queen of England) and their respective lineages are still operative as “Sovereign Powers” in the world today along with other overlapping and often competing Power structures. 

In the East, dating many more thousands of years, existed Kings/Queens, Emperors, nomadic barbarians, warlords and benevolent tribal peoples – all of which were vested with absolute “sovereignty”.

Common to both the “sovereignty” of the West and the East was the simple fact that the common people had no rights or recourse against these “Sovereign Powers”. Law-making and rule-making was absolute. Justice was often swift and ruthless. These “”Sovereign Powers” established new nations through conquest, colonialism, war, slavery, disease, economic subjugation and exploitation since the dawn of human history/herstory. These “Sovereign Powers” have also destroyed and murdered thousands of indigenous tribes and millions of indigenous people to the point of extinction.

The human story is replete with examples of “Sovereign Powers” and entire nations plundering others people, tribes and nations for their own personal, economic and political benefit. 

> SOVEREIGN – Supreme, absolute, uncontrollable power and authority over a body politic; freedom from external control; superior power owing no allegiance to another; enjoying autonomy; an acknowledged leader; source of all laws and governments; organizes various entities and structures to manage and preserve their assets.

> SUBJECT – Owing allegiance to a sovereign or other ruler and is governed by his/her laws; the term is little used in countries enjoying a “republican” form of government.

In today’s world, there are 35  full-blown Monarchies, including the Papacy. Rule by Monarchy exists in 51 fully constituted states, in 36 colonies and dependencies of the world’s 197 nation states. 26 of those Kings/Queens claim personal, legal ownership to more than 20% of the surface of the planet for a total of 36,933,896,500 acres. 

Of all those Monarchies, Queen Elizabeth II is the largest landowner by far (6,698,146,531 acres). In her sole name is vested the legal ownership of over one-sixth of the planets surface.

The British Empire as Sovereign Power

In modern times the British Commonwealth is led by the sovereign lineage of the Monarchy of England. Today Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Phillip are still at the helm of this Sovereign Power structure despite their sometimes humble public image. 

Besides being the world’s largest landowner, Queen Elizabeth II is a Queen with 32 crowns – conceivably more crowns than any single individual has ever worn in all of human history. She wears these crowns one at a time by “de facto” election, each of her royal dominions having either elected or chosen to retain the Queen as head of state.

Although it may appear the Queen of England does not have decision-making authority with regard to the day-to-day functioning of the British parliamentary government, the Queen still holds the reigns of a long genealogy of power and sovereign authority from which the British government was created. 

The lineage of the British Royal Family holds vast assets in numerous “Sovereign Trusts” with a situs in the Isle of Man from which the Queen may grant equitable rights to various real estate and grant other assets to their royal favorites in exchange for loyalty. The Queen of England does not, or rarely, conveys “Sovereign Titles” to land.

The Queen of England is by far the wealthiest woman, very likely the wealthiest individual in the world, with tremendous power and control over her royal assets. Although, it may appear to an outsider that the Queen of England’s power has been diminished due to the rise of very powerful Central Banking families (e.g., Rothschild’s Bank of England), the Royal Family are still an awesome “Sovereign Power” to contend with.

During the early founding of the usA very powerful British subjects and corporations had North American colonial lands “deeded” to them by one of eleven Kings of England. 

These included the Virginia Company and the New England Company which were the first charters in the New World from which the Founding Fathers originally received their titles and property. King George III was the King of England during the American Revolution.

The British people (e.g., England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) are today and will always be, “subjects” of the Queen of England wherever they reside in the British Commonwealth including countries such as United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea, Soloman Islands and Tuvalu.

The Queen of England, and the six decades heir to the British Throne (e.g., Prince Charles) are still at the helm of the indisputable, invisible, behind-the-scenes Power structure of the British Empire worldwide, although many of her administrative duties have been rightfully delegated to the British government. This principle of “Sovereign Powers” applies to other Monarchies as well as their respective governments with some variation.

> REAL – From the Spanish meaning “royal”; pertaining to the succession of king deeded, estate lands; all titles flow from the sovereign; the root of the term “real” estate. 

Papacy, Catholic Church and the Vatican as Sovereign Power

The independent city-state of Vatican City (108.8 acres) was established in 1929 by the Lateran Treaty on behalf of Pope Pius XI, signed by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Gasparri, Prime Minister Benito Mussolini on behalf of King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy.

Vatican City is an ecclesiastical state ruled by the Bishop of Rome – the Pope as a “Sovereign Power” on behalf of the Catholic Church. Vatican City is an “Ultra-Sovereign Canon Law Trust” from which property and assets are granted to papal favorites in exchange for loyalty and obedience. All land held by members of Catholic religious orders is ultimately held in the Pope’s name (177 million acres).

“Canon Law Trusts” served as the legal basis for most democratic and parliamentary governments formed in the New World or North America, including the Mayflower Compact, the State Commonwealths and the 1st Constitution for the united states of America (usA). 

“Canon Law Trusts” represent a long lineage of a “Sovereign Power” that arose during the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, and continues to this very day.  

The Pope still holds tremendous “Sovereign Power” today, both over his congregation of Roman Catholics around the world (1.2 billion), but also economic and political power through the administration of the Pope’s assets and property. 

The Pope and Vatican City are the third largest “real estate” owners in the world after Queen Elizabeth II and King Salman (bin Abdulaziz Al Saud) of Saudi Arabia. Much of contemporary colonialism and the settling of the New World of North and South America arose by “papal decree”, or sovereign law-making authority, and was substantiated by the “Canon law”.  

Since sovereignty is the source of power and authority from which all laws and governments arise, each “Sovereign Power” created its own system of law and then imposed that law upon their “subjects”. Laws were passed down from generation to generation, from nation to nation over a long period of time after which the source of these laws were no longer questioned.

When these “Sovereign Powers” discovered, then colonized indigenous territories and nations (i.e., Indians and tribes), the King of England and the Pope brought their respective laws to the new North American colonies. The newly founded American system of law became a hybrid of the laws that were settled at the time. 

The King of England codified the “Common law,” derived from the Mosaic Law of the Old Testament and other natural laws, beginning with the Magna Carta (1215), the Petition of Rights (1618) and the Habeas Corpus Act (1679). This was the original basis by which the North American colonies governed themselves. 

Forty-seven (47) states based their state constitutions on the “Common law” of England. The only exception was Louisiana based its state constitution on the French and Spanish Common law.

Alaska and Hawai’i are irregular “states”, more like U.S. possessions or territorial federal States than states of the Union. The Kingdom of Hawai’i was an independent nation before the overthrow of Hawaii’s Queen and the unlawful annexation by the United States under military rule.

The Pope codified the “Canon law”, which was integrated into the “Common law”, and was the foundation in law from which the 1st Constitution for the united states of America (usA) derived its authority which incorporated the basic tenets of religious freedom. 

The “Doctrine of Discovery” was a “papal decree” that paved the way for contemporary colonialism, the exploitation of indigenous peoples worldwide, international law and the international court system.  

> COMMON LAW – Unwritten, natural law codified in England from the Mosaic law of the Old Testament, Magna Carta I (1215), Petition of Rights (1618) and Habeas Corpus Act (1679). 

> CANON LAW – Moral rules and laws integrated from various religious traditions especially the Roman Catholic Church; rights given by “GOD” through intuition and common sense; principles of life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness; principles of religious freedom and the 1st Amendment.

As we have learned,“Sovereign Powers” create and abolish governments at will. They charter corporations, establish trust organizations, commercial enterprises, engage in war to protect or expand their interests, and administer economic controls through Central Banking systems.  

In conclusion, “Sovereign Powers” are pulling the invisible strings of corporations, banks and nation states. They are more powerful than Presidents, Senators, Congressmen or other high-ranking government officials and bureaucrats. “Sovereign Powers” are also immune from prosecution by civil authorities. 

“Sovereign Powers” are more powerful than the CEO’s of Transnational Corporations, or Governors of the 50 corporate federal States. They are a complex, mostly invisible, network of individuals, nation states, business trusts, legal fictions, corporations, foreign entities, investment firms, hedge funds, and central banks. 

“Sovereign Powers” operate as the source of all power and authority, protected by the rule of force through their militaries and police, while having unlimited access to both economic and political power inaccessible by their “subjects”. 

Finally, here comes an evolutionary possibility with the immortal words of this author (aka Johnny Liberty), “We the People have a wild card, yet to be fully played. In the united states of America, We the People are in fact the Sovereign Power of this nation – if we reclaim and restore it. In the united states of America, every man and every woman has the inherent power to be a King or Queen in their own right, in their own home on their own property without government encroachment or interference”.

Old friend, in the united states of America (usA), We the People are either sovereign American Nationals or sovereign “state” Citizens. In fact and in law, there is no superior authority under the American system of law.  It is up to each one of us to reclaim our individual sovereignty and re-establish a lawful, “de jure” Republican form of government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Every aspect of sovereignty defines the realm of a responsible, moral, ethical and integral individual. This takes enormous courage, faith, kindness and contentment to reach the levels of freedom and enjoyment we are capable of in our precious lives. 

The seven aspects of sovereignty are: 

  1. Attaining physical health and well-being.
  2. Attaining emotional health and balance.
  3. Practicing spiritual sovereignty and the golden rule.
  4. Freeing yourself from mental slavery.
  5. Achieving economic sovereignty and financial independence.
  6. Choosing your Citizenship.
  7. Establishing true independence in your nation of choice.

The Power of Sovereignty

  1. Based on the inherent nature of the free individual. 
  2. It is the source of authority from which all laws and governments arise.
  3. It is based on the action of the individual being supreme. 
  4. It is a gift that you choose to give yourself.

A Notion of Sovereignty

When this author began researching “sovereignty”, he was surprised to discover very few Americans had any notion of “sovereignty” whatsoever, except in general reference to indigenous people, monarchs or the Pope.

Considering “sovereignty” is the central concept around which all political, economic and legal systems revolve, he was amazed how in a matter of a few generations, “sovereignty” had become virtually absent from everyday conversations.

As this author taught over several decades, more and more people began to awaken to their own personal and/or individual sovereignty, especially in the usA – the first and perhaps only country in the world based originally on the sovereignty of the individual above that of the government.

Whether or not you are a U.S. citizen, We the People are all human beings with a birthright to exercise our God-given natural rights and express this freedom regardless of the political, economic or legal system of the particular nation we happened to be born into. 

The notion of “individual sovereignty” is essentially about reclaiming “internal authority” over your life and taking full responsibility for your thoughts, words and deeds. Being sovereign is about governing yourself, first and foremost, standing in your own righteous character and presenting yourself as a sovereign human being, not relying on experts, attorneys or “external authority” to do this on your behalf. 

THINK GLOBALLY • ACT RESPONSIBLY

First and foremost, we can reclaim internal authority over our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional sovereignty, then through an act of free will we can restore economic, legal and political sovereignty by strategically withdrawing from the grasp of external authority. Doing so transforms our relationship with the powers-that-be and puts the Power structure back into a box where it belongs.

ECONOMIC • LEGAL

An old adage wisely says, “You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot force it to drink.” People can be taught about sovereignty, but no one can force people to do what it takes to become sovereign and free. Too many people will not even take the first step, face their fears, or arouse the will and courage to act according to their own conscience. Talk is cheap, while, action is precious and rare. 

People can be offered the tools, materials and resources, even the plans to build their dream house, but without spiritual, mental and emotional sovereignty as a foundation, the house remains like a dream in the clouds. This educational work is dedicated to those who have the courage, the aliveness for freedom and the capability to take effective grounded actions in the here and now.

You will learn that you cannot tender payment of a debt with Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), only with lawful money. You will discover the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and its foreign principals/creditors control the federal U.S. government corporation, and directs all legislative action and public policy through its lending and monetary policies. 

You will find the U.S. Congress is simply a “trustee” for the continued bankruptcy of the United States government corporation. 

You will discover the IRS is a collection agency for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) collecting from a bankrupt Federal Reserve Bank (FRB). Income tax does not go to the United States government, but to service your individual obligation toward the federal, national debt. Your income tax does not provide basic government services which are paid for through excise, sales and other taxes.

You will find that U.S. citizens cannot own lawful and sovereign allodial title to land unless you have updated the land patent, removed any encumbrances or liens and reclaimed your original status as an American National OR sovereign  “state” Citizen. 

When you purchased real estate, you received a “deed”, not an allodial title. A “deed” only represents equitable or beneficial interest in a trust property owned by the State acting as a trustee. Without an allodial title held in your sovereign  capacity, banks loaning you so-called “money” can attach a lien on your property until it’s “discharged” in full. 

If you fail to pay the mortgage the bank that financed the loan will foreclose on the real estate. Even if the real estate is paid in full with Federal Reserve Notes (FRN’s) after a thirty-year mortgage, you still do not hold the allodial title, only possession in fee simple.  

You will discover the U.S. government corporation has quit-claim deeded all the property in the united states of America (usA) to the foreign principles/creditors as collateral against an un-payable debt. Liens and encumbrances were placed upon the real estate as well.

You will learn that U.S. citizens do not own their “motor vehicles”. As trustee, the State holds the true title, and has legal ownership in the vehicle. You may get a “Certificate of Title” that certifies that you are a “beneficial holder”, not the owner. 

The legal owner has the right to require the “beneficial holder” to get it registered with State-issued plates, have a State-issued driver’s license and require insurance on their vehicle.   In essence, you are renting the use of a government-owned vehicle. Legislative intent of the Motor Vehicle Code is to regulate  the commercial operation of motor vehicles only. 

There are hidden liens and encumbrances on your “person”, your real estate and future productivity toward discharging an un-payable federal debt. You will find most Americans are fundamentally bankrupt, and have not been paid any real “money” for working in their entire lives. 

Wake Up America & the World

Until We the People get educated and protect what remains of your assets now, Americans may wake up one day, as Founding Father Thomas Jefferson forewarned, shake their weary heads and wonder what the heck happened? 

Homelessness and the proliferation of social, racial, sexual and political violence are advanced symptoms of undeclared State and federal bankruptcies and the dissolution of these united states of America (uSA). 

We the People and our political leaders have unwittingly “sold out” our country, our freedoms and our childrens future for generations to come in exchange for privileges, benefits, temporary entitlements and the short-term success of a privileged few.

U.S. Citizenship & U.S. Constitution

You will learn that “U.S. citizens” are not Citizens at all, but 14th Amendment subjects and property of the District of Columbia (D.C.)(i.e., Washington D.C., State of New Columbia), residents and franchisees of a bankrupt federal U.S. government corporation organized under the municipal law of the District of Columbia.

You will discover that the 1st Constitution for the united states of America and the Bill of Rights does not apply to “U.S. citizens”. U.S. citizens are federal U.S. government subjects and property ruled under “statutory”, Admiralty and Maritime law, Military and/or Martial law under the undisclosed presumption of an international adhesion contract. 

The gold-fringed Admiralty and Military flag, not the American flag, flies in the President’s oval office and in most of the so-called “courts” in this country. 

U.S. citizens have no constitutional protections or unalienable rights, only privileges and rights granted by the U.S. government. Legal “persons” born or naturalized in the federal United States were created exclusively by the 14th Amendment after the Civil War. Furthermore, the 14th Amendment, and other amendments as well, were never lawfully ratified. 

You will find that your vote is purely suggestive and does not directly elect, affect or create public law or policy. Your vote has also been made irrelevant by those who illegally and fraudulently “count the vote”. Your vote does though as a real estate owner obligate you to pay Municipal, County and State bonds through property taxes. “If your vote ever really changed anything, it would’ve been illegal a long time ago”.

You will learn that U.S. citizens are legally disabled, wards of the State, considered by judges and attorneys as nothing more than incompetent children incapable of making their own decisions, not acting judicially or with legal authority in their sovereign capacity. Your power as sovereign “state” Citizens has been stolen by stealth and deceit for generations.

Reclaim Your Power & Restore Accountability

We the People must reclaim our power to act judicially with legal authority and be able to stand in our sovereign capacity as “state” Citizens, and stop the government from acting on our behalf in their own self-interest without our knowledge or consent.  We the People must reclaim the American system of law and restore our unalienable sovereign rights in a constitutional Republic as the Founding Fathers intended. 

We the People have the unilateral power of declaration by affidavit and legal notice, the unlimited power and right to contract and to organize our affairs with little or no government involvement. We the People have the power to form grand juries to bring to justice public officials who are violating our unalienable or constitutionally protected rights under “color of law” via Title 42, oaths of office, bonds or other provisions of law. 

We the People must find a way to make our governments accountable to the U.S. Constitution, the sovereignty of We the People and the American system of law.  Have we so easily forgotten what “country” we live in? 

We will discover the federal “United States” government is a foreign corporation with regards to the “united states of America (usA)”, not the country we owe our allegiance.

We the People are sovereign, “state” Citizens and American Nationals under the supremacy of the state and federal constitutions. We the People unknowingly gave away our unalienable rights and property rights by becoming 14th Amendment “U.S. citizens” under the jurisdiction of the federal “United States” corporation.  

Social security benefits and the income tax, with few exceptions, are for foreign-earned income – voluntary contracts made mandatory only for federal government employees and U.S. citizens who receive social security benefits from the government and voluntarily sign their 1040 forms. 

We the People can lawfully reclaim our true, sovereign, American National OR “state” Citizenship and take back our government from those who would destroy our country for their own self-interest. To live free is to act according to one’s own conscience and take appropriate, non-violent action – a grand and noble purpose to live free in an unfree world.

We the People have been grossly deceived about our true and lawful sovereign American National or “state” Citizenship. 

This has occurred through an onslaught of government policy and practice, U.S. government lies, deception, and propaganda, bureaucratic threat, duress and coercion, corporate controlled legacy media, public education and the wholesale manipulation of the political, economic and legal system since the American Civil War by both domestic enemies of the uSA and foreign powers.

We the People have been stripped naked of our sovereignty and our basic, unalienable rights of self-determination guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence (1776), the American Revolution (1775—1781), Articles of Confederation (1781) and the Treaty of Paris with Great Britain (1783). 

The limited authority and jurisdiction placed upon the federal U.S. government via the 1st Constitution for the united States (1789) and the Bill of Rights (1791) has been usurped and ignored by our political leaders for decades and decades. 

Unless We the People wake up from a long, deep sleep, these powerful doctrines of American law, our protectors of freedom and liberty will be banished forever from the homeland of our forefathers and foremothers. As Thomas Jefferson forewarned, “Americans may wake up one day, homeless in the land of their forefathers.” 

We the People are caught in the crossfire of a global assault on the sovereignty of both our Citizens and the international Law of Nations. The casualties of this assault are our freedoms and property rights, due process of the law, basic unalienable rights for all people, and our beloved country – the united states of America (usA). 

An invisible and secret war has been and is being waged against the united states of America (usA) for the benefit of an elite global aristocracy, a consortium of international bankers and transnational corporations bent on building a global empire at the expense of the American National or “state” Citizen and all the people of the Earth. 

America, the great city on the hill, is at risk of losing its cherished freedoms and becoming a tyrannical, totalitarian, high technology police state. Our U.S. government is arrogant with power and has forgotten its responsibility to be public servants of, by and for the American people. 

The U.S. government has stepped up its assault upon the people through legislation, litigation, malicious prosecution,  foreclosures, property forfeitures and the so-called wars on crime, drugs and terror. The U.S. government corporation is bankrupt politically, morally and economically, and has not been honest , forthright or accountable in disclosing the consequences of its “tax and spend” policies and priorities. Thus, We the People are on the brink of an economic and political disaster. 

We the American People are the political, economic prisoners of a foreign, sovereign, invisible Power structure operating through corporate federal, State and local governments, the Federal Reserve Bank, its foreign principals, and its subsidiary domestic and foreign corporations. 

We the People have a gut feeling that something is terribly wrong with our country, a discontent and anger that indicates the extent of the exploitation, domination, and control to which we are subject, yet are often at a loss to either articulate,  comprehend or respond effectively to what in fact is occurring. 

The assault against our rights is legal, political and economic. We the People are being taxed unlawfully and indebted into “economic slavery” by institutions that have no moral or lawful authority under the American system of law. 

We the American People have been systematically robbed and bankrupted by special interests and public officials that profit immensely from political and legal systems put into place to serve their ends. 

Laws are passed “by and for the Global Power structure” not for the benefit of the American people.  The same conditions exist as did so before the first American Revolution whereas We the American People are taxed without representation by federal, State and local governments that no longer serve our best interests. Instead, these institutions perpetuate and protect their own unlimited growth and self-interest at our expense. 

The U.S. military is currently under the command of foreign powers intent on creating a New World Order (NWO) – a one-money, one-world government and world army via the United States military and the United Nations (UN).

Mostly unaware, We the People have been programmed, conditioned and educated to see, feel, think, and act socially and “politically correct”. Political correctness is defined as social programming promulgated by the socialist/communist Left (i.e., progressives) – don’t ask, don’t speak, don’t dissent. 

This corresponds perfectly with the religious fundamentalist programming by the traditional Right (e.g., conservatives). Both aspects of the political spectrum are mind numbing, mind-controlled propaganda machines. This conditioning is in alignment with a global design and strategy that is so subtle, so invisible, yet now so obvious that many of our best intellects have lifted the veil. This is the beginning of a Great Awakening!

The hollow patriotism of our Independence Day flag-waving and hot-dog eating does not reflect the actual realities of life in America as much as it worships the superficial and mythological symbols of our once victorious past. Unbelievably, so many Americans still believe we are living in a “free” country under a “free enterprise” system. Most Americans feel entitled and expect big government to take care of them. Too many people still believe our government is well meaning and looking out for their best interest. Yet deep inside, many of us know there is no free lunch and one day we will all have to wake up or pay the piper. 

We the People receive small doses of relevant news from the legacy media through which we must navigate through the labyrinth of life. Many more such as yourself have begun a course of deep study to comprehend sovereignty within the context of history, law, economics and politics as a whole system. 

In the words of an African proverb, “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” Without comprehending the big picture, We the People are hopelessly lost and enslaved. At all costs we must break through this veil of deception and lies. My friends, that is the purpose of this handbook.

We the People must speak the truth no matter what. We must take effective action in unison to effect lasting  and effective change. We must create yet “Another World Order”. We must come together as a fresh nation and rediscover America for the all the people, regardless of race, creed, sex, or skin color. This is our grand vision of rediscovering America!

Even Trump did not prevail during his first term betrayed at every turn by “RINOs”, in other words, “Republicans in Name Only” who had mastered the art of two-faced politicians, saying one thing, then doing quite another. But a few people did awaken and shared information outside of the mainstream narrative.

The Democratic Party and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) won the 2020 election by deceit and corruption. One day you will know that election 2020 was an orchestrated coup d’etat of the “United States” government.

As Trump was being ushered out of office, the conspirators staged a so-called “insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. This served as a distraction to evacuate the building and stop any challenges to electoral votes cast to certify the 2020 election. Thus, challenges to the election results never happened. The coup d’etat was signed, sealed and delivered. As We the People are now aware, the “United States” government fell into rapid decline as the Biden Administration began to dismantle the united states of America one delicate piece at a time.  

A long list of failed Biden policies included open borders; a devastating military defeat and withdrawal from Afghanistan; the weakening of “woke” military forces in the eyes of China; provocations of war between Ukraine and Russia; Israel, Gaza, and the Middle East, the threat of nuclear war; plus high inflation, the loss of energy independence, rising fuel and food costs, and indifference to violence and millions of illegal immigrants in the streets of our cities. 

Tragically, even Trump was ignorant of the devastating COVID-19 vaccination program which resulted in in large-scale, state-sponsored genocide for one-eighth of the world’s population. Hopefully, this ignorance will not entirely dim his aspirations for U.S. President beginning in 2025. Trump came into office as a successful businessman, and he left as a politician.

But alas, there is still hope for the united states of America and the rest of the world to shift the balance of power back to sanity after Trump’s victory in the 2024 presidential elections. Leadership choices in his new administration have been for the most part stellar.

Whether or not Americans will ever have honest or fair elections again remains to be seen. Election fraud and corruption run extremely deep. Nonetheless, we must support candidates who respect our constitutional “Republic”, of, by, and for the people, and are willing to restore sovereignty and the U.S. Constitution as the “law of the land”.

Calming the Fears of the Pandemic

The COVID-19 “plandemic” was a pretext for giving our freedoms away; a psychological operation for socially engineering a compliant and fearful public to accept whatever “mandates” were decreed by the elites in power; a propaganda campaign to convince people to blindly obey the mainstream narrative and vaccination program without question.

For the New World Order and the Deep State, the COVID-19 “plandemic” worked brilliantly Now, having positioned both elected and unelected officials with a lust for power in control, the elite’s Global Power structure are well on the way toward building a totalitarian state such as China, Iran, and Russia.

The COVID-19 “plandemic” with its stream of endless variants has finished. Case numbers and test results were faked. Death counts were exaggerated by the manipulative media to sell the experimental “vaccines” en masse. Now, We the People must prepare for the next battle, the fight to restore freedom and sovereignty for the people of the world.

Healing the Racial Divide

It is no accident that propaganda media brought to light “systemic racism” as a relevant companion during the COVID-19 “plandemic”. This aggravated the historical and present-day separation between the races at a level of intensity not experienced since the American Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. 

Discrimination by virtue of race, sex or sexual orientation has played a major role in dividing human against human, tribe against tribe since the dawn of humanity. It is a historical fact that Africans and African-Americans were not the first or the only race to be sold into slavery. 

Then the question to ask is, why did the “race card” get played precisely at this time when race relations in the united states of America were better than ever?  Simply answered, the elite’s Global Power structure saw a huge political opportunity, thus had their bought and sold-out media divide and conquer via the “race card”.

As tragic as police brutality or any violence can be, against African-Americans, Asian-Americans, or European-Americans, it is still a small percentage of police officers who abuse their power in such an extreme and violent way. Why should all police officers and European-Americans be punished for the terrible acts of a small minority of police officers? 

The “George Floyd” incident was planned as a precursor to the “plandemic”.  Floyd’s death was used politically to divide the nation and stir the flames of hatred between the races. 

The propaganda media stepped up to the plate along with hundreds of mega-corporations funding the Democratic Party via ActBlue, the Marxists of Black Lives Matter (BLM), and their “useful idiots” Antifa. This was a coordinated plan to bring about “regime change” during the 2020 election year and get Trump out of office.

Who Benefits from a Race War?

We might ask ourselves, “who benefits” from violent outrage and destruction in the streets of the united states of America and elsewhere around the world. George Soros, Mark Zuckerberg, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations (UN), and the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party had the weakest possible candidate in the 2020 U.S. election (Joe Biden); a political party who failed at two attempts to impeach a duly elected U.S. President on false premises; elected U.S. representatives and senators who supported a socialist/communist/fascist agenda so radical as to be unrecognizable to the American people; a political party not fit to govern a great country they are taught to hate. 

The most obvious beneficiary of playing the “race card” was the Democratic Party and behind the scenes puppet masters in the Biden Administration along with the CIA, the FBI, and their allies in the West. In the pages ahead the nature of the United States, European, Asian, and Global Power structures will be elucidated.
